We had a fantastic stay here. The accomodation is located inside an apartment building. The owners were in contact with us in advance, explaining how to access the building. This meant that we were able to arrive at any point during the day, even after staff had left for the day. It is in a great location - less than five minutes from the Colosseum and very close to the Metro and bus stops. Breakfast is not included, however, you can request breakfast to be brought to your room for only $5 per person each day. To do this, you are given a piece of paper each day and you simply tick which items on the menu you would like and what time you would like it brought to your room, leaving it on the reception desk each evening. It was great value for money and very nice to start the day immediately with fresh food and coffee. The room was clean with well-maintained facilities. The bathroom is quite small, which is something you might want to bare in mind if you are someone who requires more space. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved Rome and would definitely consider staying here again if we visited again!

Nice, authentic room very central to historical Rome. Nice little restaurant just outside the door. Good bed. Brief opening hours of reception and a little tricky to get the internet-based key to work the first time. Worked effortless afterwards though. Recommended!

Excellent location near the Colosseum. Close to many restaurants and stores. Safe location with orderly checkin process. Internet worked great. They provided free airport pickup since we stayed for 4 days. Air conditioning worked very well. You need this in August. Also very quiet to get good rest. If I’m in Rome again I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this B&B - we were able to check in an hour early and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to the Colosseum which is perfect for history and architecture lovers. Would definitely recommend this sport for anyone visiting Rome!

Wife and and teenage daughter had an amazing time staying here while vacationing in Rome. 2 rooms gave us space and privacy while the location (a few blocks from colosseum) was awesome! Pick up from the airport was a little crazy but worked itself out and was free! Slightly harder mattress than preferred which is why its only 4 for comfort. Check in and communication great. Can't say enough positive things about our stay!

It was very confusing as the address listed was the actual office not the apartment. They were accommodating at letting us check in at 10 o’clock in the morning rather than the 4 o’clock time which is nice. The bedrooms of the apartment were nice and the bathrooms were good, accommodating all of us. I did not like that there was no common room for us to hang out except for the terrace. Terrace was very warm since it was summer and not usable during the day. I did not get the benefits of a room upgrade or any other VIP perk that was Site. I was supposed to get a $20 credit for a bed-and-breakfast that wasn’t there as well. Finally called the person at the office and they talked them into it was a bit of a hassle. Elevator in the building is also very small and Does not accommodate luggage easily. The location of the apartment they gave us was great Cam right down from the Colosseum with some nice restaurants along the walk. Just be aware that the pictures they show on the website don’t really match with the apartment is. Overall a decent experience, but probably not pay as much as I did for it.

Our family of 5 had 2 nights in Rome before a cruise! This place was fantastic! Amazing location just blocks from the center of Rome. Walkable to everything. Mary even helped us schedule pick up service at airport and again to get to cruise port.

This apartment was very spacious. Location is great, close to colosseum and so many restaurants around. It has everything you need for longer stays, including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooking ustensile. Building is older, but it’s pretty well maintained and it has a lot of European history. The apartment itself was very clean and looks like it was remodeled not long ago.

I liked the spacious rooms. And the neighborhood was friendly. (Especially the super under the house and cafe) I missed the email the host sent us, it's extremely important when you check-in. If anybody makes a reservation and will arrive late after 4 pm, don't miss the email they send you. I realized it a little bit late. If you don't read it, the check-in might be quite hard. Except that, everything I liked.

Three bedrooms and 3 full baths. Beautiful enclosed terrace. Owners are very responsive and helpful. Location was amazing, so close to the colosseum and great cafes and eateries.

Positive: Amazing location very near to attractions. Elevator building. Had issues and hotel tried to remedy. Negative: Tiny! Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Very little natural light. Giant furniture too big for space in room. Little/no amenities in room. Only storage for clothes is 10 hangers armoire. (No drawers, closet). They have many properties in Rome. I think experience will differ depending on which you book/receive.

The apartment was nice and clean. The address on Expedia is a little misleading, that’s their reception area not the apartment. The apartment was further down away from Colosseum. Host was responsive and kind.

Great location. I stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment, and it’s 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum. There are other buses and metro stations within 10 minutes walk also to access the rest of the city. Apartment is adequate size; small but in-line with other options in city center. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a major plus. We did not get to use the terrace because it was 100F in Rome.

We stayed at apartment 226 via San Giovanni Laterno in August. It’s a great location near the Colosseum and many shops and dining options, just far enough away from busy areas to be quiet. The apartment was spacious with two nicely updated bathrooms, two bedrooms, a sitting area and a small kitchen. Only issue is the King bed which was sagging in the middle, when I looked under the mattress the frame was bent and being held up by a stack of books! I told the owner and he said he’d send his assistant the next day but we didn’t see anyone or any repairs and left as planned after two nights.

The instructions are very clear, you do need to check in at lease 24 hrs before so you don’t have any issue to get in. There’s nobody at reception to check you in but the instructions they send are very explanatory. Finding the address was a bit hard, make sure you have good phone service when you’re here, that helped us a lot.

This stay was absolutely terrible. The room I got was nothing like on the picture at all. None of the 200 pictures showed the room I got. The room I got was small, it smelled horrible like nobody ever opened a window and bathroom was smelling from shower drain. Breakfast system is very strange, you have to fill in a paper that receptionist dont share between them. So we got the same breakfast two times even though we send a new form day before. The receptionist then said they do not communicate between each other. The only positive thing was location. It is literally 200m from Colloseum. I would never stay here again and i dont recommend anybody else to stay here. I felt scammed

This is a small room in a great area. It was all we needed to sleep well and spend our days in a great city. The bed was comfortable and the room was as described. It was a perfect option to be right next to the coliseum and walkable to all of ancient Rome for a very reasonable price.
