I was a little late at check-in and was thankful for the attendant who stayed at 930pm. The room itself: there was a gap in the door that let in all of the neon glow light from atrium. The heating system made loud noises all night, and with concrete everywhere, nothing could absorb/quiet the noise. Very sleepless night. The bathroom had quite a fee hairs stuck to the door, so not as clean as I would like. Bed and pillow were comfy as I watched the time tick by due to insomnia. Recommend bringing eye masks and ear plugs to future guests.

Room was very clean. However what ever cleaning product that was used was very pungent and we had to buy a room air freshener to cover the smell. Other than that the stay was great and we will return.

As always a great run motel. I had 1 issue with the room above us banging and moving things after 11pm. The front desk was very gracious when I told them in the morning & gave me $30 credit toward my next visit! Usually there is no k e at the desk overnight, so I didn’t go down as it was happening-but they were super busy & someone was there.-if I knew I would have gone down. All in all a favorite place to stay

You cannot beat the location . Right in the middle of Broadway . Everything is walkable . I even walked home from the track in flip flops and an 65. It’s an old motel , but it was clean , beds very comfy . A/C was great . The staff could not have been any nicer .

Not sure if every room is like this but our room did not have a single chair or small table, not even an end table near the bed. Our queen size bed was against the wall which meant I was climbing over my spouse to get out of the bed at night. Maybe the lack of chair / table in the room motivates you to spend time in the community lobby which has coffee and a few long tables.

The hotel is right in the middle of Broadway, with everything you need right outside. Lots of eateries. Parking is right outside. Checkin and checkout is super easy.

The room was pleasant and the location is excellent. My only quibble is with the air conditioning: the large public space is wildly over-cooled, and the AC in the room is badly positioned so that it blows right across the bed all night.

A great place to stay right in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. Great modern minimalist decor and perfectly convenient! Just walk out of the hotel and you’re right there among all the restaurants and shops and a 5 minute ride to the race tracks and the Saratoga State Park.

The staff is super nice, and the rooms were clean. Parking is an issue, you likely have to park in the parking garage in the back of the hotel which is kind of sketchy. Very small refrigerators in the rooms and no ventilation in bathrooms. Other than that, it's a decent place

The noise from people moving their chairs across concrete floors penetrates the walls of other rooms. Has nobody thought to put little felt pads on the bottoms of the furniture? The air conditioners are also loud, and brightly lit in the middle of the night.

Staff were very welcoming upon check-in, they give you a parking pass, which allows you to park in various lots, which is very helpful because the parking out front is very limited for the size of the property. The room was very clean, comfortable, the water and coffee station was nice to have as well in the courtyard. Something to note, which we were aware of going in based on other reviews is that it is extremely noisy. You will hear other guests at all times, doors closing, people talking in the next room, their phones buzzing etc. Great location as you can conveniently walk to all of the amenities downtown so if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for one night right in the centre of everything, it’s a great option. Just be aware that it’s very noisy.
