Great stay- we were upgraded to a suite on check in, which was amazing! Lots of space, kitchenette, beautiful city view. Location is central and tonnes of food options right out the door.
4.6
Great room. We were happy to find a hotel so close to the JR line. It is a short train ride to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya with no train transfer needed. Great price for a 3 bed option. Staff was very nice. I also found out that they have free luggage storage if you leave for a few days and are returning.
4.6
Simple hotel close to the station (3mins walk), one stop away from Shinjuku, two stops from Shibuya. 300m up the road is a long 2km stretch of restaurants, supermarkets , convenience stores, pharmacies etc. Very helpful front desk English speaking staff. The room is slightly small but that’s most of Japan. I’d come back again when travelling to Tokyo. The location is just perfect!
4.6
Fantastic location, staff are super friendly and property was very clean! Only a five minute walk from the station which is only 10 minutes from all the main areas around Tokyo! Really happy with our stay here.
4.6
It was a wonderful stay in a great location! Easy walks to sights and local eateries.
Staff were pleasant and professional.
I would recommend as a place for families or larger groups.
4.6
Excellent location! Close to two stations for easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Fresh towels and water bottles everyday! In room washer/dryer combo is so good during hot Tokyo summer! Very quiet also despite being so close to train tracks. The hotel rooms are all on higher floor, which is a plus for the view. Excellent AC keeping the room cold! Friend staffs and easy check in / out process.
4.6
The hotel was convenient but felt a little tired. It worked well for our needs though. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice location convenient grocery shopping

All great

Hotel service desk staff are very helpful. Especially Miss Uto who went above and beyond to help us with lost bag. Thanks so much.

A fantastic suite for a family of four, featuring two rooms, a living/dining area, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and oven. The suite includes separate toilet and shower facilities, allowing two people to use them privately at the same time. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views from the 21st floor, where we stayed. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Be sure to take advantage of the baggage delivery service to send your large suitcases to your next hotel, saving you the hassle of carrying them through train stations. The hotel reception managed everything at check-out within 10 minutes, including measuring, weighing, contacting the receiving hotel, and processing payment. "Excellent" doesn’t quite capture how smooth it was. It relatively inexpensive, was $60 for 3 suitcases from Tokyo to Kyoto. Well worth the hassle free travel.
The only downside is the location, a bit out of the way on the west side of Shinjuku, which adds some time to getting around. However, it's worth it to return to this peaceful haven after a long day of exploring, and to wake up to those beautiful views each morning.

Good size rooms and easy access to transport.

Great place to stay near the train stations.
4.6
Great stay for our first time in Japan for a family of 4. The room was clean and we each had our own beds since we chose a 6 person room for space. It was wonderful.
4.6
Some staff are rude.
4.6
Very convenient location, close to subway and restaurants. Convenient store is practically downstairs and restaurants are around the corner.
Staff are nice. Hotel room was clean and functional. It was a pleasant experience.

Hotel was close to the train station and restaurants. Room was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hundred Stay Shinjuku is very conveniently located with train stations within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and polite. The view from our room was amazing. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with families.
4.6
Walkable to two different jr stations. Great ramen, 7/11 and Don Quijote around the corner.

Nice customer service

very nice view and great hospitality!

Excellent location, with Okubo and Shin Okubo stations nearby. Nice size rooms. Convenient free laundry room access.

Our visit to the Hundred Stay was perfect. Everyone was so accommodating from helping us make dinner reservations to helping us send our luggage to Osaka.
The room was very clean and larger than we thought. The sleeping arrangement was fun with the bunk bed style. Also we were in the higher level so the view was amazing.
I was worried about having one bathroom for so many people but since the toilet and shower were separate that really helped and also in case of emergencies you can go down to the hotel lobby for the bathroom.
Our room had a washer and dryer too, which was unexpected. The only thing is the directions were not in English so it would have been nice to have English directions for the washer dryer.
I was also worried about the Hotel not being close to stores and restaurants but it was so close to so many stores with 2 seven elevens nearby and a don Quixote, and subway. There is also a money exchange machine in the lobby which was so convenient. would definitely stay here again!! We miss Hundred Stay Hotel!

Very convenient. The hotel was really clean and full of amenities.

Liked having a washer/dryer in the room. Had a beautiful view of Shinjuku city skyline. Housekeeping every 3 days, but received fresh towels and lots of coffee every day. Thank you!

Hotel with an excellent view of the city, kind and very helpful staff.
4.6
Check in is easy. Staff is friendly. Room is large with 2 different sleeping areas. Room is clean. Washer and drier in the room. Beds are comfortable. Central location with easy access to Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. Grocery store down the street is convenient.
4.6
This was convenient and a good value. It was clean and quiet.
4.6
I like how spacious the room was even with 3 adults! The kitchenette was great to be able to bring home meals to heat up and eat later. Very convenient area to get to Shinjuku and Shibuja.
4.6
Great place for our family to spend a night. Close to subway. Very helpful staff. A bit cramped but worked well.
4.6
There’s less to do around the hotel than the main part of Shinjuku and Shibuya.
4.6
Excellent excellent customer and concierge services . Beautiful property with Japanese garden and mist shows. Not too much in walkable distance from hotel, more on outskirts of Tokyo but v easy to cab for $10-15 to the busier areas of Shinjuku etc.
4.6
Perfect accommodations for my family of six. We all had our own beds, washer/dryer in our room, small kitchenette and two toilets. Provided toiletries for free and could borrow umbrellas in the front lobby. Clean towels and bottled water delivered to your door every morning. Close to restaurants, grocery store and transportation. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

This hotel was very convenient to the train and had multiple dining and convenience stores within walking distance. They don’t clean your room everyday, but they replenish towels, coffee amenities and collect your trash daily. Our room had a microwave, stove top, a set of dishes and silverware in addition to pots and pans and a kettle. There is a laundry facility in the building and you can wash and dry your clothes free of charge, they even provided detergent. This was extremely convenient since we packed light and it was very hot and humid in Tokyo during our visit. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. There is no breakfast available at the hotel, and it feels more like you are renting a room in an apartment building than staying at a hotel, but we really liked it. We would totally stay here again!

Our family recently stayed at Hundred Stay Tokyo and found it to be a convenient and comfortable option for our trip. The location is excellent, with easy access to Okubo Station, making it simple to explore Tokyo. There are also plenty of konbinis and dining options nearby, which added to the convenience.
The hotel itself is clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or needs.
However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The room was quite small, which made it a bit cramped for longer stays. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning service, though they did provide fresh towels and bottled water daily, which was appreciated.
One notable downside was the bedding arrangement. The room only had a duvet with no flat sheets, which made it either too hot or too cold depending on whether the duvet was on or off. A flat sheet option would have significantly improved the comfort.
Overall, Hundred Stay Tokyo offers great convenience and friendly service, but with a few adjustments, it could provide an even better experience for its guests.

I like everything, except their uncomfortable bed....

I like having a washer/dryer inside the room plus daily delivery of water and clean towels

Thanks for the early check-in and the good service!
