Mattresses are so uncomfortable. Pillows as well. It felt so old and too used.

AC didnt work very well so the room was very warm. AC was very loud though.
The $40 parking fee was a surprise, just add that in the price of the room, or at least tell people in advance.

The staff was very sweet and professional

the stay was good - I would give it a 4. The breakfast was good - I liked that there was variety each day (polish sausage yesterday, barbacoa tacos this morning) and I had never seen blueberry waffles - that was a nice add, and sugar-free syrup. A good selection of cut-up fruit and the staff was good about replenishing.
-onto the room - It was very comfortable - I had a variety of pillows, but in a not great way - 2 seemed quality with nice pillowcases, whereas 2 pillows were very stiff/cheap/old with pilled pillowcases
- also, the soap dispensers ...... 1) they are so high; both by sink and in shower - I am tall and they are so high for me - I cannot imagine how shorter people can use them - they are mounted such that they are at eye level, so you need to lift your arm way up and your other arm higher than your head and can barely see if something pumps into your hand.
2) the products in them seem very earthly friendly, and upscale, but maybe I need parabens or something, because they do not spread - and they were so slippery and gloppy that half of the time I would pump it into my hand (raised above my shoulder) and by the time I pulled my hand to transfer it, the blob fell to the tub floor - go back for another pump; repeat - consequently, I think I may have used 20x the amount just to get some onto my hair or body, and the shampoo wouldn't spread - had to literally put blobs all over (again using too much) to feel like it got all my hair.
Looks good- could work better

All of the hotel staff members were very nice. The hotel was clean, free breakfast was standard, with some of the options changing each day. The room was very spacious and no more than about 15mins from every place we wanted to check out. My only negatives are, one of the elevators was down during our entire stay, the shower handle was a bit loose so when you adjust the water to hot it slowly rotates back to cooler, so showers were only warm not hot, lastly I wished there were more towel racks or hooks in the room. Overall I would definitely stay here when I visit again.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the manager, Rose. She was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and warm, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a wonderful bonus, offering a great start to our day. Plus, the convenient location made exploring the area easy and stress-free.

Super cute hotel. Staff very friendly.

The hotel was nice but a few things did not work in the room. First of all the TV did not work. The picture was pixelated and messed up. We wanted to watch college football during the day and night and we couldn't. The outlet behind the bed did not work and the toilet seat looked like its been there for 15 years. The TV was a huge disappointment since college football was on.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was super clean and the staff were so friendly.
4.6
Staff was great on resolving an issue with the room we had, great stay.
4.6
We stayed so we can have access to some of the downtown activities. I stayed at this hotel about 12 years ago and was hoping it was still in good shape and in the same level of service. And it was.

The service there was outstanding!!! I would definitely recommend it to others.

Helpful staff, I wanted a balcony view and it was perfect! The whole facility is very clean and organized. Breakfast choices were delicious. Parking was $40 per day. No problems or issues at all.

spacious room and good price-value compare to big city like New York. Highly recommended.

The staff was so nice. Especially, Rose the Guest Services Manager. She made my mother and I feel so comfortable and she was so engaging and upbeat. Rose is the highlight of the hotel.

We stayed here for a mother / son (elementary age) trip to see the capital and Bob Bullock museum.
It was SUPER convenient and both are walkable distance from here. We also walked to Texas Chili Pepper, TCBY and P Terry’s for other meals/ treats.
Parking was nice and in the deck. Super secure in that you needed your card to work the elevator.
Breakfast was great!
Wonderful stay!

Lovely stay! Enjoyed the pleasantries of the staff as well! xx

Very clean and spacious room. amenities provided are just perfect and adequate. Except, perhaps the tv is small for the room.

Loved the King Balcony room on the corner...the room was spacious, clean, cool, and comfortable. Everything was digitally operable from my phone and that was efficient. The area is clean, safe, quiet, and there were lots of dining and activities in walkable distance.
I would book this hotel again

The hosts were nice & the food was great. However, the water never got beyond Luke-warm in my room. In addition, the beds would squeak each time there was a movement or a turn. This resulted in VERY little sleep during my four-night stay.
4.6
The place was nice for the time we were there.
4.6
Convenient location to UT. Parking is overpriced. Breakfast had great options.

Quick check in, easy parking, very big and clean rooms.

The best stay we’ve had in a while. We stayed in the larger suite. Staff was amazing, hotel was super quiet, bed could have been a tad more comfortable but overall we’ll be back! Close to campus, and convenient to all things downtown.

Went on a mini getaway with my boyfriend and we’re so glad we chose this hotel! We checked in during the Spectrum outage so check-in took longer than usual (10-15 min) but the general manager Ramon checked us in himself and was extremely welcoming. The entire staff was very nice, especially the housekeeping/kitchen staff! The room was clean and I appreciated the full size bottles of products as opposed to minis. Breakfast was also DELICIOUS! Next time we’re in Austin we’ll definitely be staying here!

Great views from pool on the 5th floor and room. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Very close to capital and university.

Had a great visit.

The room was very nice. It was large and the interior design was pleasant. It was conveniently next to the elevator, which was easy for access for my family. The staff were all very pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked and all fresh.
Now for the bad parts. The wrap around balcony has no seating, why have a large balcony and now where to sit? The bed was uncomfortable for such a swanky room. The towels were scratchy at best. The shower and water pressure was beyond poor. The AC in the room only cooled the half one half of the room, as it is a unit not designed for the square footage the room encompasses. Trying to sleep on the side of the room without it was difficult. It was nearly 10 degrees warmer on the bed side, and the living room side was ice cold. Air circulation was terrible.
The hotel charged me for parking, and for internet. Why are these not included? $40 to park and $8 for the absolute worst internet I’ve ever seen. 10mbps was the download for the “premium” package. The TV was outdated and had sound problems as well, so I had to turn it all the way up to hear parts of anything I watched.
A lot of work needs to be done to fix these problems.
5/10.
