Our stay at the Georgetown Inn was great. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 2-night trip. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was good too, stocked with coffee and pastries from a local bakery. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is a great choice!

This place is loud and way overpriced. Needs new baths in a big way. #interiordesigner

We spent one night here to attend a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The check-in person was very friendly, and fresh coffee was appreciated. The room was simple but clean. Easy drive into downtown Seattle. We would stay here again.
4.4
Clean and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff. It’s not fancy but not bad either. Restraint recommended by the staff only a short walk away was great. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was not what I expected
Other than that very nice and excellent staff

Staff really friendly they needed more selection for breakfast

Hotel was ok but it was extremely loud with road noise most of the night since it is in an industrial area. I travel with a sound conditioner but it couldn't even begin to drown out the outside noise. The large homeless camp on the street behind the hotel is concerning but the hotel does a good job with security. Not much for food nearby so plan to drive to eat.

Shawn at the reception was very helpful and jolly.

Georgetown Inn is in the perfect location for what we needed. We arrived late (9:45) and staff was friendly and efficient in getting us checked in. The room was basic, but clean and equipped with the essentials.

Excellent, clean hotel, with friendly staff. The pillows and beds were super comfortable!
The location is easily accessible to the bus which was helpful.
Some homeless just behind the hotel but otherwise a great hotel!!

Older hotel, but very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff , easy parking. Only downfall was homeless on the next street over

Georgetown is a vibrant historic community south of downtown Seattle, near major stadiums. The Inn is modern, super clean with a great staff. The breakfast is far superior to the usual motel fare. The pastries come from a local bakery and are delicious. Leave your car and take public transportation (#124) bus to downtown! No parking problems.

Amazing and nice staff. Nice room with great get up and go breakfast the next morning. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Seattle or the surrounding area.
4.4
Staff was very friendly, and the room was nicely appointed and clean. Much better that expected for a hotel listed as 2 star. Whenever I travel I'm paranoid about bed bugs, but there were none here! I'd definitely stay here again.
4.4
Breakfast was poor, and the room was too small for this price.

I love Georgetown and we were so glad to visit. Super friendly staff, everything tidy and charming and professional but cozy. Thank you so much!!

This is a good option if you want to visit Georgetown. The one downside is that area around the hotel doesn't have many walkable dining options.

We had an amazing stay from the first time we walked in the door to the last time we walked out. The staff were so friendly and the lobby was so clean. I ALWAYS check the beds for bugs and to see if the sheets look clean. I was so impressed with the linens and how they didnt feel like a typical hotel sheet and blanket. The bed was clean and the matress looked pretty new. It was actually pretty comfortable to sleep in too. The towels felt like they were new. They were big and fluffy, soft too! The cotten swabs and q-tips were awesome to have in the bathroom. The toiletries and hand soap smelled so good. Honestly, my only complaint was that the tissues were on the desk and I didn't find them until we were leaving. My husband blocked them with his laptop lol. Having a second box in the bathroom would have been awesome. We will be coming back up in August and will DEFINITELY be staying here again. Its only like 10min from Tmobile Park and Lumen Field. You dont even have to get on the freeway to get there. It was the easiest commute to the park we've ever had. The light continental breakfast look great but unfortunately I was unable eat it, i have special dietary restrictions, but it still had a great presentation. Can't wait to go back.

So nice to have a cute, comfortable place to stay in Seattle that doesn’t break the bank! It was quiet, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the continental breakfast in the morning was AMAZING!

Convenient to South; not many areas to walk for food or coffee.

The checkin staff at the desk was super personable and upbeat. We felt very welcomed.

I arrived late in the evening following a mariners game. the person who greeted me was welcoming and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable. After a restful night, I woke and got a cup of coffee in the lobby, again greeted by the friendly employee. i will come back.

The building looks very old, and boy did it smell like it. There was a weird/old-like smell that came from my hotel room specifically from the air conditioning vents. I stayed in room 324. On the positive side, the light breakfast was pretty good. Wish there was a way to get inside the building after hours without having to be let in. There should be a keyed entry
4.4
Cheap crab nearby. Dude with the beard was hella chill.
