We had a great get away and the Frederick William Inn was so charming. Extremely clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!

It was a cute B&B. The owner was not there when we arrived but I left her a message and she called back and gave me walking directions to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
She also recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The dining room fir breakfast was nice and she gave us information about the house and neighborhood. The outside was nice with tables and would be nice in the summer.

Our door to the hallway had a big gap under it. I felt like anyone in the hall could hear us talking. No screen on a window left us sweltering all night. Other window had road noise. Great shower pressure! Mattress horrible. Seaview suite was a room with a bathroom and parking lot/roof view. Great breakfast.

This is a very unique experience- blending hotel and bed and breakfast. Private rooms are all classically furnished- private key pad codes so safe with private en suite bathrooms. The mentos on site and available if needed. Great walking trail right behind the parking lot - so we used that a lot. Great trip and nice restaurants on Main Street in Falmouth.

Jeanette is a wonderful host. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious continental breakfast. Beautiful rooms. The room had a gas fireplace as well as a skylight in the bathroom. Close to downtown and the ferry. Looking forward to returning there again.

So cute! Our room may have been one of the smaller ones, but we didn’t have a closet. We worked around it. It really is a beautiful little property with a nice breakfast included. I would come again.

Nicely decorated room, very quiet. Just wish their breakfast was served earlier....we had to leave at 8am and missed breakfast served from 8:30 to 10am.

Though we only spent one night (our 50th anniversary), we were welcomed warmly and the accommodations were well appointed, bedding meticulous and comfort wonderful. I had the most delicious Morning Glory muffin (which I have not had in many years)! We will stay here again. Thank you Jeannette.

This was our third year in a row and next year will be our fourth 👍

We did not get an opportunity to enjoy the full experience as we got in late, and was leaving before breakfast due to an early ferry to Martha's Vineyard. What a beautiful place! We stayed in the Garden Room. The bed was beyond comfortable, loved the vaulted ceiling, and the huge fireplace. Way better than the pictures. Pricey during the month of August, but I'd do it all over again!! This will be my place to stay when up this way!

So many great things to say about this place! The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The property is reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. It’s a quick drive or long walk to many restaurants and shops. Also conveniently located near the parking lot for ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Falmouth is a cute little town that would be great as a base camp for day trips to the neighbouring islands. And the included continental breakfast was top-notch!

Owner was super nice! Bicycles were available and free...there is a very nice bicycle trail..paved..behind the home. We haven't had breakfast yet, but, I'm sure it will be good..

Thoughtful touches like bikes (and helmets ) because the property is located by a bike path. We did not avail of this as our stay was only over the week-end. But we do like the place very much and Jennifer (the manager ) was very helpful. The continental breakfast that came with the booking was very generous and the rooms has a very boutique vibe and very nicely furnished. We definitely will be back in the near future. Thank you, Jennifer!

The lighting in the room was horrible. I could not read my book. It would have been nice to have tissues in the room.

Beautiful Cottage! Cozy and great for my family if 4. We didn’t get the chance to ride the bikes because of the weather but we were able to walk to the Main Street were you can find lots of places to eat.

The property is lovely and well kept. I had difficulty going up the stairs because of an injury and the owner Jeanette met me outside and graciously carried my luggage to my 2nd floor, bedroom & ran me a bubble bath w/epson salt for my sore muscles. I had access to hot tea
On the 2nd fl as well. The bed linen was incredibly comfortable and I didn’t want to take the complimentary soft bathrobe off. Hot breakfast was extra but very much worth the tender care that Jeanette gave it. It was a highlight of my stay in Falmouth.
