I was a very convenience location to walk around but very lousy and I guess it’s because the hotel is almost inside a busy restaurant
4.3
The hotel has a central location in Brussels- the downside of that is a significant noise-level from the street (bars) at nigh. Rather small room and limited choices at the breakfast buffet.
4.3
The hotel was good for what I needed. Centrally located.
4.3
Lovely hotel in a central location. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Hôtel food very good.
4.3
The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient and near many good restaurants. My room was quiet and clean. Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely come back!
4.3
The room was clean and staff friendly. Thanks Susie for her recommendations of things to do. The breakfast buffet was excellent!!! The only thing if you have a room on the 4th floor and it is over 80 degrees you may find the room a little bit warm even though you can open the windows. There is air condition and a fan.
4.3
Everyone was super friendly and nice I really liked my room. It was super cozy and modern. I would stay here again.

Folks at reception and in dinining(breakfast) room were great.
Everything else was rather terrible:
- shower/bath tub did not have a screen/wall, was completely open to the bed and living room. It might be fine for some folks, but since we travelled with our teenager son, that was unacceptable.
- We were on the fourth floor, with windows fully shut and still the noise from the parties in bars and clubs below that lasted until 2-3am prevented having any reasonable sleep. The fact you can't think of opening the windows for some fresh night air because then you will drown in the street noise was terrible as well.
- Several things in the room were broken and were not fixed: we stayed 6 nights, reported broken bathroom light on the first night, yet it was never fixed or replaced during our stay. The showerhead could not be properly secured in the holder without spraying water outside of the bathtub on the floor, so you had to hold it with your hand. The fridge was frozen over, barely produced enough cold to keep chocolate from melting.
- Room cleaning service was rather poor, only thing was done consistently was towels and beds. But the coffee pods were not refilled, the area around coffee maker was left untidy, one night the coffee maker was left taken apart for some reason.

We loved this place and it’s location. Too bad we only stayed one night. Would book again

Well positioned hotel with bar and restaurant downstairs and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The room was a little quirky with bath open to the bedroom and no stand up shower, but usable with a handheld shower hose.
4.3
Excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and toiletries restocked daily. I arrived early to check in. The check in staff stored my luggage until my room was ready. So it gave me time to walk around the city. After my strall I still came back a bit too early and room wasn't ready, so they offered me a coffee in the restaurant. Excellent service, very polite. I loved my experience ♥️ I felt very well taken care of.
4.3
Great experience. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in the middle down downtown, so you could walk to anywhere, plus the metro line was 2 minutes away.
The room was also very clean, nicely decorated, had a safe, fridge, complimentary cofee, and water with free refills from the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel was centrally located, staff was amazing, inside hotel quiet. Located on busy cafe street.
room represents a boutique hotel in Brussels. Smaller size, but room enough for three who spent little time in the room.
4.3
I would recommend and return back if I can book for next time.
Good vibe & comfortable
Everything that a tourist can look for it, all are surrendered
4.3
Cool boutique hotel in a hip part of town, lots of bars and cafes nearby to enjoy Belgian beer!
4.3
Great location great customer service
4.3
Great location and cute! Small rooms and bed was extremely soft but good for 1 night!
4.3
Good location, very closed from the important places
4.3
I enjoyed so much staying in this hotel
4.3
Cute room, clean and comfortable, with a good bar and restaurant attached. Very close to transport, restaurants and sight seeing.
4.3
Strange carpet and wall paper. Rooms were small.
4.3
All the staff were friendly and property was clean. Breakfast was good. The main issue was that our room was so small it was almost unusable. The shower was glass walled and open to the bed area, along with the sink. Bed was king size and comfortable. It was only accessible from one side side so one had to climb over the other to get to the bath.
4.3
Well maintained property. Staff really nice
4.3
This is a very pleasant and quirky property. Rooms are excellent and very comfortable. I had a room at the rear of the property away from the street so it was very quiet.
4.3
This hotel was perfectly located for a weeknd break. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the staff were all great. Rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms being open to the room would be our only negative while staying as a friendship group. The good points outweigh the small negative
4.3
this hotel is located above a restaurant. The restaurant is very pleasant. The hotel itself is a little quirky… Showered didn’t work quite correctly. But it is very clean and pretty modern and the staff are very friendly.
4.3
lovely place to stay

We loved our stay! Very tiny, but very cute and cozy, and the hotel was nestled in a very prime location, which we appreciated.
4.3
Fantastic hotel, great vibe and location.
4.3
Could not sleep due to hotel being directly above multiple bars that open til 3 am but customers didn’t leave until 4-5 am. Location is great but noise is unbearable.
4.3
Excellent , staff was very nice the only problem was the bathroom (shower ) , it’s was very small and with not privacy .
4.3
Awesome room, but be prepared for the late night partying that continues until 0300. If you want quiet, don’t Book the balcony rooms right over the cafe!
4.3
My room #306 was tiny but it was really well designed with plenty of suface areas and outlets. The place is walkable to anywhere, only 5 min walk to the metro station and so many cafes and bars for watering needs. Staff was excellent and personable. Fyi, Uber could drop me off at night, but could not pick up from the hotel during the day - you may have to walk a block. The breakfast was 18Euro but I didn't have it and instead went to another restaurants. That ended up 22 Euro. There are bakeries if that's your thing.
4.3
Nicely located near many of the highlighted places to visit we enjoyed the location. The staff at the hotel and the restaurant right next door were very pleasant. Only strange thing about this hotel was that we had to lug our heavy bags through the restaurant to the reception area. We felt super strange about that situation. Although I give credit to the restaurant employees who offered assistance. Room layout also was curious, in fact if you were not a 'couple' you would have zero privacy in the shower as you can overlook it while sitting on the bed, uncomfortable to say the least.

The hotel is nice and in a good location. However, I encountered two big problems. One, a friend brought by a surprise gift to the hotel for the staff to give to me. The staff never gave me the gift, and when I emailed them about it afterwards, no one ever responded. The second problem involved getting into the building at night. There are signs everywhere saying bring your key, because no one is working from 11 pm-7am. When I got back at night, however, the door was bolted and my key wouldn't work. Finally, someone came to help and told me he had locked the door. This gave me a huge scare, and I was contemplating having to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Why would you add an extra lock to the door, when the door is already locked and inaccessible to anyone who doesn't have a room key? It made no sense. The locked door combined with the gift I never received made my stay less than ideal.
4.3
Great hotel but noisy - a lot of noise from the street till late at night and early in the morning. Beware the shower and bath are open to the room, so a little tricky if with friends or others. Lovely hotel, staff and room overall.
4.3
We stayed at the Saint Gery while visiting the Christmas market. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room was perfectly sized, spotlessly clean and the hotel itself is in a lively area close to all the attractions in the centre of Brussels. We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and the food was superb – tasty and very filling. The hotel’s private parking was easily accessible. We’d definitely stay again – thank you!
4.3
The staff was extremely helpful. They stored our bags for many hours for us. The hotel is in the heart of many restaurants and bars. A very lively area. The room was extremely small and the decor was a bit dizzying. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
4.3
Great location. Lovely cozy clean and comfortable rooms.
Didn’t use the restaurant.
Shower a bit lively and wet the whole room.
