Cannot recommend Margaret River Guest House highly enough. So easy to check in. Hosts were just fabulous - thoughtful, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Comfortable, warm rooms. Fire in the lounge room for the cold winter nights. Spectacular breakfast, and excellent coffee (that’s saying something for this ex-Melbourne coffee snob!).
Will definitely be back!

Check in was easy with clear communication and instructions. Our room was clean and well presented. Bed was a little hard but overall comfortable enough.
Our experience was relatively private with interactions with other guests and our hosts limited to breakfast time which was freshly cooked and delicious. Baked goods at tea time were a pleasant surprise.
Would recommend 🙂

We stayed for three nights and Lisa and Keiran were fantastic hosts, they have made some changes to the guest house that have enhanced the stay.
The rooms are ideal and have that homely feeling, we had a room with access to the veranda which is very nice. Afternoon tea is served daily and the breakfast is amazing, Keiran does an exceptional cooked breakfast that changes daily. The selection of fruits and cereals gives everyone a choice.
The location is ideal for a short 5 min walk to the centre of town where you have many choices of places to eat and drink.
This is a guest house not to miss.

From our initial warm welcome to our farewell our stay was a delightful experience. Having a cooked breakfast with many options including fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade granola and all the spreads you could possibly need, was a lovely treat. Being in the heart of Margaret River was a new experience for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This is a very nice guest house, the best breakfast, great location and Deb does cakes for afternoon tea which is very nice when you have had a long day. Very comfy rooms and some outdoor seating to relax and take in the day with a book.

Comfy B&B just on the edge of town. Easy 5 minute walk to main street. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts included cereals, fruit, yogurt, and a hot dish each day. Building is older, but very comfortable. I'd stay again.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Margaret River Guesthouse. The owners, Deb and Pete, are wonderful and make you feel at home. Deb is an amazing cook and provides daily bakery treats. The property also has several small features, which make you feel more at home - like in-room DVD players, a board games library, and a comfortable common area. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Margaret River.

I liked that it was the first property in Margaret River for tourist stay. It had a pretty lounge area where daily cakes and port were shared among guests. It felt a little home away from home.

This is a great B & B experience with a converted chapel turned into homely accommodation. Great hosts Peter and Deb will complement a great stay, as does the full English breakfast every morning that gives you enough to last all the way to lunch! There's also a fireplace with logs, a reading room and a dining room that you'll get to meet people from all over to chat over breakfast. This is the perfect base for a Margaret River stay!

Margaret River Guest House is a lovely lodge with a small number of rooms all of which were clean and pleasant. Also the lounges available for the guests were very comfortable.
The location is in a quiet side street yet very close to the main street in town where there are several eateries, shops etc.
The service was very efficient, a nice hot breakfast was offered every morning as well as advice regarding outings for the day.
The shared breakfast tables enabled us to have interesting chats with other travellers and a lot of helpful information was exchanged.
The guest house provides off street parking.
Margaret River offers a lot of different scenery (wineries, beaches, forests, art, special food tours etc)

We checked in at about 2:30 pm and it was seem less. No credit cards was needed to be presented or Id just a warm welcome. We got a lovely tour of the property and it was great to hear about the history of the building. We then got shown to our sweet room. There was everything you could need for a nights stay and it was neat and tidy. We loved having veranda access which mean we could sneak in late after a night out at a concert. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff were so friendly. We loved our stay and would come back for sure!

I was traveling with my boyfriend and cousin. When we arrived to the hotel, the lady welcomed us in a most lovely way and gave us a tour of the premises. After she showed us our room which was more stan spacious for 3 of us. The old building was charming though at night with rain&wind I was a little afraid the roof would come off. Cute breakfast. Definitely high points!

A lovely guest house ideally positioned for strolling to the central attractions of Margaret River. Attention is made for the comfort of guests.
The owners attend to your every need and are always available for help and advice.
Fresh cakes and even a glass of port, available free of charge, add to the friendliness and welcome.

Great staff, good location in walking distance of Margaret River. Hotel is built in an old cloister. Rooms circle on a large common space, making privacy difficult. Bed mattress was uncomfortable - woke up with a sore back the next day. Accommodations decidedly un-sexy for couples - felt like sleeping over at mom's house. Was looking for nice outdoor furnishings to sit on porch, but could not find any.
