Adequate but not great. Hot water didn’t work if anyone else had water running including another room. Key cards don’t work properly. Kinda blah decor and bedspread is like a thin piece of plastic.

The tub didn't plug so you could use the jet tub The shower didn't work the right way There was blood stains on the combottom line, not worth the money. Didn't have heat. The list goes on and on

The baseboards under the bathroom vanity weren’t there. The tub would take about an hour to drain. The bathroom faucet was barely attached. There’s a desk in the room but no chair. The outside of the fridge had something on it that wasn’t cleaned off. There wear a couple in the room next to us that was up in the middle of the night banging things, having random people in and out at 3am. Party in the parking lot. They have done some remodeling but the overall stay was not great.

Older property, wouldn't be a big problem if they spent more time on cleaning and other upkeep. Keys stopped working for many people and they would be standing at the door hoping someone would let them in. When front desk was advised of this, they just responded, "They should work." Staff was very nice, but I only saw one person the 2 days we were there. Seem very understaffed.

This is a really cute budget friendly hotel. It’s going under renovation so there’s some construction going on but the rates reflect that right in the heart of North Conway where there’s all kinds of great outlet shopping and great restaurants. Hotel also has a washer and dryer which came in very handy for us Owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. The only issue we had was the hot water breaker tripped and we had to wait until it was fixed. Over than that, it was a great place to stay and very affordable.

Staff at front desk were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was newly remodeled and very clean, Interior lighting, especially by beds and just inside door could be better. Cigarette butts near entry door could be picked up. Hope to see the return of the Blueberry Muffin restaurant! It was great! Tje Yankee Clipper is a very good place to stay!

The property is well located just next to the Outlet. The rooms we reserved weren’t that clean, the bed covers had some questionable stains on them. Carpet was also stained. We can see they tried to refresh the rooms but looks like wish inspired to try it but many thing were broken (desk chair, bathroom door,…). I don’t know if it’s a negligence of the owner of just stupid peoples booking the rooms not taking care.

There was no house keeping, had to request towels and garbage to be removed from room! The room carpets were dirty and a little smelly, but the bathroom was nice and updated! Beds were comfortable and clean from any bed bugs, which we always check! Overall the property could use some work, the chairs out side were broken, thankfully I didn’t sit in one or I would have gotten injured! They should be thrown away!!

The room was good. We did have some stained towels. The hallways and stairs are so gross and stained!! Hotel has mildew/mold smell. Coffee station could be a lot better.

The hotel is older. Inside they painted and cleaned but the foundation and maintenance are very bad. We had a horrible air conditioner that probably spread legionnaires disease. There was no hot water. And no offer to fixit when reported in the morning. I didn’t know about hot water until I went to shower in am. But because I’d already slept there they refused to approve a refund. No one even apologized at minimum! The tub had a layer of old grime around front compartment Very poor maintenance. They just put lipstick on a pig with room updates Don’t stay there

Room was dirty when we checked in. Could not use the shower. The faucet flooded the floor. Told front desk, no one came. Out side area trash over the entire grounds. Letter from hotel said pool was open 8am till 10 pm. That was incorrect it closed at 8pm. I will not stay again

We found dead bugs all over the floor, some not dead in the entire room, hallway and surrounding areas smelt like smoke and musk.

Our room was updated. Very nice looking and cozy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. And all-in-all pretty clean. We faced the road so there is some noise from that. We only heard other guests coming and going occasionally. You do have to request towels, toilet paper, etc as they do not service rooms during the stay which was fine. We had no issues and staff was available and helpful.

The room was clean enough, comfy bed but the pictures on their web site of the motel itself were inaccurate. The outside of the motel look nothing like the pictures!! Maybe at one time years ago it looked like that but not today! We felt a little duped when we got there and disappointed at what we paid for 3 nights versus what we actually got!! Will not stay again!!
