I would like to book Lotopa House again every time I’ll go to visit Samoa👍.

Very convenient and close to town to shops where we can walk and buy food and shopping.

Couldn’t watch tv because one of the remote has no batteries and the other remote not working it needs new batteries. Lots of finger prints marks on the sliding door. Bathroom has lots of cockroaches and it’s yuck seeing them crawling around on the bathroom vanity.

Very comfortable and cozy feeling. Our family loved our stay here definitely stay again.

I loved everything about this place - the house was very good for our family. The hosts happily greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly throughout our stay at this beautiful place. We will definitely stay again if we visit Samoa and this place is available very beautiful place to stay. Thank you Athena and your beautiful family :)

I think the owners run this place from afar, so just a little advise maybe just clean up abit more in the bathrooms so that the pipes do not get rusty and collect unwanted germs, but overall the place was good our family loved it.

Overall it suited our requirements

We self-catered. Kitchen facilities were adequate. Garden and grounds were well-kept. Location ok, advantage to have a car.

The chests of drawers in the bedrooms were old and the drawers stuck. There was very little other shelving and no cupboard space.

I would call this place, "A home away from home". The whole house is perfect to accomodate a whole family. I would recommend this home for every family who's planning a vacation to Apia. The owners are the best. Thank you for welcoming us, we look forward to stay there again. May God bless this home as well as the owners.

*home away from home- very spacious, comfortable beds with sheets n towels, clean kitchenette area... lots of pawpaw and fruit trees around.. just love the whole compound! Lovely home owners - very helpful.

Home away from home!!!

This rental home was amazing - our home away from home! Modern, spacious, all the accessories & more! Super affordable for a large family!!! The staff were friendly, accommodating & extremely helpful!!!

We had additional guests sharing the house on our first night even though we paid fully for it. Weird and unnerving kno

Location and quietness.

We also had problems dealing with power. We were not told about ‘cash’ power arrangement. So when the power went out on our fourth night, we were told we had to go to local power suppliers to buy cash power. As it was late in the evening, we asked one of the staff if he could get it for us. That cost WST20 for transport. The cash power we paid was WST60. And to top it off, we were basically told to get out of the place by 3pm even-though we checked in late very late on our first day.

Lotopa house

We liked that we were so close to Apia town and plenty of close by local shops and ATM. It was handy having the owners close by to help with any issues or questions we had. We were very impressed to have bananas taro and luau delivered to us Sunday morning thank you. So grateful the property had aircon in every room and all kitchen utilities, if we wanted to cook. The dryer came in very handy especially if going during wet season. Would definitely stay again but probably try the newer house opposite

We weren’t impressed with the cleanliness of the property. You could tell toilets were only wiped where you could see but the area surrounding the toilet and lid when down, was dirty. Walls in bedrooms needed wiping and badly stained. Tiled floors need good clean especially between the grout areas to bring them back to white.
