Extremely cosy and comfortable. Great and relaxing stay to enjoy a few days to visit the lovely village.

It was a wonderful stay in this exceptional hotel. The room was beautifully furnished. The service in the hotel was very courteous. The stairs to the Prestige Suite are very narrow and steep. It was no problem for us.

A special hotel. Beginning with our pleasant welcome and check in by Luic, we found the hotel to be charming, comfortable, and artistically designed. Being located in the old city, made it easy to walk and explore the shops and restaurants in Uzès.

Gorgeous hotel, nice staff, attractive room, small bathroom. We had one hot shower, one cold shower. Very minimal toiletries, nasty of soap and a strange shower gel dispenser on the wall of the shower. No complimentary water in the room. One coffee pod each, you have to pay for another one. It’s a shame, these are little things which can make a difference to your stay with minimal extra cost to the hotel.

The hotel was excellent. It’s a beautiful property in a great location. I thought the staff was outstanding. In particular, Imène and Tiphaine were wonderful. I liked Schmutz the cat too!

We had such a lovely stay here. The staff were all friendly and helpful without exception. Reserving tables for our evening meals in town restaurants was a bonus. Our room was simple but comfortable with a small terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself was an oasis of calm, mere steps from the town streets. Uzès is a beautiful, buzzing town. Well worth a few days of anyone's time. We wish we had more time here and will definitely make sure we return.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times in 35 years! I’m afraid this time it felt scruffier and less stylish than previous stays. The decor is a bit odd and somehow the interior doesn’t quite work. The staff were lovely. Everyone was really friendly and efficient.

Best location on edge of city center, on a pedestrian path. Hotel charming and fairly new, and with a pool. Bathroom a bit strange, an over large sink with no room to access the toilet.

The hotel was beautiful and very well located… BUT… when we checked in, we were told that they didn’t have an extra bed for our 13 year old!?!?? We made the reservation weeks in advance for 3 guests, including a kid age 13! Supposedly they sent us an email to ask if we needed that extra bed because they only have a few of them. ( I never received this email, I triple checked)And supposedly they didn’t know our kid was 13, even though this is something hotels.com always asks when there is a child in the booking. The lady at the front desk had the audacity to patronize us because you know, sometimes the kids sleep with the parents, you never know…When I asked to cancel our night with them so we could find a hotel with a room to accommodate 3 guests, since they didn’t respect the contract, they refused, because the cancellation date was 7 days prior to check-in!!!! We were basically stuck. They are not cheap, we couldn’t pay them AND another place. They did strictly nothing to help us out, we had to share a bed with our teenage son in an overheated room because the ac couldn’t keep up with the heat that day.Oh, and so you know, they do have parking on site, BUT don’t forget to reserve your spot because they have about 3 spots… We travel travel a lot, to a lot of different places and countries, and this is the first time that a reservation for 3 guests doesn’t mean 3 guests unless you respond to an email ( that I never received).

Very friendly staff and excellent location of the hotel. The terrasse has a an awesome view, parking is located in a close by garage, which costs around 12 Euro per day.
About the room; too noisy from the outside in. Inside the room there operates an ancient climate control and a noisy refrigerator which keeps you awake all night long. The floor light won‘t turn off and shines through the door into the room. The bathroom does not even have a door.
P.S. - The wifi is not up to date and mobile signal is weak in this area.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. We booked a superior room with a terrace which was great and totally private. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooftop is really nice at sunset. We did not enjoy fully the hotel because of covid19 and most of the commun places were closed (bars ...)
Location is hyper convenient, packing outside the hotel was easy. Defo, recommended
