Service was great as was the location. Would recommend!

This was am amazing hotel the lobby was very nicely decorated and the room was very big and had everything we needed it was also in a good spot as everything was walking distance from it

My husband and I were there for 3 nights and Wow! We absolutely loved it there! We have no complaints and loved all their attention to details…definitely would stay there again when we return to Maine!! Location location! Beautiful time of year!
4.6
Great location, friendly staff, outdoor patio with fire for smores. Room met expectations.
4.6
We stayed end of October so town was quiet. Great location for walking in town. Staff was friendly and available if needed. Grounds are lovingly cared for.
4.6
A favorite of our trip.great vibe, clean, comfortable bed, just off downtown shops and food. Beautiful little town. Wish we could have stayed longer
4.6
Good location, dated but clean. Very nice breakfast! Hard to maneuver parking at night, but next to police and fire so “felt” safe.
4.6
The staff were all super nice and friendly. And, the location is perfect.
4.6
Incredible quaint stay within short walking distance of all downtown Camden has to offer. New England charm in a clean facility. Ultra-nice and personable staff.
4.6
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and super convenient location with free, private parking right in the middlle town. Only complaint is the noisy aircon units. Next door had theirs on 24/7 which was rather annoying.
4.6
The hotel is literally a 2-minute walk from the harbor. Management also kindly let us leave the car in the lot after checking out so we could explore the own which, in an area with very little parking, was a huge bonus. We stayed in 4 places in Maine during our visit and this was our favourite. Thankyou.

Great place
4.6
we have stayed at this Hotel before and it is convenient to the downtown and Harbor area. It is clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the promised housekeeping halfway thru our stay which never materialized.
4.6
Room was very old and had a “musty” odor. Great location but not a very clean hotel. S’mores at night was nice. Would not choose to stay there again.
4.6
This is a perfect spot to stay in Camden. Room 201 was very spacious and huge bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee right down the hall . We don’t remember a hotel where you could open the windows! There were three and weather was perfect to have them open with breeze.
4.6
Very nice small hotel with adequate parking in downtown Camden. Nice small indoor pool. Rooms were clean and a good size.
4.6
Its in the center of the town which i like.
Room is clean.
Famous ice cream just near the building.
Footbridge- i enjoyed the flowers. I wish they planted more flowers like last year.
Same breakfast every morning. Normal breakfast. Few selections. Cant complain.
Issues
I was not informed when i booked that we will be staying in a different building not the hotel itself. They call it Extended Stay.
Not enough parking for everyone.
The aircon is so LOUD. We didnt sleep well.
I feel so bad for my daughter and my husband who drove many hours and cant get rest. We booked a room with Full kitchen, so we brought with us food to cook.
No elevator so my husband had to drag our cooler filled with food.
Kitchen has enough cookware etc. They only have salt and pepper. Meaning bring your cooking oil.
We planned to cook lobsters but your not allowed to cook shellfish- disappointed with that. Main reason why we got a room with a kitchen is due to budget, So we can cook.
2nd morning of our stay, me and my daughter went to the main hotel to have breskfast, the old guy in the counter looked at us and asked where are we staying. I wonder why she asked us and didnt asked the person behind us or the person in front of us..I dont have light skin by the way.
It made me feel awful esp my daughter is around.
Suggestions
Big mirror
More condiments
Fix the Loud Aircon
Maybe cook egg different ways.

Great location -- very central -- a warm and cozy entry and approach to rooms -- very New England, down to the details of Grandma's candy jars to keep adult and children alike happy.
4.6
Staff was very friendly. Didn't like the sink and mirror in closet space with no door. Difficult getting ready without privacy and disturbing other guest in room in the morning. Would go back again.

Accessibility and location.
4.6
Just a lovely place to stay. Not fancy, but very warm and inviting!

This was an adorable hotel from the outside. Both quirky and inviting! Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint was that our room was pretty outdated and had a bit of an odd, musty smell. Saying that, I wouldn’t have any hesitation staying here again!!
4.6
Excellent location, nice property and grounds, and friendly staff.

Lovely hotel located right in the heart of photogenic Camden.

The place was unique 💕

Stayed in the suite with the Peach Door, darling place that looked out onto the little river. Walking distance to everything. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, living area separate from bedroom (both spaces had an A/C unit) but the tall windows take the cake! These windows line the living area which includes the bay window, enjoyed morning coffee from the provided Keurig at this bay window. Check in was a breeze and had a warm welcome. Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Stayed for 2 nights but wish it was longer! PS, if you have a sweet tooth the hotel built a lovely walking bridge to the other side of the river which lands at a fantastic ice cream hut.

Nothing to complain about standard room. Friendly service. Great location. Good value.
4.6
Great location and ample free parking. The staff was very friendly. The downside is the property was in need of a renovation 10 years ago. Bathroom vents don’t work, light bulbs are out, and the carpets look 30 years old. It’s in a picturesque spot and quiet, yet right in the heart of very walkable Camden. It just needs a major refresh.

Fantastic location and very clean!
4.6
We liked the proximity to the downtown area. We didn't find the hvac to be easy to use. Housekeeping was only available with a 3 night stay.
4.6
We loved the back patio with the fire pit, such a magical experience. Thank you

Cute, convenient place for our quick stay in Camden - the staff were very nice, the hotel was in a great location, easily walkable to shops and restaurants, and the free coffee/tea bar and breakfast was a nice bonus. The property is non-smoking but someone had def smoked in our room, and the bathroom was a little dated, but all in all, a nice little hotel!
4.6
Quaint hotel, very clean, walkable to everything. Free ice cream coupons given to the kids for the ice cream shack located just steps away. Staff was very friendly.
4.6
We had a great stay at the Riverhouse . The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly. The location is close to everything. The breakfast was fantastic and coffee is available throughout the day - I love that. We enjoyed the fire and smores and it was complimentary. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Convenient location in downtown Camden.
Lovely flowers and terrace.
Coffee and a s’mores bar an unexpected treat
Staff pleasant and friendly.
Thanks for the restaurant recommendation.

We made our reservations for the hotel and they put us in the Inn. The Inn is an old apartment, No real air conditioning,,a makeshift hose. Noisy since the window is always open part way,

Very quaint, very convenient/a walk to shops, restaurants. We were able to park our car for 3 days and walk everywhere. We were very relaxed at the Hotel.
