A charming old hotel in the center of Kalispell.

Lived that ur was downtown close to restaurants and shopping. Only complaint is that the air conditioner unit was still in the window so allowed for more street traffic noise.

Incredibly rude staff. Front desk staff did not greet me, they grimaced and asked for my name. The rooms were freezing. Window A/C units like you use at home were still in the window being late October in Montana! The units were not weather proofed and we had difficulty getting the heat to work. We woke up freezing at 2 am. To boot the hotel is on main Street which is also the interstate route to whitefish. It was incedibl loud hearing cars drag race up and down the strip well past midnight. You will also hear semi truck traffic all night. Unimpressed with every aspect of the stay

The hotel, itself is nice. The single rooms are very small though and if you are going to stay here, ask about a room not facing the main road as you hear everything.

The staff where friendly and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal! All homemade and so delicious. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were by the street, so some street noise. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

A lovely, historic hotel. Nicely decorated and renovated in the heart of Kalispell.
A great breakfast daily ...as well as cookies and popcorn in the afternoon were delightful.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Room was small but adequate.
Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby for reading, visiting. Gave the place a bit of a spacious B&B vibe.
Several good dining options within walking distance.
Only drawback was noise from trucks that are driven "with gusto" down main street in the evening...especially Friday night. We used the room a/c fan to muffle outdoor sounds and slept fine. It didn't seem to go late into the night.

Very pleasant.

Nicely renovated classic hotel from the early 20th century.
Air conditioning system was substandard for the price of the room.
Great breakfast

Lovely hotel built in 1912 & in the heart of the historic district.

Very noisy traffic.

This is an expensive hotel for a town so small as Kalispell. The television didn't work, and I had to watch the presidential debates on an ipad. I would not stay at this hotel again.

We loved this historic hotel. The rooms were a little small but were very clean - great towels! The best part was the breakfast - amazing homemade scones and bread - even quiche to warm up! The gal checking us in and out was wonderful (even if we couldn't get our AAA discount) - when leaving she gave us a list of things to do in Glacier and they were perfect - Thank you!!

I think it is time to update this hotel, the elevator was extremely slow, but the noise level is very high, especially on Friday night they have drag racing down the main street.

Lovely historic hotel. Lobby area beautiful and rooms comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

The front desk was extremely helpful -- I accidentally only reserved for one night and they were able to extend our reservation another night on a holiday weekend.
THe continenal breakfast was great with generous pieces of quiche, fresh scones, and cinnamon rolls.

Cool classic downtown hotel; small and slow elevator, physical metal keys. Great staff and breakfast, clean. Only issue was our room was more than tiny, and workers outside our room had birds eye view from two windows, and no refrigerator in room. Would stay again.

It was a well kept hotel with very cool history. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious- especially the quiche.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Very welcoming staff. Loved the table made with deer antlers in the lobby.
Bed is very nice. Shower is good. Breakfast was neat, although the same (quiche) was repeated for the 2 days we stayed. They wrap individual slices of bread in a Ziploc bag (don't know why). Huckleberry jelly was nice! Elevator was super slow and a test of patience (takes at least a minute to climb up from 1st to 2nd floor), but then we needed it only twice to move bags. Would have liked to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room (especially for families), but we managed with ones in the common place. Close to grocery stores and food options. Parking was a non issue.

This hotel is in a great location and its heritage and look is charming. The only downside is the traffic noise if you are facing the main street, which is very busy because it is also a highway. Quiche at the morning breakfast was lovely and checkin staff was fantastic - Bridget gave us an upgraded room which was very much appreciated. You cannot beat the location as you can walk everywhere.

Impressed with over 100 year old historical building. Super friendly staff with outstanding home made breakfast. The street noise was intrusive but not bad. Parking was easy.
