We stayed here during the town's Gold Rush Festival, and the hotel's location was perfect - literally feet away from the main square. We were told the hotel had been recently renovated, and it was done nicely. Not only was our room attractive, comfortable and large, but little extras like a corner coat rack/shelf and two chairs (not just one) made for a very convenient stay. The only negative was parking. We were given a parking pass for Friday and Saturday but the festival ran through Sunday afternoon. On Sunday, we had no pass, and given the large event, parking was scarce and patrolled. We had to move our car to a garage further away, when just another 6-8 hours on the parking pass (still well before the next guest check in at 4 p.m.) would have allowed us to stay put.

27 on Park is a wonderful small hotel. The rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location is fantastic in walking distance to the town square, restaurants and tasting rooms. You can’t go work if you book the hotel.

A great place to stay at the foothills of the mountains & close proximity to several local wineries. This hotel didn't even feel like a hotel - just a wonderful suite to call home for a night. The rooms were spotless as well as bathroom. Updated construction and decor make it truly a great value for the price. There was a little kitchenette with two wine glasses, fridge, etc. (Only suggestion would be to add a few pieces of silverware). The couch was comfortable, tv in both rooms and the bed was cozy. A one minute walk to the square which offered several options for food - at least two brunch places that i noticed, a cafe/bakery to get coffees and such, general store to shop, grateful dead store & more.
Before we left, we forgot something in the room but already locked the door but thankfuly, a staff member was there within 5 mins to help out. We really found a gem here and hope to be back.

I loved this place. Modern, comfy, beautiful, and close to everything. There was an issue with the fan making a noise, and they got right back to me and upgraded me to an even nicer room. I’ll be back. Amazing experience.

We had an amazing stay. Property has been recently renovated and very clean. We had to bring our baby last minute and they were very accommodating and so up a pack n play before we arrived. Check in and check out was seamless! Would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay!! We were upgraded to the presidential suite which is beautiful. The room was well decorated and very clean!!!!! It’s convenient to the shops and dining. I truly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

This was in a great location. That’s the best thing I can say about 27 on Park. We stayed in room 7A. The curtains did not even cover the blinds so bright lights shined in all night long. The bathroom was perfect if you wanted whomever you were with to watch you going to the restroom. The doors closed but they had glass panels that you could see through. Again, perfect location but I would have felt more comfortable at the Holiday Inn right beside this place.

The location and property were excellent. The only issue is that this is a "contactless" operation. Visitors should be comfortable using their phones, codes, etc independently. When we arrived at check in time we had not received our code and there wasn't staff at the office (they came in a while).

Very cute property located in the adorable town of Dahlonega. The two room suite was clean. The contactless check in was great and staff communicated with us the whole time. Will definitely come back!

I really loved our stay, their furnishings are vintage and the area is quite and near shopping in the square.

Suggestions: Lamps would be helpful vs. just overhead lighting. A couch or loveseat in the living area vs. 2 straight chairs.

Hotel was in a great location, convenient to everything downtown. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Property location is great. I hate to say anything negative because in all I would stay here again. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. I has one closet in the bathroom, but one bedroom has no furntional furniture to put your closets in. It has a legged cedar chest and one nightstand with no handle on the top drawer. The toilet has a leak below the tank that has been leaking for awhile. These are minimal fixes and we still love the place and would stay here again.

Property was absolutely perfectly but I HIGHLY recommend booking through the property and not through Expedia or a third party booking. Expedia attempted to charge me an extra $166 to alter my booking. I called the actual property and they took care of everything. Great place to stay but book it through them not Expedia.

The room was cozy and nice. The location is perfect. The young ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I could make would be for room darkening curtains. Other than that everything was perfect!

Nice area and convenient. Our room right across from back of Holiday Inn Express. Lots of AC and fans making the balcony hot and noisy. Shower pressure poor. No sofa in our unit just two straight chairs to watch tv. Staff was friendly.

Second time staying at Twenty Seven. Check in was so easy and I felt very welcomed. The room is spacious with a sitting area and second bathroom. Room is extremely clean, linens and bedding are soft and comfortable. Location is great as we didn’t need to get back into the car for dinner and shopping in the town square. Highly recommend 27.

Great overnight stay during the Bear on the Square festival. Right in town and a minute of walking to any shops along the Square.There is a public parking lot around back but parking is a challenge during big events so plan accordingly.

Great property close to everything in Dahlonega. I needed to be here, Gainesville, and Cleveland the next day and this property just made good sense. I'm glad I decided to book my room. Everything was easy and clearly communicated since I was checking in after the office closed. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was right across the street and each to find.

This is a charming hotel right off the main downtown area! It’s so nice to walk out of the hotel and be right in downtown. Do be aware the rooms have no microwave (there is a fridge), there is no elevator, the beds were a little too soft for our preference, but otherwise this hotel is perfect! It’s updated and so very beautiful. Check in and check out are so easy. We got a text our room was ready. You just go to your room and the key is inside. When you check out, you just leave your key in the room, and you’re done. It’s the easiest check in and check out of any hotel where I’ve stayed.

We have stayed at this property before and have never been disappointed. Perfect location, right on the square in Dahlonega. You can walk to everything! Very well taken care of property, like staying with a family member. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful pleasant. Great communication and very reasonable rates. Our friends fell in love with it too - they came back for another stay. We highly recommend this property. We
