The hotel was centrally located in Santander. We arrived at the airport before our check in time but it was no problem we were given the key to our room. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again,

Hotel was at a perfect and safe location. It was close to the beaches, shopping and historic district of San Sebastián. The hotel staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, with modern shower and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must say, the location is absolutely perfect—just minutes from the beach and about a 10-minute stroll to the old town. Room Comfort The rooms are quite basic, with few amenities, but the bed is incredibly comfortable, making it ideal for a couple of nights. A delightful highlight was the free minibar on arrival, along with a daily 'drinks corner' in reception that added a nice touch to my stay. Exceptional Service The standout feature of my visit was the service. Ainhoa at the front desk was absolutely fabulous—so friendly and kind, and incredibly helpful. Upon check-in, she provided a map of San Sebastián and pointed out all the highlights, which made exploring the town so much easier. Additional Amenities While I didn’t use the gym or breakfast options, I appreciated that they were available. One particularly thoughtful touch was the provision of showers after check-out, allowing guests to freshen up after heading to the beach post-checkout. Final Thoughts Overall, my stay was delightful. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service made for a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy San Sebastián!

Great location, our mezzanine room was perfect for a family of four. Short walk to the old town, free soft drinks and Sparkling Wine was a bonus. Walls seemed quite thin, we could hear other rooms above and next to us at night.

Good hotel, ticks all boxes although rooms maybe a bit simply decorated its all clean contemporary, comfortable, quiet. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast excellent. The hotel does lack a bar though. Plenty of hotel's own covered underground parking 1 block away - and crucially, reservable in advance.

This property is definitely not worth the price. We got a really small room, nothing like you see in the pictures, we were expecting something better. We had a view to a back alley, which was really dirty and terrible. Staff was friendly and location is fine ( 10 minute wall to the old town)

Lovely small hotel in a superb location. Many bars and restaurants close by and a short walk over the river to the old town. Breakfast was a buffet (cold-style) with a choice of hot eggs- good selection and fresh coffee! Rooms had everything you need and our room had a large walk-in shower. Very clean.

OK stay. Nice location, close to center in a quiet street. Nice cleaning. Some of the staff was nice and helpful, others were not very service minded and it was almost like we as customers were in their way. Room was compact and bathroom was quiet tires with stains in shower floor and in ceiling. Both my husband and I got extremely sore backs the first many days of sleeping in the bed so definitely not impressed by that. Way too soft mattress for us. Gym was really underwhelming – around 7 m2 – so don’t expect much from that.

We had a great stay here. Simple style and very convenient. Great location. Nice and very welcoming staff. Modern and comfortable room, especially bathroom. Breakfast very basic, but all you need for a good start of the day. Omelette or eggs made to your preference. Also a very good Supermarket right across the road. Can easily stay here again. Many thanks!

For 4 star hotel, it was a disappointing choice… - wifi didn’t work well, kept disconnecting and slow, not reliable to do work in hotel - car park was so narrow and hard to go in and out of, expensive for being off site and small - gym was hardly called a gym.. home gym will be bigger than this - minimal amenities provided Have stayed at better 2 star hotel than this 4 star hotel

The hotel is ok but has no service at all. Great location but you get better service at a hostel. No help with louggage, no help with unloading in the middle of the street. No soap after one shower, we got an extra bed instead of a crib for the baby. Not a good value stay unless you are looking for a well located hostel at a hotel price.

The place is lovely and comfortable- good location to walk virtually all of San Sebastián. Definitely would stay again. They also kept our luggage all day for us. Great place

Good hotel, clean and value for money. 2 things disappointed me. 1) the wall is very thin and you can hear your next room coughing or snoring. 2) Did not receive the welcome bottle that was promised at the booking. Nevertheless, convenient place and breakfast is good.

Good location not far from old town, not much around but quite silent. Paid parking around 300m from hotel, very narrow and inconvenient (a car was parked right at the corner of the exit in spite of no parking marking). Good bedding and silent room. Big minus for amenities, soap, shampoo and shower gel all made in China (PRC), for this range of hotel you would expect something made in Europe at least !Unfriendly male receptionist, we won’t be coming back at this hotel because of that.

Adequate and efficient but by no means stellar and a few misses but sufficient enough for a short stay. They can probably change their coffee station time to morning where people drink coffee and not at 12noon.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome with our two young children. It was a great location and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.
