It was good, but not excellent. The cleaning team was not replacing soaps and towels. we had to ask them to supply towel.

Google indicated as 3-Star Hotel but turns out to be 1 -Star. Very disappointed.

The hotel is located in the Mall and the Property is located near to the airport. Please do not expect a fancy breakfast. There are a lot of nearby options as well. Only one thing to complain about, I felt like the bed was super old and bumpy. Each time I turn around I can hear the spring sound working hard to support my weight. The staff was not friendly and welcoming but the check-in was smooth.

Room Facilities - 2 bottle of mineral water - 1 Safety box - water heater well function - Aircond and fan well function - mirror size super big - 1pc small fodlable table Disadvantages 1. Location - No parking reserve by the property to guest. 2. Room Facilities - No Tumbler nor glass - No mini bar/fridge - No chair - No iron & iron board - No drawer/wardrobe - Poor line connection esp Celcom - No TV channel - No telephone - Visible stain on the Cover/ bedsheets - Small room size

Booked and pay for window room and queen bed but was given non window room and a double bed room. And not only that, was given untidy room! The room given still dirty and and I have to call the counter and wait. 45 minutes later they asked me to shift to new room. And still it is not a window room and a double bed room. You need to improve a lot Tune Hotel 1Borneo!

The check in is really fast and efficient. Well the reception staffs are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is great. It will nice if there is a pool at the rooftop ha.. Overall I love this hotel.

Stayed at Tune for 2 nights and 3 days.. The room overally was OK, not the spacious both room and shower but it's quite clean.. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.. However i need to point out the lack of aminities inside the room such as phone, iron, fridge and lack of tv channels.. However, still enjoyed our stay foe the amount of money paid

Excellent service by the staff. Friendly and easy to communicate. But the hotel. Condition is not so good as the 1st room I was given was hot as the aircond have problem and they change my room to a new one. I choose the option to have window so that I can look outside, but the room with window facing some store room and other room was given.

The room was quite small. Suitable for a 1-person stay. Anyway, considering the low price & the strategic location (inside a mall), it was a nice hotel to stay for a few days.

Basic needs available. Could have been better if room doesnt have any ants crawling around. Maybe once in a while a pest company should spray some chemicals to remove these insects...other than that everything is A-OK.

we got a spacious room & it is comfortable, except for the toilet that have a bit mold on the wall inside the bathroom. Overall it is a good experience staying a night there.

Usual Tune standard of very clean and modern. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location pretty bad--yes, you are part of a large modern shopping complex, but you are very far from the city centre (expensive taxi ride or hot local bus) and THE SHUTTLE BUS NO LONGER RUNS. You are stuck with the expensive restaurants with limited fare there, though there is a huge supermarket. The wifi at this Tune hotel is expensive and annoying. TV has only local stations. Good tour operator next door.
