Easily located and accessible from the highway. Extremely clean and visibly updated throughout. We felt like no one else had even stayed there before, it was so fresh! Check in was a breeze. They even had a Keurig with 2 pods of coffee provided! Perfect one night stay.

Employee was not very nice to deal with. Wifi was constantly going out, little inconvenient since we were from out of town (country) trying to plan a few things.

Modern, simple decor, spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding in an updated old-school motel. The owners were very nice.

My only complaint is that the head of the bed seemed to slant downhill.

Excellent independent Inn. Conscientious proprietors keep the property spotless. Small but Extraordinarily comfortable king room with refrigerator and microwave. I wish there were a lot more places like this fairly priced no nonsense room for a traveler to stop at for a good nights sleep before hitting the road again.

We've stayed here a number of times and, as the price suggests, it doesn't offer a huge room or tons of amenities, but it's an awesome place to stay if you just want a nice, CLEAN place to sleep with all the basics you could want. We highly recommend Dunmore Inn.

2 'surprises'. 1st was that you HAD to have a 'cash' security deposit. While I did have the cash on me, not everyone would. 2nd, in order to get my 'cash' back, the room was 'checked'. While I understood, we were literally there for 12 hours, only slept there it was basically 3 women (myself and 2 daughters). I'm a Residential/Commercial Property Mgr so I understand the need for security deposits & I MORE than understand what tenants can do to a property so I leave rooms very tidy. I don't leave the place with water everywhere, basically I do NOT leave it a mess and I consider myself a good tipper. I have never, in all of the hotels, motels, inn's, ever had the room have to go back & 'checked' in order to check out.I know the world is changing & I have no problem changing with it, but whomever checks in here specifically, prepare for the requirement that you have to provide a cash security deposit & there is no exception per the signs. Then in order to get it back when you check out, they will check the room first, again, I had no problem with it, as I had nothing to hide & I had no thoughts that I would not get the security deposit back, I just want to make sure people are prepared. I believe people SHOULD take care of other people's property and SHOULD not destroy something that doesn't belong to them so I don't blame the property for this requirement. The room and fixtures etc were beautiful & comfortable.

Horrible service. Lady behind the text was absolutely rude. I had unexpected charges that I did not sign up for. They did not let me know about housekeeping and just walked into my room without asking. Shower made it feel like I was prison. Bed was super uncomfortable and stiff. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel with horrible service and room uncomfortablity, then this is your hotel

Stayed here for three nights (Fri-Sat-Sun). Front desk normally shuts down around 11, but they stayed open later to check us because we called and explained we were coming from far away, which was helpful/needed. The room itself was as-advertised (king bed, fridge, microwave, newer AC unit, etc.) but quite small. The bathroom in particular was cramped, and the shower stall was about 2' x 2'. I was borderline banging my elbows the whole time, and If I were bigger/taller, I literally wouldn't have fit. The walls are also very thin, and I think it was the cleaning staff in the next room who were making a lot of noise one morning; it woke me up. There also was no ice machine that I could find on the premises or an ice bucket that I saw in the room, though a very nearby gas station had ice. Otherwise, the location is good and secure (away from foot traffic) easy highway access, just north of Scranton. I'd stay here again if I was back in the area, but while the room was in good condition and looked to have been recently remodeled, it's pretty utilitarian, not a luxurious experience. The only other complaint I had was that there were a bunch of small, dead winged insects like large gnats on the comforter when we arrived -- probably that has gotten in through the vent or when the door opened -- but it was a bit gross and caused me to raise an eyebrow.

Great place if you’re rolling solo. Super clean. In a convenient location. Great value for the price. Drawback is that the bathroom is small. But, for it’s fine for the price. I was never expecting it to be big and luxurious. Don’t take a family there bc it’s definitely too small. But again it’s perfect for a solo mission. Maybe two people even. All in all I would definitely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the overall value that this property had to offer. The staff members were kind and very welcoming. After factoring in the cleanliness of the room as well as the quality, I would recommend this motel above many others I’ve previously stayed at. I was very pleased with my experience.

My room was small but perfect for 1 person and was a very convenient location.

The room was cold and took a long time to heat up. But it was clean and modern. Bedside lamps and recycle containers would be appreciated.

Lady at the desk is super rude and won’t accept certain debit for payment and tries to get you to pay in cash-very unprofessional! Also the rooms the size of a jail cell. I would never recommend this place to anyone period.

Good overnight stop. It would be nice to have a bedside lamp added to the room.

It was a solid ok. Nothing special, noisy, but low price. No complaints for a budget stay
