The room was newly renovated, But really small. The bed touched the air conditioning unit. If someone was sleeping on one side of the bed, they would be cold and the other side of the bed would be hot because the vent is blocked by the bed.
11:00 a.m. was the checkout time. At 11:05, Just as we were about to walk out of the room, one rude staff member knocked on the door loudly and yelled, "You have to leave. You're time is up!"
When we were downstairs and waiting to check out, I approached the same worker and let him know how rude he was. He basically shrugged us off. I asked for his name and he had to think about it and then says his name was "Chazz".
The gentleman at the reception desk when we first checked in was cordial and very nice..... This other guy was an idiot.
I hardly ever write a bad review, but I will never stay there again.

Hotel room was extremely small... my closet is bigger than this room.... with that being said... we were a late arrival and had a 6AM flight so it was ok for what we needed... room was clean...

There is no sound proofing, so bring ear plugs. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. No problems with hot water. We did not have trouble with parking. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and grocery store a block away. But quality of the room was not good. Hair dryer was broken, one of the lamps had burned out bulb, multiple cigarette holes, weed smell, and the rooms get really hot even with the AC running. But it was cheap.

Great and convenient place for what I needed to do.

It's a two star hotel, and that came with some things that I should have expected but caused some annoyance. The elevator is slow, enough so where using it to move luggage into my room on the 2nd floor was not worth the wait compared to using the stairs. It was something I could handle, but for folks that are not as mobile may find that difficult. In my room I noticed that there was no information for logging into the wifi. When I asked the front desk the clerk asked for my phone and entered the password for one of the wifi connections available. I did not think that was professional, since I needed that password for my laptop as well and ended up just looking up what the password was in my settings. The more annoying things dealt with the plumbing. The sink drained slowly, so being economical with it in general use was something I had to keep in mind. The first use of the toilet clogged it, and there was no plunger in the room. I visited the front desk to ask for one, the clerk mentioned one would be brought up, or it would be taken care of, and I went out for lunch. I returned an hour later and the toilet was still clogged. I returned to the front desk, asked about the plunger, the clerk had forgot and said they would bring one up later. Back in my room, it wasn't long before it was brought to me, and I could take care of the clog myself, but the plunger didn't quite fit. Eventually I managed to unclog it, but it was a hassle I've never dealt with in a hotel before.

I didn't expect luxury, but broken window shade/curtain (couldn't block bright nighttime lighting), terrible bed (like a sleep sofa mattress), noisy a/c were disappointing. I was there three nights, repeatedly asked that the window shade be fixed and room be made up (to at least change the bath towels and empty the trash). Nothing was done until I.brought dirty towels.and bag of trash to the front desk on the 3rd night.

Mildew in the shower. No service whatsoever. Someone, obviously came into my room, they changed the desk chair, but cleaned nothing. Very noisy. Won't stay again.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I encountered during my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. Despite arriving at the hotel five hours later than the scheduled check-in time, I was informed upon arrival that the room I had booked was unavailable due to maintenance issues. This was extremely frustrating, as there was no prior communication from the hotel or Expedia regarding this issue.
The room that was then provided to us was not up to the expected standard. Most notably, the room had no functional air conditioning, making the stay uncomfortable. Due to this, we had to request a room change. However, even the second room had significant issues, as the flush in the bathroom was not working properly.
All of this occurred around 1:30 AM, which made the situation even more stressful and inconvenient after a long day of travel.

The smell of marijuana was everywhere. I booked a non-smoking room, but I couldn't stand it. We checked out within an hour. It was terrible.

Very limited breakfast, very cramped and small bed for two people. Liked free parking and easy access to transportation. Extremely noisy but we live in the country and have no noice. Price was ok for what you got for a big city.about an hour away from time square on bus and subway.staff where helpful.

My experience staying in this hotel was not good for a couple things. Their so-called breakfast was only milk, cereal and bread on a counter. The staff was not friendly, no smiling at all. Also, the room key would become inactive after leaving the room for a few hours. However, I was not informed of this. At least twice, after I went out and came back, I took the elevator to get to room only to find out the key was not working and I had to take elevator back down to the front desk to get the key activated. This is frustrating and it never happened in other hotel I stayed in before.

If I never return to the state of New York, it will be too soon. I spent two weeks in NYC as a tourist, everyone treated me like total trash. It was a waste of my time, money, and my benevolence. I hope the state of NY never needs my help for any reason. I don't care about any of you if you live in N.Y. You don't matter to me. Your lives are trivial and you will all be forgotten very, very soon.

So far first thing they do as they do in speaking a foreign language up over your head at check in to be their own unauthorized dominion and authority over guests. Toilette smells of urine as though a fast food restaurant, theirs no remote control, your denied wifi, lied to as though you dont know that you need the password to to hotel names wifi that not under "guests" because "guests" doesnt allow for you to even open an email or handle any business such as this review so luckily I have a hotspot that I can use, theirs no word on when, where or what as far as "breakfast" and if you wanted to keep or pay another day for your room despite how expensive that they are their arent online options to do so. Now that Im online I see that I owe $10 cash cleaning fee to have gotten paid and the keurig coffee in the lobby probably wasnt free neither.

The hotel looks recently renovated and still has strong smell. The area feel very safe. The room is quite small. Our room has window facing highway so automobile noise may be concern to some people.

Honestly this was terrible. Our room was in the basement. Zero WiFi available, no service for calls or texts, had to go outside to look at my phone for anything. The room was filthy, dirty tissues on the ground by the bed and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Don't stay here.
