The breakfast was not the greatest. The scrambled eggs were too runny and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling as it should.

Someone kept knocking at my door at 4am, then ran away. Notified hotel staff, but they didn't seem to care. Breakfast was bad.

I have stayed at this hotel at different stages for over 40 years. Since it was originally a holiday in and through manny hotel changes. The last change was done splitting the hotel property into two different hotels. They have now recently taken the pool away from this property where we stayed which was the main reason we chose to book and gave Im the look to the other hotel, deciding to charge a ridiculous amount extra if you wanted to use the pool, being the same owner. Will never ever stay there again. The rooms air cooling did not work properly, had to open the windows to have cool air. Thank god it was raining and the air outside was fresh

AC units didn't work at all. Restrooms were dirty, and the beds sheets were all scratch i guess it was from pets since its a pet friendly hotel! Carpets needs to be replaced!

I liked the garden and outside atmosphere. I didn’t like that I got a room in the back facing parking lot would have liked one facing the garden.

Cheap room furnitures, old fashion, and out dated.

An old “finca.” Room’s carpet and curtains had stains and dirty spots. A/C was not sufficient. Breakfast room was small and crowed. However, the area was peaceful and quiet.

Wonderful garden. Surreal property, in the middle of the city with a great Mexican style.

I liked the garden area. Room was dirty. Air conditioner not working properly. Room very hot. No water pressure. Very outdated rooms.

I booked a superior suite. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn't even have that room classification. A lady without a uniform or badge walked us over to the Holiday Inn and gave us a room over there. Never got a suite, just a regular room at a hotel I didn't even reserve.

The worst place , very dirty and bad smell , the worse room I ever seen, I just got in and immediately leave, I didn’t spend the night there, had to find a another place to stay.
The staff was very impolite and rude
I’m waiting to get my money refund

I loved the garden inside the hotel, full of life and very relaxing !

I went there to Guadalajara for a funeral so I was looking for something relatively close to our family’s home. The property itself smells amazing and it’s well situated but very outdated. The towels were ripped apart and super worn down. And the same thing with the room itself. If it’s a 2 -3 day trip totally recommend it but no more than that.

We had to ask for a change of room because we got on e of the outdated rooms to a remodeled one (very easy process) and our cleaning person didn’t do a very good job every single day we were there, other than that it was a pleasant stay and it is a very nice hotel.

Great experience, room was very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed my stay and it will not be our last!!

It was a great stay. First night we had some kind of noises coming maybe from Plumming or some electrical panels, that made us miss that sleep that night. We reported in the morning to have room changed and they did right away with no problem. We loved our new room and it was so quiet the rest of our vacations. WE love this place so convenient and close to everything. Service was great! I will definitely stay here again and again!

Be sure to check your reservation and the room they give you. I booked in advance to get a garden-view suite with a balcony and they tried to give us their most basic room. They claimed they were at 100% capacity but after we complained (after all, I paid for a suite) they then suddenly found a room closer to what I booked. Housekeeping left something to be desired as they left us with only one towel two days in a row even after calling the front desk for more. (No hand towels, washcloths, or bath mat, just one towel for the two of us.) Breakfast was absolute chaos with more guests than could fit in the dining area and food/coffee couldn't be refilled fast enough. Given the number of issues, I'll definitely look for somewhere else to stay on my next trip to Guadalajara.

This property is falling apart and also the staff unfriendly.
And also mosquitos inside at the room, keeps awake all night .
Thank you.

The garden areas of the hotel are beautiful and the cleaning and front desk staff are very friendly. We love plants, trees, etc., so it was a beautiful experience to see the different types of plants and trees they have around the property as for the room it was fine, but we definitely needed a fridge or microwave which they didn't have in the room, so that was a disappointment for us.

We had to walk through the laundry area and dirty alley to get to our room. The TV stand and night stands were dusty and corridors were dark and musty. The beds were comfortable and ok for on overnight stay. The grounds were nice with lots of vegetation. Breakfast was good and personnel was friendly.
