Top hotel voor als je dichtbij de airport wil verblijven.

Omgeving is niet echt gezellig maar wij verbleven er omdat we de vlucht hadden gemist.

It was a nice stay

The rooms were clean and the food and drinks were amazing.

The beds were too small and the tv remote didn’t work. It would also be nice if the rooms had a mini fridge.

Poca presión de agua en la ducha, las sabanas de la cama un poco sueltas y eso hace incomodo.

Clean close and Very nice

Modern, super clean & close to airport with parking (you can also leave your car there if you travel out of GDL). Gym & indoor swimming pool and restaurant on the spot. Friendly staff.

it was ok, first impression was a negative one so wasn't impressed. My stay was ok.

breakfast was ok. staff very kind.

same hot food each day, better choices would have been nice. I was very frustrated when I arrived around 7am to find that they had canceled my reservation. the gal was kinda rude when I told her I reserved Thursday night due to my flight landing about 5am, so we'd be able to getbthe kids to bed. She wasn't budging even when I told her I stated in the reservation the time of arrival and that I had communicated with them. She stated that even though I had a confirmation number, it wasn't pd for so not guaranteed. I told her my reservation was pay on arrival. It was only when I handed her my phone and told her to read the messages between me and staff and showed that staff stated my arrival time was not a problem, that there would be someone there 24/7 and they'd be waiting for us. After reading my messages, she finally gave us rooms. All this crap while standing there with our luggage, no sleep and 3 kids.....very unhappy, ruined my first experience in Mexico. I utilized booking.com and, what she didn't know is that I'm a very successful travel agent of 10+yrs and one of the purposes of choosing this location for my family travel was to see if it would be a good location for a clients wedding guests. If it would be a place I could block 20 rooms.

Love the rooms and toiletries

In the morning at breakfast, having one staff member behind the counter doing eggs and serving is not great. Seems to happen quite a bit even though there are plenty of staff wandering around cleaning/ clearing tables etc. I have stayed in the hotel several times, and will most definitely be staying again but this is the only aspect i think needs improving. Queues tend to form quickly at breakfast time!

Great value, great property, great everything's lo

The staff were incredible. The shuttle to and from the airport was a godsend. Warning though, you will need to call the hotel from the airport to let them know you would like a ride to their hotel.

Close to guadalajara airport with free shuttle. Would stay again.

I was on the second floor and could hear music from bar area, it wasn't loud and it didn't affect my sleeping, but for someone else it might. A higher floor would be better for me personally for less noise.

Pase una estancia muy buena, muchas gracias

Muy buenas instalaciones con estacionamiento y hay un encargado de revisar en cual alquiler momento quien entra y sala del mismo, la hospitalidad del personal de recepción , al hacer check in recibes bebida de cortesía para el bar y ticket para el desayuno (no pude probarlo pues salí muy temprano) , la habitación cuenta con cafetera e insumos para este, se descansa muy bien habitación limpia buen tamaño para lo requerido, tienen transporte gratis al aeropuerto cada media hora y este servicio se solicita y agenda al hacer check in para que te anoten en la bitácora , al hacer check out fue sencillo

The cleanliness and overall aesthetics of the property. Very professional staff. The complimentary drinks and buffet was much appreciated!

Only two negatives I have is that I could not get programming in English while trying to watch an NFL playoff game. Second, it would help if the covered foods in the buffet were labeled. Since we aren’t allowed to serve ourselves it would be helpful to be able to read what each container holds and then make our selection to the server. Maybe him not repeating himself will make him a bit more cheerful than he was.

LA HUBICAION ES PRIVILEGIADA SI TIENES QUE TOMAR ALGÚN VUELO AL DÍA SIGUIENTE, EL RESTAURANTE TIENE BUEN SAZON, Y NOS LLEVARON CENA (ROOM SERVICE) YA TARDE, ESO NOS GUSTÓ BASTANTE. EL HOTEL ESTÁ MUY BONITO, MUY MODERNO.

EL ÚNICO PERO QUE LE PUEDO PONER ES QUE EL DESAYUNO BUFET SERÍA MAS AGRADABLE SI EL HUESPED PUEDE SERVIRSE SOLO LAS OPCIONES, NO ESPERAR A QUE NOS TENGAN QUE SERVIR, ES TARDADO E INCOMODO, A EXCEPCION DE LOS HUEVOS AL GUSTO.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds

Great location close to the airport with hotel shuttle. Friendly staff , rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Great facilities also for kids .

La ubicación exelente pues tenía un viaje al otro día y sin problemas me pude trasladar al aeropuerto.

El día que me hospede yo tenia que estar en el aeropuerto a las 4.30 am y al parecer hubo una fiesta/posada y se escuchaba la música, casi no pude dormir.

Новый, современный, чисто. Есть бассейн.

Для отеля неподалеку от аэропорта непонятно отсутствие ланч боксов для пассажиров с ночными и утренними вылетами. Завтрак входит, мы на него не попадаем, едем голодные в аэропорт. Не понравился сервис в ресторане, все красиво, но обслуживание как в забегаловке. Отсутствие халатов, далеко в бассейн не в чем сходить. Пришли в бассейн - там нет света, пришел мужик и в щитке включил свет, тоже странно как то. Ужаснейшая шумоизоляция.
