The hotel is in a great location, very accessible to all the dining and shopping in AIX.
The property itself is a quaint old French hotel . The room is very small and needed some updating.
Please be aware that there is no elevator. Managing luggage up a small and narrow staircase is quite challenging .

Special. Incredible staff. Super clean, great sheets. No elevator. If you can climb, don’t be deterred. Small-ish room. Doesn’t matter. Wonderful.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Easy walk into the centre of Aix. Staff were lovely and friendly.

This was a great place to stay… comfortable beds and centrally located. The stairs can be tough if you are on the third floor but we didn’t let that damper the experience.
Thank you

Good position in the center of Aix en Provence and close to bar and restaurants. However the room was under expectations and overpriced as we reserved a double superior but the room was at the street floor with no privacy (the windows were in front of the street), and very noisy as it was just behind the reception.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The beds are the most comfortable. We have slept in.
Would be great if they had a little bar, or some kind of vibe.
But this is perfect for people who want to completely unwind. Fantastic location!

It’s a little boutique hotel right in the heart of Aix. The bed was nice and comfortable. The pillows were good. The bathroom (shower) was great. I even liked the breakfast. The feel of the hotel was just right. It was quaint, beautiful, simple and perfect.

The location was good. It was very closed to the center of the old city and also parking lots. Receptionists were very friendly and attentive. I did not feel any stress because of non-French speaker.

We purchased 1 breakfast at the property but found that overpriced. I could buy a croissant and pain du chocolat from the boulangerie down the street for a fraction of the cost. Staff was GREAT.

The wonderful staff at the property made us feel at home. They were friendly and kind and did not hesitate to answer our many questions as American guests in your country.

Journée de tourisme entre amis dans la magnifique ville d'Aix-en-Provence. L'hôtel situé au calme et au coeur de la ville.
Belle accueil

Wonderful staff!
Very clean room….breakfast mainly good.
You need to manage the stairs if on the 2nd or 3rd floor…especially with heavy suitcases!!
Noise from late night revellers on the street facing rooms can be disconcerting, but for the price, it wasn’t too much of a problem!
I’d go back tomorrow!!

Great location and Valerie could not have been nicer or more helpful.
The king size bed was perfect .

The hotel is charming and quaint...the staff is very friendly and welcoming especially to my wife and I who do not speak French.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Aix-en-Provence! It was an amazing location, centralized and near the main street where the markets and cultural gatherings take place. The hotel was quaint, clean, and full of wonderful staff who were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was traditional French but even had granola and milk, an added treat. I plan on returning!

The room was small but cozy. It lacked a view, but the window provided good airflow. It fit my solo traveling needs perfectly. Good central location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff who spoke English, and good wifi. A bit noisy at night, but in fairness I left the window open.

Charming small hotel in perfect and quiet location in the old town within 3-5 min. walking distance to attractions. Great breakfast in a cozy environment. Helpful and friendly staff, allowed to leave our luggage before check-in time so we could go out explore without baggage. My room 12 was lovely, albeit very small.

Quaint French hotel with wonderful service!

The place is in a GREAT location and the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately for us, France was experiencing a massive heatwave 95 and their AC broke. We had a 3 night reservation but left after the first night, couldn’t take the heat. They totally understood. Would give it a try another time.

Very good breakfast. Not their fault but air con out of order so had fan and windows open so lots of street noise. Gt location

The hotel is in a good location. The first room I was gifin was the top floor. It was too hot. I told them that the AC wasn"t working. Someone came up and said don't you hear it. I pointed out tha it was blowing warm air. That was when they discovered the AC wasn't working. The next day they told me they didn't know when it would be fixed. They purcased fans for all the rooms the next day and moved me to a lower floor. The corner where the hotel is is a hang out at all hours of the night. Since it was hot, I had to try to sleep with the window open and noise throughout the night. Wheen businesses closed in France, the received 90% of their prior incone. They should have made sure key systems work. The people working at the hotek were very nice but my stay was miserabe and without sleep.

Cozy hotel centrally located. The reception and overall service was good. The bed was comfortable. When we went ac was not working. After letting them know, they provided a fan and the room temp was fine. We found our room small and unfortunately, due to the ac problem, noise could be heard from the street. Our room on the 4th floor faced the street. Hotel doesn't have elevator.

Location was convenient for walking around the city. The street noise was disturbing so we had to sleep with the windows closed. Once closed though, it was fine. The rooms are small (like a small NYC hotel) but sufficient for our needs (i.e., a place to sleep and shower while exploring). It was a good, affordable, safe choice for travelers like us.
