The room we were put in is right next to an outdoor entrance and we were awoken both mornings and kept up one night by the exterior door slamming. There was also an extremely strong odor that came into our room one night. We looked outside of our room to find it and it appeared to be from some cleaning that took place in the ice machine, stairwell area next to our room. The smell was very artificial and overwhelming. But we were so tired we couldn't imagine trying to change rooms at that point. I find it odd when the hotel Is quite obviously not full why they would put anyone in a room that is going to receive so much noise and disruption. When we came back to our room at the end of the first day it hadn’t really been cleaned. The beds were made and we had fresh towels but the cups we had used were still there, no fresh ones provided. Our coffee had. It been replaced and our ice bucket did not have a fresh liner. I also find it irritating that they continue to charge for parking. The hotel has its own lot and there is no shortage or spaces. In addition there is no security for the parking lot that I have ever seen, nor any valet. So what are we paying for?

Staff were nice and welcoming. The room was clean, bed were large. I didn’t like the design of the bathroom door. It was a sliding door. It didn’t really allow for privacy while using the bathroom. The bistro was extremely underwhelming. It was called a restaurant, but it just seemed like it would be premade food that’s reheated. It definitely shouldn’t be called a restaurant. We ended up ordering food. Fortunately there are TONS of food options around. Overall it was a great stay.

There were some things that were great, like the complimentary breakfast and the convenience. Also, the front desk staff was friendly when we were checking in. Unfortunately, there were more bad things than good about our stay. We were hosting a birthday party at the hotel and I was embarrassed by the stained and dirty furniture. The pull-out sofa beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The mattresses were so thin that you could feel the springs. I had to sleep on top of the couch cushions to make it bearable.The hotel was very noisy. The wheeled chairs and ottomans in the room were ideal for children to ride back and forth from one end of the room to the other, which was so loud and went on all evening in the unit above our room. We tried to call the front desk multiple times, the phone just rang and rang and nobody ever answered and I could not leave my children alone to go to the front desk. I will add that the carpet throughout the hotel was also stained and looked dirty. I would not go to this hotel again and I would be hesitant to book a room at The Hampton Inn at all.

Everything was good. We stay when we have medical appointments. Will continue to stay approximately once a month. We enjoy staying in the bedroom suites. No complaints whatsoever!

I love staying here. It’s convenient for my needs when we have a “girls weekend”. However, it seems that we are being nickeled and dimed now. $10 for parking for each car (at least 2 cars), and $5 for basic internet for checking emails, news, etc. If you want to do more on-line, you need to pay more. As I said, I like the facility, but I probably won’t be back since I can get the same quality room in the area for the same prince WITHOUT the added charges,

Great place; spacious rooms, helpful staff, small hot tub, clean pool, small gym. The only inconvenient is the noise coming from the rooms above. If you book a room make sure to get the top floor.

Mostly I was unhappy to find out there was a $10 parking fee. Perhaps it was listed somewhere in my booking and I missed it, but the lot was so full I had to park quite a ways away, which irritated me more about the parking fee. There was a long hair in the bathtub, not a big deal but gross. Otherwise,the staff, room and continental breakfast were all above average

The pool was cold, and the hot tub was still out of service. Be aware that you have to pay to park here. Otherwise, it was fine. We especially enjoyed the double king bedroom.

Checking in was easy and front desk workers were friendly. Our room was okay, my husband did find a pillow case with dried old blood on it. So I don’t think housekeeping really does a good job on cleanliness. We did order from a cafe it took 2 hours to get our food which was only a Cesar salad and wings. Also we couldn’t eat wings due to saltiness from lemon pepper.

The property was an older, but clean. The front desk was very busy with check-ins when we arrived and our room wasn’t ready on time, but the staff was very friendly and did what they could. It was ready about 30 minutes after the regularly scheduled check-in time. This hotel is very close to the I-5, and has walkable retail shopping and a Whole Foods nearby.

The area is great. Close to shopping and easy access to I 5 into Seattle and heading north. We have stayed at this property for years, sometimes twice a year. We found the breakfast that is included to be lacking choice and variety. The front desk staff were rude and sometimes unapproachable to discuss issues. Brush you off with a thanks for sharing comment back. The parking use to be free, now it’s $10 a night. They have you by the shorties because you can’t get to the hotel without driving. With the increase in their nightly rate and a parking fee now, we will be looking at other options in the area. There are newer hotels with better amenities within 2 minutes of this hotel. Overall not impressed
