Excellent! Large clean room, large bathroom, good plumbing, magnificent hotel lobby. The room has large beds, a chair and a wooden armchair for rest. As a wish, it would be better to have a soft chair. But there is one small drawback, there are no disposable cups in the room, it would be great if they were.

This is a very old property that felt spooky in a good way! Room was spacious and hotel is conveniently located to visit the chateaux nearby. Parking

Our Zenit Premium Experience was great. Beautiful hotel and easy access from Amara station. Attentive and friendly hospitality. Our Guest Service Manager was great. She arranged an early check-in and taxi transfer to Mugaritz. We can't wait to return.

I enjoyed my stay at the Zenit Convento but must say some aspects of the hotel are sub par for a hotel in this price range.
The rooms ar clean but very sober, which is in contrast with the beautiful lobby. There is one chair in the room and it is very uncomfortable.
I received one bottle of water for my entire stay. I’ve been travelling for many years now and can’t recall a hotel that doesn’t give its guests one bottle a day. It’s all in the details.
No detail was the breakfast service. I think there are better breakfast options to be found in the neighborhood. The staff at breakfast hardly speak any english, menu is in Spanish and no explanation of how things work is given. I heard one guest ordering a spicy omelet with lots of ingredients. The chef gave him a bottle of Tabasco and served a standard omelet. People were seated at tables that weren’t prepared. They went looking for glasses and cuttlery themselves. The manager of the breakfastroom didn’t seem to care and quite frankly, wasn’t very nice to guests either. A smile and ‘hello’ would go a long way.

Really great hotel and wonderful use of the former convent. The reception area with the stained glass and painted frescoes is really something unique. We arrived by car and, as the parking is tricky to find, the attendant took my car and parked it for us, even bringing our many bags with him. A great first impression of the place.
After that, the room was great. Spacious, excellent bathroom and facilities, high quality air con and incredibly comfortable beds. We slept like the dead.
Breakfast was quite pricey at 23€ when booking in advance, but we treated ourselves as it was anniversary and I'm so glad we did. Maybe the best breakfast spread I've had. The freshly prepared eggs are superb, too. I had a potato omelette that was outstanding.
Easy access to town on foot, and five minutes from the bigger beach and there's really nothing bad to say about this place.

Great hotel location, walking distance to the old city center, playa la concha and all other attractions.

This hotel is ideally situated for both the beach and shopping areas. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from. Air-conditioning throughout appreciated. Our room was very clean and spacious and great shower room. Although the hairdryer provided was extremely noisy to use and inefficient at drying and would be better if replaced. Only 5 coat hangers for a weeks clothing for 2 people was limiting. Our beds were very comfortable and clean. The rooftop pool is small but useful addition. Unfortunately only 2 x parasols for all users is insufficient. Overall the hotel was good with a few niggles that can easily be rectified.

Only stay here for a night or two. I stayed for over a week, and I’m very disappointed. The beds are terrible - I woke up sore from the metal bed springs every morning. For how much I paid, the beds should be good! The walls are also paper-thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. I was constantly woken up at 1-2am and again at 7am. I’m leaving vacation feeling not relaxed. There’s also no coffee in the lobby in the morning, and the pool area is about 800sq feet. I was yelled at by some older couple because I was talking at the pool. I guess they wanted complete silence?? I’m never staying here again.

The hotel is very central. The manager and staff were accommodating to our concerns. The gym and pool were way smaller
Than in the picture. There was also a smell

First time going to Spain and we went to San Sebastián the Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful and spoke good English. It was close to everything. I loved the sleeping accommodation. Beds were comfortable and the comforter was soft and cozy. A/C was working great. I would highly recommend this place. It’s an old church so that was very cool. The only thing I wish was that for the price of what we paid for the hotel we had breakfast included but that’s about it.

It is a slightly outdated hotel located in the building used by the convent in the past. It is nice and quiet. There is a Good Michelin-mentioned restaurant on site, and there is a good breakfast menu.

Such a unique and beautiful space that has been renovated very tastefully. Home to a Michelin starred restaurant and super convenient location to walk to the shops in Centro and to the beach.

Great location, well maintained and staff were mostly helpful. If you have a car they do valet parking which is nice and they are quick to retrieve your car when you need it.

They have a bath tab big enough to bathe, which is very great unique quality of the hotel

It’s a lovely hotel, there was some confusion over what a double room should be which ended up upgrading over as we wanted a double bed. There was also confusion at checkin when we were told breakfast was included which it wasn’t. It’s a very convenient location and we walked everywhere. The pool on the roof wasn’t open when we went up there but sun loungers were all out to use. Apart from breakfast we didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. I would suggest reading all small print very carefully (re single and double beds and breakfast).

The hotel was really nice. Walkable to everything.

Fabulous stay, we had an accessible room which was well appointed with roll-under sinks, sliding doors and a shower chair. There are lifts throughout the building and a wheelchair lift to the parking area with a disabled bay. The staff were brilliant, really went the extra mile to make our stay lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for all guests but especially those with mobility issues/wheelchair users. San Sebastian is also surprisingly accessible and flat. Brilliant all round!

Stylish rooms with a scandi feel, excellent shower and very comfortable beds. Amazing reception and bar area converted from a former chapel and stylish Michelin recommended restaurant on the floor below. Staff are wonderful, very professional and friendly with it. Location is great, just on the edge of the new town with good shops bars and restaurants nearby.
