This is the second time we visited HCMC and the second staying at Eden Star. Last trip we did more tourist things. This time we experienced the city. So convenient for food, cafes, bars, clubs. The staff are friendly and the rooms cleaned to a high standard. Will probably come a third time.

I always stay here when in Ho Chi Minh, very friendly helpful staff. Saigon can be a hectic, noisy place and the pool area at this hotel is the perfect place to escape that and relax

Ist time stay. Stay is friendly. Rooms are clean. Budget type Hotel. Many kids running around with no hotel or parental control. Breakfast buffet is very limited and caters more to locals and Indians than foreigners. Hazelnut coffee is the Only coffee available. Want Americano, must pay more!. Restaurant is too expensive for what they offer. Burger and drink is $20 compared to $3.everywhwee else, and tastes like rubber! Was not impressed and would not go back!

The roof top pool area was great but be careful of wet surfaces. The buffet breakfast was okay. Most staff were pleasant and helpful. Convenience to restaurants, cafes, shopping and tourists spots ie War Remnants Museum and market handy. Overall, good value.

5 nights in deluxe room 1 king bed and shower over bathtub Room very comfortable Excellent breakfasts Bathroom average. Bathtub was placed in bathroom as a seperate unit and when step into it a bit unstable a wobble. Water goes everwhere from shower head all over floor Pool on top 12 floor. No1 really uses it its nice but not great. I didnt see anyone use top floor restaurant No swim up bar Otherwise great location and worth the price

The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help.

Great hotel for the price, in a good central location in district 1 in the city centre, good friendly helpful staff here too. Room was a good size, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Id recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon.

Great welcome on arrival. Very quickly into room. Location is great, easily walkable to main attractions but without being too central. Nice pool area on rooftop that was never too busy, with very good waiter service from restaurant also on rooftop. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only negative was the lunch/dinner restaurant quality (average) and price (high). The breakfast was pretty good though. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and i would happily recommend to others.

Excellent hotel. Impeccable service is all areas. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choices. And the restaurant and lobby bar were very good too. Nice roof top pool and view. I stayed for five nights in total. I found it to be a bit pricey but the location and amenities are excellent.

Amazing stay in every sense!!!! If I could give more than five stars for the service I would. The staff at this hotel are amazing and nothing is a problem to them. During my stay I had an issue with the bath tap. Within minutes, the night manager had found us an upgraded room, moved our belongings and ensured there was a fresh fruit platter in the room. I have stayed at many hotels although you would struggle to find better service than offered at this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting HCMC!!! The location is central to all District 1 has to offer and the hotel clean and modern. Thank you staff at Eden Star, especially Night Manager John for making our stay an enjoyable one.
