Absolute wonderful place to stay! The staff treats you like family and felt very safe here! Highly recommend to anyone. We had the loft hotel and it was perfect, the restaurant had some of the best cuisine we’ve had in all of Nicaragua.

Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Value wise is a very good option in a centrally located and a bit quieter area than right in the center of town. There was still noise but that comes with being in the town so not the hotels fault. Staff is very friendly. Included breakfast options were continental or Nica. We opted for the Nica option.
The AC and internet worked well throughout our stay.

The property was beautiful, and the best was the customer service. The property had security. The facility had a restaurant and bar. The food was great, and the bartenders were terrific. The menu had a great selection and food was delicious. Scarlet and the rest of the staff were very attentive to one's needs. Scarlet was a Blessing. She coordinated the transportation and her recommendations for sites to visit were great. Thank you

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Estrada. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfy. You’re close to the Main Street and shops/restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

What an excellent little design boutique hotel! There was a small staff who took really good care of us. Highly recommended!! The only small issue was spotty internet.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the old town one block from the main center. Everything is walkable. The hotel was very clean and the service was outstanding. It is a small location with only 7 rooms that are facing the inside courtyard as is traditional in Granada. The service and the food (full Breakfast was included) were superb. The hotel’s concierge Skarlet was unbelievable. She was available for anything we needed at all times of the day and night as well as on her days off - what dedication! She helped us with transportation and advice on the town and even sent her husband to Driver us somewhere when we decided to change our plans at the last moment. We enjoyed our stay in Granada and at the hotel and highly recommend the experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Estrada. Estrada was conveniently located and allowed for easy access to shopping and eating. Breakfast was delicious, we had a choice American breakfast or Nicaraguan breakfast!
The only continuous issue we had was the wifi not working in our room.
The internet would work in the lobby area, but when we got to our room there was no signal. They gave us three different wifi accounts to use and they just wouldn’t work.
We stayed in the room that had a loft. It was cute and the air conditioning made it all the better.
Side note, one morning we woke up and there was water all over the floor due to the heavy rain from the night before. Leave your stuff on the sofa bed when it rains!

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at! The decor and finishing in the rooms is absolutely stunning and we enjoyed our room so much. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient location. Only one staff can speak English. I wish they put a doorbell in the front gate so they can hear that people are coming. They always lock the front gate and most of the time I have to shout to alert them that I’m at the gate. I wish they laundry the pillow cases, towels, and bed sheets so well, coz it smells musty. Breakfast is good.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff who organized our your activities.

The room was excellent. We got the family suite, which is basically two full rooms connected by an outside walkway. The AC was able blast in both rooms keeping the temp nice. The staff is super helpful even in very broken English. They do provide secure parking but it is 3 blocks away - much more secure than street parking. The breakfast in th courtyard was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

It was our first time to Nicaragua and our stay was perfect thanks to Skarlet and her crew! The breakfast was fabulous! It is a lovely boutique hotel with comfortable rooms and beds, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Skarlet and the crew helped make our stay very memorable! The restaurant staff were lovely and very attentive. We would love to return!

Everything about the hotel was perfect! The service, the food, and especially the location were all ideal.

Gorgeous colonial building with charming rooms that balance the colonial look with ultramodern bathrooms. Breakfasts were excellent. It was the nicest hotel in its price range I’ve stayed at in Central America.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed in Granada. I had to extend my stay one more day. The service was great and it was close to everything

This was our second stay at this hotel. Staying last year for a night, we knew this is where we wanted to stay this year when we were in Granda for 4 days. (in fact it was the request of our kids as the spacious room made an impression on them too)
It was so convenient ... close to the choc museum, great food options and historical sites. It's a short walk to the busy (and LOUD) walking street. I liked being far enough away to not be bothered late into the night, but we could easily reach these businesses for for and shopping. We walked nearly everywhere, but taxis are easy to access here too. The hotel staff was just as kind and welcoming as our first visit. Breakfast is wonderful - simple and just perfect for the start of a busy day. We also ended up eating at the onsite restaurant 3 times aside from breakfast as the food was excellent and very reasonably priced.
Beds are firm with clean and soft linens. HOT water (not always something you get in the area) and a solid AC system that works even while you are out so you arrive back to a cool room.
we plan to return yet again on our next visit!

The hotel itself is quite nice, with a lovely courtyard area. Rooms are modern and clean, though mine was a little musty. Excellent location. The real selling point is the kindness of the staff who went out of their way to help me when I fell ill during my visit. Would stay again.

What a great little hotel, right in the heart of the city. Skarlet and Christopher were a highlight and so helpful. Rooms are tastefully designed and breakfast was a great start to the day.

We enjoyed Hotel Estrada. The service was amazing, particularly Christopher who served us breakfast in their beautiful courtyard and arranged tours and transportation. It was a lovely hotel and was centrally located.

The Estrada Hotel was by far the BEST we stayed at in Nicaragua. Clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel and the staff was AMAZING! Every single one of them was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. We especially appreciated Skarlet. She was friendly and quick to help with directions, laundry, whatever we needed.
The restaurant serves very yummy food and again the staff went above and beyond.
The location is fabulous! Close to and walkable to everything.
We had to cut our trip to Ometepe short and came back to Granada unexpectedly we tried to book at the Estrada again, but it was full. We booked somewhere else and it definitely did not compare. The Estrada will be our go to for any future trips. Don't hesitate to book with them, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property in walking distance to all attractions in Granada. The included breakfast was delicious and the girls at the front were so sweet and accommodating. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Nicaragua this one was by far the nicest one

A block and a half off of the central park. Great location, far enough to be quiet and yet gives walking access to all the restaurants and attractions in the downtown area.

This property exceeded our expectations. The property is tranquil and has the best Colonial Spanish vibe. The staff were kind, welcoming and so helpful and the bistro food was incredible. The airline lost my luggage which left me with the clothes on my back and without my medications. Staff arranged for a doctor to visit me, write a prescription which was then called into the Pharmacy and delivered 30 minutes later. We loved this hotel so much we didn’t want to leave. Truly, if considering a stay in Granada you should make this hotel your first consideration it is relaxed and beautiful and just 3-5 minutes walk to the center of Granada. If I return to Granada I will stay here. The rates are exceptional for room and included breakfast. Also this property deserves more than the rating of 3.5. For all it provided us both in experience and service it truly deserves a 5.
