1st counter staff and Manager behavior not good.At the time of checking they try to cheat me. I my previous review I have mentioned very clearly what happens with me.

Overall experience is not good. some type of smell is there in the hotel. must use room freshner , VEG FOOD QUALITY & VARIETY must improve, not a proper buffet breakfast as well as Dinner. AC of rooms must be proper - I had changed 3 rooms in 2 days stay .

No hot water, no towels in the room when we arrived. We are 70 years old couple. When we arrived there was no help provided to carry our bags or carts. We finally checked out at 9 pm. Take our advice and don’t stay here. Staff is terrible. They provided no help whatsoever.

We were doing a road trip and wanted to layover just for a night. So we choose this property. The rooms are pretty small but this is a express hotel so that is to be expected. But the condition and cleanliness was top noch. For the price and the fact that had to stay only the night this was the best option. And they included breakfast as well. Overall a great property if you are looking to stay a night or 2.

Neat,clean and functional as is to be expected from this budget chain of Holiday Inn Express.Rooms and bathrooms are small but that is also normal for this category of hotel.Hot breakfast with sufficient variety.Very good for business travellers on a budget.

A great feeling it was a home away from home people were so welcoming and pleasing hats off to them - from warm welcome to reception along with service of nice food it was all great --even billing was very prompt -overall it was just great

At the price of 2K with breakfast , i would prefer staying in similar hotels. Clean/smart/moder. However on a twin sharing going to be tough. Breakfast was very good and staff are friendly.

Booked the hotel thinking it would be comfortable, since its an Accor brand. However, the rooms structure is pathetic. Very small dingy rooms, people can die of suffocation. Breakfast too wasnt good at all. Will never recommend it to anybody.

- Hard to locate given that it is not present on Google maps - Bunk bed had no protection from bottom - Staff was not even aware of booking made through Expedia - Insufficient breakfast choice
