The entire staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. The room design was great! The bathroom was very clean (the tub was a little slippery). A great stay!

They let us drop our bags off early, which was nice, because we had plans to see ye Statue of Liberty. They were supposed to text us even our room was ready, but we didn’t get that text until after we officially checked in, which was later than the check in time. I didn’t try to get breakfast personally, but my patents said they charge for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and nice. As far as transportation in the area, it took us over an hour and four different Ubers before one agreed to take us to NYC. So if your goal is to go to the city, definitely stay in NY instead. The area itself seems a little rough around the edges.

The room was mid. Felt more like a motel. This hotel needs an upgrade. The worse part is that the room A/C did not work. The room was 80 degrees and could need be move to another room because no availability, plus maintenance staff were not available at night. We were given a fan that barely blew any air. The entire night was uncomfortable to the point where I could not get any sleep.

There was only two things that I don't like. Aw come to this hotel like twice a year and I use an electric scooter. I hate the fact that I have the school to scoot all around the building outside. So when I came recently I arrived at 11:00 p.m. and I had to go outside around the building. No security. Nadine, I really don't like that and I hate that there's no security in the parking lot but other than that my visit was great. People were nice. Cleaners were nice. I had a great experience

Great place but parking needs better identification signage. If the hotel rents its parking space for the prudential events then parking must be clearly identified for guest. I end up paying $40 for parking to the venue staff, only so I can pass through and get to the guest parking. When parking is included with the room .
