Hotel staff from the shuttle driver, front desk to housekeeping all friendly and cool people. Our room was nice, a little small for 2 beds but clean and exactly as pictured. The buffet on the third floor was great! The rooftop view was cool. We stayed 3 nights, Wed-Saturday on the second floor. There’s a karaoke lounge on the first that partied til 2am every night, that you can feel the rattle in the beds and walls and hear it like you’re on stage too… with zero warning. That sucked because it’ll definitely keep you up. The toilet & shower drain clogged up but thankfully they fixed it right away. There was miscommunication between the front desk and shuttle at check out. We requested an hour ahead of time and were told it would be there. We ended up having to uber with 6 suitcases, so that wasn’t cool, but things happen. Still a cool place overall even though we were hesitant about it when we pulled up. I would stay again, just on another floor lol.

The minute we walked in the room, the bathroom reeked of urine. The room was really small and crowded, and there was hardly any hand l soap left in our bathroom. The following day, house keeping came to our room while we were getting ready so we told the lady to come back later and told the front desk once again, that we still wanted our room cleaned and that we also told the housekeeper, but wanted to make sure they would send someone. We came back to a dirty room and were upset. Told the front desk and said they would note it and that’s it. We were leaving the next day. We also called for more soap and towels, and the towels came but no soap. We paid the cleaning fee in the total costs but it’s very unfair that we were not serviced nor comped or ANYTHING else. Very disappointed and upset with the quality of our stay. Please choose a different hotel because for the price, you could stay somewhere so much better

The hotel looked as it does online. Super clean and comfortable beds. I didn’t get to check out the rooftop, but even with that, the three restaurants, and the karaoke bar all in the same building, it was still a quiet stay. It was never too noisy. We could hear people when in the halls, but in the room itself, it was quiet and made my stay very cozy. The service was pretty quick, too. Since the kind of room I booked had availability, I was able to check in early. Usually, most hotels I’ve stayed at took their time, but voco Fiorello came with new clean towels just five minutes after I called the front desk. The area is nice, too, with bus stops right outside the building. I’d stay again.

This place was excellent. It was my family and my first trip to New your city. So i kept reading about bed bugs and other bugs I know my wife and daughter wouldn't be able to deal with. So i found this place and even though is was a little pricey i would pay it again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.The room very clean and just nice looking. The only thing was the bar below was a little loud,but with the comfortable i slept like baby.

I would never recommend this hotel. There is a loud night club next door that forced us to use our sound machine to sleep through the night. The place has a bad smell about it… not sure what it was. The bathroom was not clean.

The low rating is strictly due to very loud club scene on the rooftop bar on Saturday evening. This continued until midnight, then after party noise From the parking lot. Very difficult to sleep with this noise level.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Douglas is top notch when it comes to customer service. He provided information to navigate the city, restaurants, transportation and the events that we attend. The rest of the staff was also excellent. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Pretty great stay over the weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Douglas, the guy that checked us in. Room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is next to buses that can make going into Flushing much easier, which you can transfer to the subway to go elsewhere around the city. Overall great experience and would stay again!

Close to highway. 2 frequent buses (Q25 & Q20a) at hotel to Flushing Main Station within 10 minutes. Plenty of parking, but might get busy on Friday/Saturday nights. Bought parking when booking the room. In/out privilege. 2 EV chargers next to entrance - $3 access fee plus $0.40/kW. Friendly and helpful Front Desk (Douglas & Tommy). Check in was smooth and easy. Stayed 2 nights at King room on 3rd floor. Room is clean and spacious, comes with mini fridge, kettle, Nespresso and iron. Essential bathroom amenities - hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and hairdryer. Water pressure is rather weak for shower.

This hotel shares elevator with fish restaurant, hot pot place and Chinese buffet. The whole building smells like fish market. The air conditioning sounds like thunder. There was hair ball in the closet.

The property was clean, well maintained, and had great amenities such as sparkling water dispensers and plenty of usb outlets. The bottom floor of the building is shared with a club/karaoke area and the first night our room (2nd floor) could hear bass music until about 4am. The hotel is close to many bus stops and is easily accessible via public transit.

If there were more stars to give especially for service, they deserve it ALL! Especially Douglas! He was great! If people could encounter front desk super stars like him, no traveller would be unhappy ever! All the staff were amazing! When I saw the hotel I thought it was a bit iffy but all the conveniences are there! Every little thing is thought of! Even sparkling water on tap to fill ur bottle! LOVE it! Our stay in nyc was amazing because of our choice of hotel

It’s a hidden gem, once you get to the property it doesn’t look like your traditional hotel. Once you arrive to the 2nd floor hotel lobby, everything changes. The rooms are clean and modern perfect to unwind after a long day.
