The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and really nice. Loved the balcony. The only complaint I have is that the wall separating the bathroom from the room was glass and not private enough. When I opened the light to go to washroom in the middle of the night it lit up part of the room where one of the beds was located waking up my daughter who was sleeping. Just an impractical design.

Good size bedrooms and bathroom, although a bit dark. Great breakfast, parking and very friendly and helpful staff. For star level was expecting more attention to detail in decor, room amenities and overall facilities.

Superb hotel and a lovely location just out of the old town. Contemporary design layout and furnishings. Great resturant and bar. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are well equiped and appointed. The staff are exceptionally pleasesant, friendly and helpfull.

We chose this hotel as we were led to believe that it was close to Obidos and could easily walk to it. You can walk, but roads are not safe at night as there is no street lighting. You can drive and parking is free in certain places close to the town. Although a restaurant is advertised, this is not open until Julyand closed in October. Staff were helpful and willing to please. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom was divided by a glass partition, which could be embarrassing if sharing. The room overlooked the pool, which would be very noisey when in use. I would definitely recommend a hotel closer to obidos for exploring the town if not driving.

Overall, this is a clean, quiet, and safe hotel in a semi-rural location with easy access to Obidos. The service is very formal with little or no tourist guidance.

The staff here was excellent. And aesthetically everything looks great upon arrival. What brought the experience down for me were a few things. Terrible mattress and pillows, as well as a lack of outlets by the bedside. We had to unplug things and rearrange in order to charge devices. The rooms (we had two for the weekend) seemed to have been updated fairly recently and the hallways had lovely low level floor lights as well as motion sensors for the overhead lights, so you know they have recently been done. We might give them another shot sometime as I said before the staff was excellent so kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel and facilities. We arrived on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed for dinner. We didn't expect that, however they did give us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant in Óbidos. They also only left one water bottle in the room, and there were three people staying. However they did bring us two more eventually from the front desk. Overall very nice and lovely pool area.

We were very pleased to find this little gem of a place close to the town. It provided us with a little luxury at the end of a day of walking in a crowd of festive people. Everything was clean, modern and well-thought out. The breakfast was amazing and offered a lot of choices. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Obidos.

It’s listed as a four star, but the beds were old and uncomfortable, the fixtures were old and one came off the wall. The staff seemed uninterested. It all felt tired and beat up with no four star perks. List it as a three star tops.

A foto do quarto não condiz com a realidade. O quarto é infinitamente pior do que mostra na foto. Fui reclamar na recepção e a resposta foi: não posso fazer nada. Zero empatia do staff. Nem propor um upgrade do quarto mediante um adicional propuseram. O hotel aparentemente está vazio (visto a lista do café da manhã) e mesmo assim fui colocada no último quarto do último bloco, com 2 lances de escadas grandes, sem elevador e sem alguém para ajudar. Talvez se eu tivesse pedido ajuda alguém teria oferecido mas se o staff sabe onde é o quarto…a obrigação era deles oferecerem o serviço. Apesar das fotos externas serem bonitas e o lugar ter a sua beleza, esse é um hotel no máximo de 3 estrelas. Não voltaria e não recomendaria pelo preço que paguei!!!

Large, very clean room, large bathroom, pool and bar. No coffee machine in the room though. Friendly staff. We did not try the restaurant, but we recommend O Caldeirão for the evenings, and 1st of December inside the Castle.

This hotel had the hardest beds I have ever slept on. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived, but the hotel is pretty far from town and I booked it specifically because there was a restaurant on site. The staff was super friendly and my first thought when I walked in was “I would eat off these floors”. However, there was mold all over the bed and we had to switch rooms. The breakfast was pretty good.

On a trip through Portugal, this was a stop outside Obidos, a recommended place to sightsee. The hotel is just outside the city walls, in a lovely area that I’d love to revisit in cherry season. The service was quick and friendly, the room was clean and fresh, and the breakfast was extensive and delicious. Overall, a positive experience.

This is an amazing hotel, which is relatively new as it opened only 2 years ago as such there are still a few adjustments that are being made. The staff is very accommodating and willing to provide information.

Initially my journey was for 1 day, I’ve had finally 5 nights over there...just wonderful moments nearby Óbidos and seaside. I strongly recommend this place....so quite, believe me. Thanks for all the staff, professional and smiling. Be back again for sure! Thanks and long live to this hotel.
