This place is very clean compared to many other hotels in Samoa. Pool is nice. Hotel location is about 10 minutes from the town. Breakfast is okay but you can't rely on that. Last week they did not have eggs. They provided baked beans and bread. You need be aware that they go into your room while you are not there and turn the AC off.

The staff were so lovely and the breakfast service was so convenient. Such a lovely stay for a short trip. Thank you so much Lē Alaimoana.

There was a list of food on the menu but nothing was available accept one dish and it was very expensive - that was dinner. Was very disappointing.

Really disappointing. Two days had to chase replacement towels. Breakfast was not good.

Slow service and poor communication abt the property gate being locked at 10pm.

We loved the location and area. Just a few things to help with improvement. The breakfast options and times as it was open too late and not 7am as we start the day early. We didn’t have any face cloths. Overall we loved the place and staff. Thank you.

Bad service, dirty towels and not clean

It was a lovely place! Cosy and accommodating in the sense that it had the necessities, you would need. There is a lot of room for improvement - in regards to updating of the rooms, facility and breakfast options. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Staff was super nice and helpful

On our first day, The room we booked was very smelly. It smelt of sewage due to the septic tank was left off. I don’t think they’ve ever used any sort of air fresheners. We mentioned to the office staff the toilet was draining down slowly, when being flushed. Response from staff they’l turn the septic tank on now, but that I must mention to their security person to turn it off when he shows up at the hotel. I had no intention of mentioning it to their security person as it was not my responsibility, furthermore we did not want to return back to a stinky room, after being out all day. There were also a lot of worms on the flooring in the room, and in the bathroom. We had to clean it up ourselves. The woven table placemat on the table in our room looked like it has never been wiped clean, you can tell from drink spillages on it from previous people, what their cleaners did was turn it over to a side u can’t see dirty marks, laziness. The toilet was very filthy and so is their toilet brushes. Looks like they’ve never been replaced with new ones ever! No mini shampoo, or mini conditioner or hand soaps for guests, most hotels prepare these for their guests. You had to turn the air conditioner off/on by using a stick, probably they’re saving costs to not purchase another remote for it. I’ve got to say the bed was made. And the Mattress was comfy, other than that nothing special about this place, would not stay here again.

“King” size bed was 2 twin beds pushed together. A lot of bugs inside the room. Bathroom light did not work. Best thing about this place is the free delicious breakfasts, hot water & A/C. Staff is friendly too. Unfortunately the rooms are not worth the price…. Will not be coming back.

The room was so many bugs where my daughter was meant to sleep, sheet were smelly and the couch was broken. Shower curtain was dirty. We didn’t even spent a night there

Lovely place, staff friendly, the lovely lady that cooked the meals was awesome, she was there from breakfast to then end of dinner, sad we left early in the morning so couldn’t thank her, but she always made sure our meals were lovely 😊

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Location is great, staff friendly, affordable rates and the only negative (on my part) is that I didnt swim in the pool or take advantage of the continental breakfast which I'll definitely do next time. Thanks for an awesome stay! Will be definitely be back

Really enjoyed our 5nights so peaceful and quiet the staff were so humble. It was safe and secure with parking and no one to bother you. I will be booking again with them. Really enjoyed my stay

Nice place & clean although we had to put the rubbish out for it to be emptied daily. Floors weren't cleaned or mopped on a daily either. The price of the food is over the top. Best to eat in town. Microwave didn't work.

Everything was good, staff, complimentary breakfast, the location was a hide out , but is close to everything like gas station, grocery store, and restaurant. Even the security guard was awesome

The staff were really nice...friendly and they were under staffed but did good.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are on the smaller side. No coffee in the rooms, huge bummer. Free breakfast is just wheatbix and coffee. The staff was not very knowledgeable about certain things but friendly. Pool was ok. With the amount flying insects, it is hard to keep it clean so thats understandable. Overall, if on a tight budget, I'd recommend it.

We had seen a few bad reviews but our stay was actually quite good. Staff were friendly and happy to fix anything that needed attention. Don't expect the 'Sheraton' when you're only paying 1/5 the price.

Great service. Great location

I arrived at 2:30am due to a late flight arrival. Security let me in and also checked me into and escorted me to my room. They have a gate that closes I believe at 11pm. The staff are very helpful and kind. The area is very quiet. Plenty of parking space and free. The air conditioning worked! Lighting in the room was a bit dim for me. All essentials were present and taken care of.

It would have been good to have wifi access

A little gem hidden away in a busy area.

We liked the staff and the locality. We were able to interact with the other guests. It was within walking distance of shops and the main town centre. Rooms were serviced well and were tidy.

Location was close to my gatherings. Staff was excellent. Frig, microwave, teapot, toilet etc are old No soap & face towel. Breakfast always same. No WiFi Too infrequent room cleaning ( every 4 days?)
