It was our first visit to the hotel. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good and their dining area is very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Didn’t get to try the billiards room or the pool but makes me want to come back again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing being so close to Alderwood Mall.

We had a great stay . The rooms were spacious and offering all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site breakfast was really good , coffee bar great ! The location was also perfect, close to key attractions .

Place under renovations but no notice prior to booking that pool closed and door would be open for moving people during the day when it was 30 degrees. A heads up would have been nice. Otherwise great service.

There was no wifi… wasn’t told when i checked . Repeatedly tried to find out why … had to go to a local restaurant to get work done Was extremely upsetting .

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Undergoing some renovations between now (Oct. 2024) and March 2025. One elevator was allocated to workers so was a bit dirty and elevator wait was lengthened. Nice stay. Good location.

All was good except i wasn’t told that there was a fee for parking. I asked about parking and they gave me pass but didn’t mention there would be a cost. When I found the charge on my credit card.. it took time to research and contact the hotel to determine the cost and while it was explained.. there was no accountability or alokogy for not notifying me of this charge in advance. There is also ample parking at this venue so I’m unsure why a parking fee is necessary.

My family and I appreciate Leilani’s excellent, helpful and joyful demeanor and genuine care shown to us and to every person that I witnessed while sitting in the lobby. My family and I have traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in 3-5 star hotels and we find her to be equal to top notch managers and concierge. The rest of the staff were nice too. Thank you.

The hotel is old and dirty, but the location is good. The service is not very good. Because they can't make a mattress and a sofa bed. And the waiter didn't know what ketchup was.

This property looks nice on the outside and in the lobby but the rooms need attention and a DEEP CLEAN. We complained right away that all of the doorhandles and lightswitches were covered in sticky fingerprints. The back of the main door looked like it had been splashed with pop. They did come and clean it. The room had a broken light switch and a chunk of carpet was missing. Dust and fingerprints everywhere. The room had alao not been vacuumed.

We have been coming to this hotel over the last 10 years. It has become more rundown, dirty and less and less amenities are offered. I think our time coming to this hotel for our stay will be coming to an end.

Spacious suites with great amenities. Walkable shopping nearby, staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. My family enjoyed the pool, fitness room and game room. The only thing I cut a star from was cleanliness due to the fact that someone else’s used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door, forgotten to be removed by housekeeping.

Dom was AMAZING! WE originally had a hiccup at check in due to the original person that checked us in, they did not check everything completely for reservation. Dom looked up our reservation and everything and made it right in a heart beat. Dom was extremely professional, kind and quick. We also had to have batteries changed in a remote and although they were busy-ish they took care of it swiftly. Big shout out to Dom! Thank you!

Overall the hotel was good. The pool and hot-tub were decent. The fitness room was great for both strength training and cardio. The pull out couch bed quality was unacceptable for the price of the room. Really really bad. Inexplicably, the parking cost extra. In Lynwood. Why? I parked across the street. Crossing the street at night is dangerous. dark and 5 lanes on a corner. Don't do it if you can't run. When I did a sweep of the room on check out I found sunglasses and a sock that wasn't ours so not sure how hard they try to clean rooms. The breakfast was good but didn't change much but I didn't care because it had two waffle stations with whip cream, chocolate chips and fruit toppings. So good. The breakfast staff do not speak, like at all. Luckily I know the international symbol for "more whip cream please". I would stay here again.

I like the spacious suite we stayed at. It had a small dining table along with a small kitchen. I especially liked that the room was separate from the living room/kitchen area. That way if we would have chosen to cook, the food smell would only stay in the common area. The amenities were also excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood. The staff were friendly, and the property was well-maintained. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh waffles, which were delicious. The only downside was the parking fee, which I feel could have been included in the price. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The room service was pretty bad. Out of 4 days there was only one day of room service but the room was not cleaned and setup. The pillows were terrible. Breakfast was terrible the quality of food can be improved.

The hotel itself is ok. A little bit outdated, but clean. The staff was not great. We asked for bedding for sleeper sofa in advance, in our booking request, but nothing happened. Asked the desk to bring it to the room, and nothing happened again. My partner had to go downstairs himself to get bed sheets, etc. The breakfast was not good. Everything was premade, coming from the cans, by the look of it. Thankfully, our room had full size fridge & microwave. Didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. Ok for 1 night

Very run down for the price you pay. Breakfast wasn’t as good as advertised. Pretty disappointed for the price paid. I expect a lot more from a Hilton establishment! The ones in Canada are high class. Hot tub was over chlorinated and was burning my eyes just sitting there.
