The rooms are not completely sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and had a neighbor directly above us that was walking back and forth making a lot of noise late at night keeping us from sleep. We could also hear the neighbors in one of the rooms directly next to us talking and keeping us up.

The hotel lacked a security lock, and a homeless person knocked on our door asking for money. I immediately called the front desk, but no one responded or came to assist. He continued knocking for about seven minutes before leaving. When I later stepped out, I saw him lingering near the hotel entrance. This situation felt very unsafe and alarming

The room was clean the staff was ffiendly. The plumbing was noisy and heard pipe noises all night, and the walls are paper thin. The person next door snoring kept us up all night long. I ask for a king room when I made my reservation and the staff put me in a double bed.

The hotel is in a nice location, easy to get to, and close to Matthews. What put this hotel over the top was the customer service of the evening desk clerk. I am so sorry i didnt get his name. He was the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating gentleman you could ask for. We also dealt with the cleaning staff who were happy and polite and friendly. Obviously management is doing something right by their employees. The hotel is nice, but we will absolutely come back for the service!

It was comforting. However, we were there with two children and the food service staff stated that the juice machine was out of service. They provided water as the only beverage. I would hope that a large chain would send someone to the supermarket to buy some juice for their clients.

I was very happy with my stay at Fairfield Inn. The front desk staff was fantastic. I interacted with several front desk staff and they were all very responsive, kind and friendly. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Mikey since I interacted with him the most. The room only had one issue. The door had to be shut very hard to make sure the lock engaged. I would definitely recommend the Fairfield Inn to others.

The staff is not friendly all the time. The room was clean but the microwave was dirty,some towels and sheets had stains. Our first day the hall in the second floor had smoked smells. The breakfast is very poor. It's best going to breakfast place near by. The pool and gym are super small.BE AWARE!!!,They have a deposit of $100 at checking in.

The Buildings was nice ,the front desk employs had to be called from the backroom to get service. The comforter had food stains on it ,the second night we seen a giant cockroach on the wall we told the front desk and they didn't do anything .said they would tell management
