Had to go up for medical reasons. No frills, quiet and comfortable, and close to hospital and several restaurants
3.2
Good room. Nice and helpful staff. Bus stop nearby with buses to the city centre.
3.2
Was pleasantly surprised when saw the interior because pulling up into the parking lot was a bit scary. Exterior not well kept. Furnishings were rough but the place was clean. No AC and keeping windows open was a challenge for lack of screens. Front desk staff was awesome.
3.2
Clean and run down except for blind very dirty I think a wash is due . Bedding clean everything kinda mounted on walls , nothing able to stay where I put it in bathroom shelf tilts . Water in shower warm tub paint peeling . Room very warm had a fan to plug in so we could be cool . Not very presentable, I don’t smoke but no smoking signs everywhere , but it smelled like smoke by office and hall . I am not their now of I would give pictures

needs a real good cleaning and extermination

There was a drunk man that rented a room there for 5 days. Was extremely intoxicated and was trying to kick in guests doors. Took police 2 hours to get there. Also Roaches, a lot of baby ones.
3.2
This place was just extremely dated and a little run down. We question whether or not the sheets were ever cleaned before we got there. They do not smell clean. We were happy to leave as quickly as possible.
3.2
We stayed one night before a flight out. It was basic and convenient to airport.
3.2
The place was pretty scanty..............definitely had no class. However, I do think it was clean.

This was by far one of the worst condition hotels we’ve ever stayed in in our entire lives, please view all of the photos below ..it is nothing like the website, we have no idea what the heck the shower situation was with the shower head being on the opposite end, burn marks on the walls holes and broken doors with cracks on it the dresser was completely falling apart, fire alarm not there at all, broken windows…I cannot say enough of what poor condition this was. If you wanted to stay in an RV there it is perfect…
3.2
Dirty rooms . Bugs all over. So much foul smell in the room that it was impossible to stay in the room for more than 10 mins.
Immediately checked out and coz no other hotels had vacancy ,ended up sleeping in the car.
Front desk didn’t help and did not even offer to switch rooms

Building was old, deteriorating, and not upkept properly. Bathroom was in the worse condition. It was dirty with mold and mildew everywhere. Bathtub's water backed up every shower. Tub's was super unstable to stand on. No fan in the bathroom. No AC or vent in the room. Moisture level was high all the time due to lack of ventilation, even with windows open. Furnitures were old and dirty. Room's floor was dirty, missing tiles and cracked open on some area. Bed was somewhat comfortable.
3.2
OK nothing great but fine for a quick night
3.2
Less expensive than downtown hotels.
3.2
Absolute dump. I don’t think rats would stay here. We checked in, looked at the room and left, did not stay.
3.2
Terrible smell of smoke. Misding window screen. Missing cover for ceiling light. Very poorly lite parking lot. Rm 21.
3.2
The room was infested with bugs.
After checking out, was charged for pillows that were never taken. How can I prove this after the fact? Crystal said she was management and rude and unforgiving in having a fraudulent charge placed on my credit card. And hung up the phone on me.
They are fraudulent. Room was infested with bugs and roaches.
3.2
Torn towels, bathroom door did not close fully, dirty rooms, saggy mattress, noisy hallways, no air conditioning. Terrible place not worth staying.
3.2
Do not stay here unless you have no other choice, as we did arriving very late into Anchorage! Most folks did not speak English, the neighborhood seemed residential, but when we walked in the morning we found it close to many choices for food and shopping! The roach on my toothbrush was about enough to want to go out screaming!
3.2
Emma was the most amazing front desk associate -- she helped us when we checked in and kept checking in with us during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything .. !!
3.2
Service and conditions were unacceptable. We did not stay there and won't pay for it.
3.2
This was not at all what the pictures depicted.
3.2
The property was older and a little run down but if you're looking for a place just to crash for the night and don't really care this would be it

This place was ROUGH. The sheets seemed clean, but everything else seemed poorly cared for - grimy, chipping paint, missing bulbs, you name it. The shower handle was cracked in half and held in place (badly) by a couple screws. And it smelled so strongly of smoke that we had trouble sleeping in it, even with the windows open. We had booked another stay here later in our trip, but couldn't imagine coming back. When we tried to cancel, more than a week out, they would not refund anything. We still figured we'd rather pay to NOT stay here than to stay. Can't say strongly enough: dodge this bullet.
3.2
Severly stained curtains. Cigarette burn marks in chairs, and on walls. Smelled like people smoking in hallways. Area was completely unsafe.
Do not recommend for anything. Would have been better off sleeping at the airport.
3.2
Conveniently located and within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores.
3.2
Homeless people living in their cars just outside of fence on the busy road. Old run down hotel with thin walls. Dirty windows, stain tub, smelled like mold. Would not stay there again.
3.2
No fan and no screnns on windows. A 1 star place
3.2
The lady at the front dest was very friendly and helpful
3.2
The room was run down and very shabby. We only stayed 1 night out of 3. Hell hole would be an apt description.
3.2
This place smelled . I didn't want to touch anything after I showered. I would have slept in the car if I had one at the time
3.2
Smell stinks, cockroaches
3.2
The place was clean and people friendly. But the noise was a lot: people banging their door ( they are old and hard to close), you can hear everything from other rooms and also the noise from the highway. We didn't sleep much...
3.2
Dirty, dated, run down, and minimal amenities.
3.2
Front desk staff was very kind and easy to talk to.
3.2
The staff were nice and excellent but the room was small and dirty.
3.2
Very comfortable
3.2
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room hadn't been cleaned well and had trash in trash cans upon entry. Also, it was a bit noisy at night with people talking and doors slamming.
3.2
It was really dirty and run down. There was food left in the microwave and fridge, floors were sticky, and the door barely shut.
