Everything was clean and fresh. Rhonda at check in was friendly and welcoming. Made sure my bill was ok with Expedia booking. Room was very spacious with plenty of plugs and charging ports. Breakfast room was clean with good quality breakfast choices. Nice view of the inland waterfront.

Weekends, expect to hear bass from a nearby bar. It actually was heard from 9:30-2am both Friday and Saturday. The most disappointing area was the pool. It wasn’t very clean, and it was falling apart. Tiles and other chunks of cement were in the bottom of the pool. I plan on making a formal complaint.

The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were great with a quiet air conditioner and room-darkening shades, and the breakfast area was great with some nooks overlooking the old marina. I recommended this place to my sister in Port Huron for any visiting guests!

We really enjoyed our stay at your place, although we did notice a couple of small issues. The pool drinking fountain seemed to have some mold that could use some attention, and we found that the gate outside by the old docks needed to be locked. Despite those minor things, we loved the overall experience and the convenient location near the Canadian border.

The hotel was tucked back in off the main road so very quiet. Rhonda at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Only challenge was the group of women who were loud in the hallway (our room was across fr the pool) after 10p.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. No highway traffic noise, friendly staff, nice pool, lovely choices for breakfast, and my absolute favorite.......the view over the water from our room. We all agreed this was definitely an 11/10⭐️ hotel, and can't wait to return!!

I booked through Expedia at Holiday Inn and it has been the most miserable experience I’ve ever had with any of the hotels. Front desk staff first had issues with system and then they had issues with call centre. I still did not get the room as I am providing my feedback at 3:30 AM in the morning. Expedia support executive also played around and had to have multiple interactions with multiple executives. Received mail on refund in terms of points and not dollars. Will fight back to get back my refund in dollars.

We couldn't face the 402 in the dark so checked in here. Got an upgrade, room had a spa tub and separate shower. Lovely place, great staff.. liquor store on the corner!

They waited until all 4 of us checked in with very large heavy suitcase and guitars to tell me the elevated was broken and we would have to carry everything up 6 flights of stairs. They also said they couldn’t hold any luggage behind the desk. It was 1am. We left They denied the refund request with Hotels.com The desk girl said it had been broken for days

Staff were excellent. Very nice room. Hotel very clean. Only thing wrong was the elevator was out of service. The front desk was trying to get us a room on first floor. We declined and kept original room on 2nd floor. I'd recommend a stay here. We'll be sure to stay here again.

This was a great hotel with fantastic staff. Very clean in a nice quiet area and it over looks the boat docks. Nice hot showers and a surprisingly heated pool! Breakfast was also really nice for options. Would stay again!

We really did enjoy our stay! The staff was amazing and so helpful. The rooms was very clean we loved that. The pool was so warm and they have the pool area heated like a sauna! Was amazing. Our only downside was the carpets in thenstair cases was very very dirty and smelled bad. We emptied the trash can in our room to notice it was very sticky and filthy underneath and was just covered by a extra bag. We was on the 3rd level and the floor in the halls was very unsteady and lumpy. Makes you feel a tad uneasy as if you might fall through. We didnt though! The front check in area was well updated, they just need to update the rest. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. It was delicious. We would definitely return, just wish they would work on those things.
