Clean room & bathroom. Mattress was a liutle too soft for me, but overall great place to atay.

A few things stuck out for "downers"... 1) they used strong fabric softener on their sheets and towels. It was over powering and made me itch. I don't remember it being an issue at my stay a year ago. I just want clean, not scented. 2) my room was a west facing room and the blinds were open when I checked in, making the room pretty hot. The portable A/C was a blessing, but the vent was broken, pointing down and I had to prop it up with a washrag. 3) the dining experience was disappointing because the waitress kept leaving the balcony doors open to take food out to the customers and the flies came in. I got so annoyed batting away 2 flies from my AMAZING chicken/mushroom penne, that I just got it to go and ate in my room. This is my 2nd stay here and I would go back if I knew the fabric softener issue was taken care of. The other 2 issues are easy fixes.

The owner, Dia, checked us in and was super-friendly. Gave us suggestions for sight-seeing in the area. Had no problem extending our stay. The room was small, but very well kept and clean, loved the decor, especially the “real” towels (not the white, scratchy, institutional ones that are usually in hotels). We had pizza from the restaurant that is attached to the hotel and it was awesome. All in all, it was a great experience; definitely would stay again, and recommend to friends and family. Thank you, Dia!

We loved Debbie at check-in, she answered all our questions with 11 ... lolol.. Dia the owner introduced herself while we were in the attached restaurant. She sat and spoke with us, she shared stories of hope that were needed, and knowledge that was much appreciated !! We ended the evening promising to come back on a regular basis.

We were graciously upgraded to a chalet by the owner when she saw how tall my husband was. The chalet was spacious, well appointed, and it was the best sleep we had out of all the hotels on our trip. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were great, not your typical "hotel pillows".

The 2 bedroom chalets are very nicely done, modern white and grey walls, very new kitchen and bathroom. good storage, high ceilings. Beds were fine, internet was fine. Kitchen was wonderful. A/C was great. It's a 24 minute drive to Waterton Lake NP and 40 minutes to the US border on a pretty road. The town has a Walmart, several gas stations, some fast food. There is a restaurant at the hotel, we didn't try it.

We loved the Stardust hotel! It’s a warm, welcoming, cozy, clean, and well kept place. The owner is very kind and hospitable. We will stay there again next time we are in Pincher Creek!

Very pleasant property. Dina was super friendly and helpful. The chalet was well furnished and if anything was needed it was provided. We had originally wanted to stay at Waterton but the drive was not too much and the atmosphere was much quieter in Pincher Creek. Would definietly recommend to others. Thank you!

The room was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable and the price was good. We had diner in the restaurant and the food & the waitress were awesome. The check in clerk was also so kind and helpful. A great place to rest your body.

Rooms are recently renovated and beautifully decorated. Towels are nice and thick. Fridge and microwave very convenient. The proprietor is wonderful - great suggestions for things to do and also when are the best times to go certain places. The Inn rooms are a bit small and it's not possible to unpack because there are no drawers, but we managed fine. I assume the chalets are larger, so I'd probably consider one if I'm in the area again.

Fantastic little place to stay! Room is basic, but has everything you would need. If you are looking for an economical place to stay that's clean and comfortable, this is it. Will definitely stay again.

Nice property, good restaurant available and close to Main Street. Bit congested with parking when units are full but manageable. No air conditioning in unit. Which is a bit of a downfall but luckily it wasn’t too warm. Overall a descent place to stay and close to interesting attractions

It was more for the staff than anything else. Extremely friendly and pleasant. It did also help that my accommodations were 'bumped up' to a 2-bedroom chalet with all services, as opposed to the motel unit I had booked.

They charged us a destination fee of 10$ which made the price 10 over what epedia said it would be! We are definitely discouraged from using expedia if the prices are going to be different! And we wont be staying at that hotel again. The heater made weird clicking noises whenever it turned on in the night.
