It was ok. The room smelled a little musty. Gentleman at front desk was very nice.

Room was smelling like cigarette, drawers were dirty, towel had stains. People at the reception were not welcoming at all. The guy threw the room key at the front desk and then I had to ask him if that’s my key?? Overall, it was the worst experience we have ever had in any hotel.

Poor

I wish we had known ahead of time about the renovations that were being done. It was very dirty and dusty and not good for the allergies and asthma. I ended up getting very sick and it spoiled our time away.

The room was sooooo dirty. That rug hasn't been cleaned in forever. Towels were stained. Room smelled so bad. BED BUG galore! Stay away!!! I had been warned of bedbugs but unfortunately did not listen. Woke up to one crawling right on my stomach.

No breakfast included. Location centered around multiple parks and u can even walk to the water front.

I will not return. This motel needs a total redo.

Good location

Hallways full of renovation dust and particles, including on the carpet in the room. The room did not feel clean. The queen mattress was very saggy. The couch was stained.

Disgusting and criminal

I was there for 10 min. The owner wouldnt let me see the room before I confirmed I wanted to stay. After he took my payment for 2 nights I went to the room and was very upset. The room was rundown and had a pungent odour of cigarette smoke. There were two contractors on the same floor 'renovating' other rooms next door to my room. I went back down to the front desk. I told the owner this was not a acceptable and I would like my card refunded as I was there for 10 min. He became very belligerent and angry. He said he cannot refund my money.

He refused for about 20 min until his wife came to the desk and said it's okay. She convinced him to refund my card. The owner then gave me a receipt but it was just a copy of my original receipt..it was not a REFUND copy. I then told him I would like to be refunded. He refused again. at that point his wife said something..He then refunded me. I called my bank to follow up.

A place in a storm. Thank you!

It was a comfortable clean room that was centrally located for us in a snowstorm. The gentleman who greeted us was friendly and helpful.

They are in yhe midst of renovations but that didn't really affect us since we were really just there to sleep.

Passable

The rate was good..as it was St. Paddy's day weekend everything else was booked and almost $250 a night. Close to all areas of restaurants and shops. 5min drive.

Under construction which we knew. Stayed with my elderly father for a funeral. The beds were so uncomfortable springs digging in. The shampoo and conditioner have to open with scissors. Not at all easy to open. If you forget them at home. TV couldn't turn it on the satellite box. No 24 hour people on site. 9-11pm .

We were just looking for a one night home base at a budget price so we were happy with the choice.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast. Motel was in process of massive renos so halls were not exceptional but our room was awesome. Owner or desk manager wasn't particularly friendly but ok. The place is going to be wonderful when it's finished. We were just surprised when we drove in and saw the dumpster in the front yard and the bathtubs and sinks on the patios. We got good value for our budget. Room was clean, warm and fresh. TV didn't work but we didn't want to bother the desk.

TV could have worked. Desk was supposedly open until 11 but no one was obvious so we didn't want to bother them. Motel was under reno which was a surprise but our room was totally redone so once we were in our room we were good.

Good experience as always will be back again !

I’ve been to other motels and hotels in the area and for the price and the cleanliness of the room I’m unsure why the rating is so low . The front desk gentlemen greeted us with a warm inviting smile . The place was under renovations , and even so the room was unaffected and still a place where you could unwind after a long day of chasing waterfalls x3 near by the hotel

It was a fair accommodation for a fair price no complaints

Accidentally booked 2 rooms when only wanted 1. I called inn and was told to call booking.com, talked to booking.com and was told to talk to the inn. Still paid for 2 rooms. Construction went late in to evening making it hard to sleep.
