Great place if you don’t want to spend huge money on a few hours sleep; clean, quiet and all that is needed!

This is an extremely basic motel. We were upstairs and there is no elevator. No coffee maker in the room, but instant coffee provided. It was quiet and easy to walk from for dinner.

Definitely in the heart of downtown Missoula. Bed is comfortable. It would be nice to update the bathroom and AC unit. You have to step on something like a chair to turn on the AC, it needs a remote control or something. Really a basic motel to sleep in.

Its was such a great stay for us. We were there dropping our daughter off for college. We had a very nice room and we needed to get in early and they accommodated us.

This property is located next to train tracks. The trains ran all night long blowing their horns. No one got any sleep total nightmare would definitely not recommend

Supporting a family owned hotel was a big one for me. Great location, clean, comfortable bed, and reasonably priced for downtown Missoula. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night that did not break the bank. Nice neighborhood, clean room, great staff, updated room as well.

The Ac doesn’t work, bed needs updated, seems old. shower needs some work, it would also be nice if the bathroom blind covered the entire window, the house next door is a little close

Train horn several times during the night. Insufficient parking spaces. Cannabis dispensary across street. Small room with very loud AC. No receptionist for check out, so left key in room and called later to inform them. Price was triple what it should have been.

My husband and I always stay here for concerts because it’s walking distance to the Wilma and the shuttle to kettlehouse

Not what I expected
Small. No safety latch on door. Lots of light through curtain.

Useable but not remarkable motel. It appears all guests were only there for one night, like us, just passing through. Bed was comfortable, but rooms could be updated. Smelled of cleaning solution when we arrived, and the wall air conditioner while working ok, was noisy.

Shame on me for not paying closer attention, but this really is a motel in a busy street. The rooms have been updated, but the outside is very much a motel. I think I expected something different given the price, but Missoula in the summer is ridiculously expensive.

We enjoyed our stay and the walk to our destination downtown was easy. The desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The AC was great and the room was clean.

Happy I was on second floor but watch out for large stairs no elevator. Check for toilet paper when you arrive I got stuck at 2 am with no TP.

It was very convenient, quiet yet right on the main street.

Several very nice places to eat supper and breakfast are within 2-3 blocks. It was also very quiet.

Nice little motel within walking distance to Missoula's great little downtown. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the drain in the shower was a little clogged, so we had to stand in our own washed off yuck. All in all, nice little budget motel!

A no-frills but comfortable and affordable hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff.

Quaint little motel. It was very clean & the remodeled shower was super. Bed was very comfortable & there were no issues with the tv/cable system. Was a little noisy being close to a main business area.

Maybe it was just our room but the pictures made it seem very updated. Our room was extremely small, very old, it was clean but was so old that it didn't look clean and it a very strong smell. There wasn't much parking. There was parking across the street but it was not the greatest part of town. I would not stay there again. But it met our needs for the night.

Really nice place to stay for one night, is walking distance from so many places. We went to 3 bars were so much fun. Front desk was super nice with us because we got there so late from our flight and they have it a nice room with a front parking . Thank you !!

The front desk were nice and informative. The sheets were Not white which made the room feel more like home and less like a facility. The room was clean and the hotel is central to walking distance to many things. I would definitely stay here again. She is shabby on the outside but pretty chic inside.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice that it was tucked away off the street but also still super close to everything. It’s not super fancy but the upgrades they are doing to the place are helping to make it a comfortable place to stay.
