The location is great and the room was bigger than we expected.
The hotel is also willing to provide other support, such as arranging package shipping
Has washer and dryer in the room is a plus

The coffee machine wasn't always working, and breakfast hours changed a couple of times, but otherwise very efficient and clean.

Outside of the main Shinjuku area, making it a walk to get to. However, there’s another station nearby and this also makes it a relatively quiet area to stay - great for those who prefers this

Nice breakfast with a lot of choices. We enjoyed rooms 921 and 922, but one of the rooms did not have Kleenex-type tissue, and a few extra hand towels would have been nice to have in the room.

Below average check-in, person at the desk took our party name, had me fill out an occupation form, and handed me the room keys. She didn’t explain anything about the property, area, elevators, or the room. Other than that the room was just about average for the Tokyo area. No multi-lingual instructions for the washer/ dryer unit so I had to hold my phone up to the thing with google translate running to get my first couple loads going.

This hotel was conveniently located in Shinjuku; it is about a 15 mins walk to the Shinjuku subway station. The room was spacious and the in room washer/dryer was a blessing. The simplicity in its modern decor is a nice touch.

Our family of 5 stayed in 2 connecting rooms and it has everything we needed. The other room had 3 beds and the other one had a queen sized bed.
It was pretty quiet at night. The AC was more than enough to cool us down during the heatwave of July. Never had a problem with any smells or any amenities at the hotel. They have free coffee 24/7 near the lobby. The breakfast has a lot of options both Japanese and western.
The people at the check-in counter were all very helpful with all of our needs including safe keeping of our big luggages prior and post check out.
I would gladly stay here again when I come back

We’ve been staying at many different hotels in the area like the Godzilla hotel but this has been the best yet. Large rooms. Nice communications. Can’t complain!

Pros: convenient location, 24 hours Sukuya, Mcdonalds, Don Don Donki is nearby. Staffs are polite and helpful and the room is spacious when compare with other Tokyo Hotels.
Cons: I stay at the hotel for 2 days. No housekeeping will be provided except you check out. I can’t imagine how is the cleaness if I stay for a week. I could request for clean towel at the reception after back hotel at late night. No tidy up of beds and disposal of rubbish in my room. The towel I received is with stain on it.
Besides from the cleaness of the hotel, it is a recommended hotel to stay at.

Loved our stay the staff were very accommodating and the room worked well for our family. Recommend for families getting the adjoining rooms as this gave us the space we needed and washing machine/ dryer was so helpful for our family.

The hotel is just as you expected, but the service was not good in my experience. I was charged extra when I checked in. They consider children over 6 as adults, not 17 as stated when you book your hotel on Expedia. Furthermore, the price for one adult, two adults, and one adult plus a child is the same on Expedia, but when I checked in, they charged me more for two adults even though I booked one adult and one child. Maybe there is a cultural misunderstanding, but I just don't understand. It ruined my mood, especially on the first day in Japan. Overall, the hotel is clean and convenient, with a 6-minute walk to the metro and a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku station. Family Mart and Lawson are also close to the hotel. My only complaint is the service.
