Room service are not good, room size for 4 people are very small. Only one chair for sitting, no toothpaste, no brush, no shaving kit, no body lotion. Some of the room lights are not working, and many more. I really did not like the motel.

Looked like the property ran a small renovation. There was new paint on the walls inside. Good size rooms. Clean areas.

Staff were very friendly and extraordinarily helpful upon arrival. My room was updated and very clean. Bed was comfortable, and well-appointed bathroom. Plenty of power plugs (that's refreshing in a motel!), fridge and microwave. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a takeaway meal, electronic key access. There is a diner on the property that serves probably the best fish and chips in Owen Sound! Give the Travellers Motel a try next time you're looking for a place to stay in Grey County!

It was pretty good, I stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. Nice place to spend a night on our way back from Tobermory.

Check in process required to share your drivers license information, they record and document information. They also have guests pay the room fee at check-in, which is not stared through the online expedia platform. Building doors were dark and full of handprints. Room was okay, bed was full of long black hairs. Towels were full of long black hairs. Room has no peep hole on door or additional lock mechanism on door for safety. Did not feel safe with limited security features in room.

This motel shows pride of ownership and a lot of care! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. If you are in town for 1 or 2 nights only and simply need a comfy room and shower, this is the perfect place to stay! There are not a lot of extras, like a swimming pool, but it's more than adequate. It's inexpensive and modern and clean. Rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave. Bathrooms are spotless, include a rain shower and the beds are firm and very, very comfortable! If the owners added a tea kettle, tv instructions, and a few extra towels, the rooms would be exceptional! Travellers should note the driveway for the New Wing is somewhat difficult to see at first glance. Also, unless you have a room facing the parking area, you can't see the parking lot from your room, as is the case for many motels. However, the owners have added multiple security cameras everywhere, including the parking area, to give travellers extra assurance and safety. There's also a restaurant next door offering simple and tasty breakfasts and more! The only thing we were surprized and a bit shocked by was the $200.00 deposit required! After all, we had no pets with us who might ruin carpets, and weren't part of a rowdy group who might destroy property. A friendly explanation of the policy to all travellers would be helpful. Still, all in all, would stay there again.

Room wastn't clean.. as soon as i entered the room bedsheet and comforter very thrown on the cough. Bed wasn't made. Clearly someone stayed there before me and no one cleaned the room after them. I got there late at night. I had no option.

Terrible experience. Had to wait 10 mins to have someone let us in to check in. There was no wifi, was told no TV service (which we didn’t have at all) and check out was at 10:30 and if we stayed even a minute longer they’d charge us another day. Took a deposit of 2X room rate, and 5 days later it has not been refunded. Horrible experience overall. Wouldn’t recommend ever again and disappointed it was even an option on hotels.com

It was an alright place to stay for the night, didnt realize that check in had to be before 10pm, and office wasnt very well signed, when we go there one of the neighbours helped us find the office and woke the lady up so that we could check in

When trying to enter the office, we ended up waiting outside for two minutes before we could come inside. Then, once inside, was told with a bit of attitude to stand directly in front of the door so they could see us from the back of their home (not at the desk where they could see the whole front.) You have to be over the age of 30 to rent a room, which wasn’t mentioned till we went inside to check in. Overall, the communication and customer service was poor, but there’s hope in the prices.

Place smelled and found hairs in bed sheets. Not at all impressed. But you normally get what you pay for

Facility appears to be a new add-on to an older style motel. Room was ample, but wardrobe at furthest end from entry, making hang up of coats awkward. Very basic accessories like every other hotel. Good value for a good price.

Perfect for a short stay in Bruce Penisula. Towels and sheets are Perfectly Clean. Pristine! Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean and beautiful.
