The hotel was clean and well maintained and attached was the most pleasant surprise, a gem of a restaurant Timber Bar and Grill which was open until 10pm since we arrived late due to travel issues. The pool was clean and towels a aplenty. The rooms were perfect with a little kitchenette area and housekeeping did a great job with turndown service. Hotel staff were helpful, kind and very accommodating offering us dryer sheets when we decided to wash our swim clothes. We were traveling with 3 kids between the ages 12-16 and we had enough room and space in our suite. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again if in the area.

I’d like to thank the management for helping me solve a double booking problem when I booked 1 room mistakenly on 2 different booking platforms. One company refused to refund while the other worked with the hotel and obtained the refund for the additional room booked in error. Kudos to the kind and helpful front desk staff in helping sort out this issue. The room is beautiful and spotless. The hotel is fantastic as is the restaurant on site- Timber..Will definitely be back and certainly will recommend.

Fantastic property and staff. We arrived early, had a nap and then wanted a walk. We went along the river path across the bridge thinking we could loop around but it doesn’t go through. We were happy still but it was 5 mile walk. Great dinner at Timber and breakfast was just what we needed before airport. Casino was close but we didn’t go.

With kids above running around the room ceiling vibrates; overall condition equal to a holiday inn express but more expensive. Though within the building is The upscale Timber Restaurant (tasty selected foods as well as good vines and draft beers with well-coming staff and service) the hotel breakfast in selection and taste is subpar, in fact disappointing (or: “pack your knives and go”)

The water is cloudy. It’s been this way for at least the last 6 months. There are homeless everywhere on the streets surrounding the area. The breakfast is below average at best and the only option is the attached restaurant which is overpriced and again, below average quality.

Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle pickup. Young lady at front desk unhelpful and dismissive. Unable to schedule shuttle back to airport on Sunday despite this being advertised as one of the hotel amenities. Allegedly coordinated with Fairfield in for a pick up for me. This shuttle never showed and ended up using Uber to get back to the airport. Should have selected a different hotel

I liked the size of the room and continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel was located across the street from a concert venue I was attending which made it very convenient. The hot tub was not operational and parking was sparse when I arrived Friday night, but the restaurant downstairs seemed to be very popular and the reason for this. I had no troubles finding a spot to park on Saturday.
