Great location, excellent space, and very comfortable. Loved the amount of bathrooms!!
4.0 / 5.0
Great vacation spot, lots to do and very friendly. Had an electrical problem in one of the bathrooms that ruined my daughters expensive curling iron (not happy about this). Cold the front desk and they said they would look into it. (I want a new curling iron - we just bought it a couple months ago)

Middle of summer and no air conditioning! Then the “tram” picked up people every hour you could hear it all night long it seemed. Will definitely not stay here again!

The property and condo were very clean and well maintained. Only down grading my rating due to the AC/thermostat not appearing to work well. Despite setting to the recommended setting of 70 there was no air blowing from any vents. This lead to a higher temp in the condo for most of the e ending.

Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. Location is the best part - short walk to the lifts and the bus stop to get to main st.

Great location across from the resort.
8 minute walk in ski boots!!!!

The location is excellent and the space inside is very good. It was clean and well stocked with the basics. It would be nice to have 2 queen size beds in the one room rather than two double beds. Indoor parking is great. The front desk was not real helpful on arrival about how to find our unit or where to park (only the lower level). The only complaint is the furnace fan that sounded like a truck with bad brakes every time it shut off.

The location is great, and its very quiet. However, there are 2 medium size negatives:
1. thermostat resets back to a cold 62 degrees every few hours.
2. The owners of the condos inside the bldg have key card access to MY ROOM (and probably all rooms). They barged into my room at 11pm not expecting me to be there. That's a big problem, hard to feel completely safe when somebody else can get into my room (other than housekeeping,etc..).
Otherwise, its great and the location is awesome.

We were supposed to stay at shadow ridge, we were upgraded to the lodge at mountain village as shadow ridge could not accommodate us. Same management company. We were put in 305 building B and it was a great experience. Locker room for skis in entryway. Cozy, sweet mountain loft. Up to date. Nice master suite. Loft has 4 twin beds with another bad that rolls out from for bottom. Loft sleeps 8, fold out couch. Beautiful kitchenette, two showers. Walk to the lifts. A few places to eat within walking distance. The only down fall is no key. Code codes 6-10 digits long. Hard to remember. I would stay here again

Great spot if you’re skiing at park city and walkable for into town. Slightly noisy from street level and if you are sharing a wall with louder people. Otherwise property great.

Great place and location. 5min walk to ski lifts. 10min walk to supermarket. 20m walk to old town. Highly recommend.

It should include some type of cleaning service during the stay. One week stay with no cleaning service nor change or towels. It includes microwave but it doesn’t include any mug or utensils to use it.

Place I nice, room was hot and not able to control

Very quiet and restful. Parking in the garage was free and awesome. Loved the fireplace. Bed wasn’t bad. Nice decor. One bathroom door didn’t work right and hubby almost got locked in cuz the handle was stripped. But there were two bathrooms in there (also awesome). WiFi was pretty bad. Check in was easy. Tv was pretty slow to react to remote. But spacious place! With two little patios! Hubby tripped over raised doorjam a lot haha. Easy check in at the kiosk since we got there after 4pm. Overall pretty nice place. A little worn around the edges but I liked it regardless.

Just OK. The room was OK, but outdated. My work computer monitor is bigger than the room TV's- literally. The bed was comfortable but moved all over the place. When one of us rolled over during the night it would wake up the spouse from the movement. The kitchen was good. The worst thing are the toilets. They are SO LOW to the floor! I guess if you're 5 foot nothin' they'd be great but even for an average size human adult you'll feel like you're squatting on the floor! They really need to be udpated. Again, overall, it was just OK. Nothing really great, nothing really bad (except the toilets).

It had black mold in the bathroom. And carpet was worn and old. The area was really nice

The self check in process was an absolute disaster. They didn’t have my key in the kiosk and an on call guy had to drive from 15 minutes away to come to the office to get my room key. Then my packet didn’t have the parking garage code and had to get it from the on call guy. This was all at 11:00 pm and finally got into our room at 11:45 pm.

The condo was really nice and fely cozy. I loved the size of the condo, perfect for a nice getaway for my family.

Great property - having a two bedroom suite with a kitchen for about the same as a nice hotel is a great option. Only issue - the listing said there was a sofa bed and it was not. Other than that, we enjoyed the property and the area.

Inconvenience in check in and parking.

Was very difficult getting from parking elevator to room. Took us awhile to get it to work. The front desk was no help. Didnt like how we could check in but our friends who got there before us could not. We loved our room tho!

Quaint area near a fabulous restaurant called Sammy's Bistro - condo was clean and had so much space. Management did not take my card when I checked in and now I have to call to clear up that confusion while on vacation which is a hassle as I am no longer at the property. If we returned I might find a different condo to stay in.

Front desk was only there for check in, then gone. Hallways are not late very well, they’re very small hallways as well. Rooms were dirty, with a used plunger in the bathroom even. Would not recommend, there are so many better places to stay in Park city.

It was a good stay. A little tricky getting checked in and parked as our vehicle was too tall for parking garage with the topper on.

Old building with a lost of character, very good location, great spa area, good service.

Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. I loved that every room had a balcony including the living area. It was nice that the bedrooms had extra doors so you could block off and separate each bedroom and bathroom from each other and the living area. Price was unmatched for all the space and location (it was during the off season when I stayed). Will stay here again.

The room looked nice, the carpet you could tell was older. The beds looked nice and were comfortable. The shower was huge. You could see mold/mildew on the bathroom walls. There were two doors to the bathroom. My daughter went to the bathroom and ended up getting stuck because the door was broken. Later that night when we all showered the drain was plugged and would not drain. Black stuff and hair was cooking out of the drain. It was disgusting!! They need to update the carpet perhaps something cleaner like tile or laminate wood, and get the door and shower fixed.

Both beds seemed like the dipped in the middle, top to bottom and side to side. The shower heads looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Other than those things, the room provided what we needed.

This is the second time I stayed there in a condo. I have had to have maintenance come both times. The first time the air conditioner was out had to move rooms. 2nd time the oven would not shut off. They had to shut the breaker of a few times to get it to shut off and to get it working again. I don’t think the condo’s are very well maintained.

Older property. It was fine, but just average quality for the price. We stayed in July and couldn’t get the thermostat to work. It was like it was locked. The room was 78°. Sensitive toilets.

I was not impressed, the room was too hot, and the sign said we couldn’t adjust the temperature or it would break. Liquid soap for shampoo conditioner body wash and hand soap… gross. Shower doors would hardly close. For almost 200 dollars this was a rip off. So dissatisfied with Utah resorts lately. Won’t be back.

Great location to ski lifts

The property is steps from the slopes and the room was spacious, if a bit worn. During the day, a human works in the lobby, at night someone is on call in case the electronic check-in system doesn't work or there is a emergency.Note that the Expedia and shadow ridge confirmation numbers will not be the same. The name lookup function didn't work either. but no worries, the kind person on call got us key quickly. Similarly, when our sink started burping and finally overflowing at 6:30 AM from up the drain, the super was up in a flash and brought fresh towels to sop up the wastewater. Adventures in drain unclogging followed that afternoon at the end of which the room was flooded and we had to move out. Thankfully, there was room for us elsewhere. So, the location is great if you want to be close to the slopes. The property is a bit worn but the folk working there try their best to make your stay comfortable.

We liked it was right across from mountain.
We did not like all the broken items in condo. All shower doors broken, rowel holders all missing, dishwasher bottom rack broken, missing air vent covers, etc. need a handyman desperately.

While the location and amenities are very good, our unit (312-3) had thermostats I have not seen since my childhood over 40 years ago. As a result, the hit never stopped running. Turned what otherwise would have been a very good stay into and uncomfortable stay.
