The stay was very nice. The food was good. The whole team was great. Triantáfylla is amazing. They are friendly and always ready to help. They all seem to love working there and that can be seen from the service. And the hotel is ideally located.

Hotel operators are helpful and have a perspective that prioritizes service and guest comfort. The only thing missing during our stay was that the room air conditioner was insufficient and could only cool the room to a sleepable temperature after midnight. Apart from that, it is a business that deserves five stars with its location, breakfast, cleanliness and the quality of the equipment in the room.

This was my second stay at the Caravan. It is a wonderful hotel. Staff (a big Thankyou to Artemis) were again delightful. Room 41 has a lovely terrace and worth the extra cost. Breakfasts are really excellent but do not over order! Helping are huge! Hotel is in easy walking distance from many of the city centre sights and good places to eat. 30 mins on the nearby bus X1 to the airport

The staff very friendly and knowledgeable, always greeting cheerfully and willing to share their knowledge about life in Thessaloniki. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. The location is historic and very close to the open air market and the fascinating restaurant and tavern area (Ladadiki). It was great for a first time stay.

Loved staying here, room was spacious and clean with two baconies! All of the staff were extremely nice and courteous. Food and coffee onsite was amazing, especially the breakfasts and brunch menu. Would 10/10 recommend to teavelers coming to Thessaloniki!

Friendliest staff ever! We felt so comfortable and well taken care of. Rooms and decor were artistic and cute, breakfast plentiful and delicious. Cafe all day and open late in the lobby. Housemade baklava!! So helpful with restaurant recommendations and travel arrangements. Great neighborhood!

I stayed with my wife at the hotel. The service is perfect. We had a touristic visit from İstanbul to Thessaloniki through Alexandropoulos and Kavala. We had accomodate some hotels during this visit and mostly enjoyed the Caravan. Atmosphare has been very friendly. Thanks.

Absolutely one of the best all round hotels I have stayed at anywhere and I have stayed at a few. Fabulous room, spacious, well equipped, super bathroom, plenty of storage and a very comfortable bed with a nice balcony. Great location as well. We had room 21. An executive double Amazing and helpful staff. Who go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Great breakfast with interesting and local extras and additions. Great bar/cafe. The wine and cocktails were super.

Never experienced such friendly staff at any hotel. Welcomed with beverages at checkin and when informed that we had to depart before breakfast they offered to pack som boxes to bring. Outstanding service. Parking exit/entry just across the street. Hotel is modern designed in middle of city center. Will recommend to others and return again. :)

This was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The building is centrally located and easy to reach from station and airport. The rooms are spacious, AC is good and rooms are quiet. Breakfast is superb and very large. Staff are all a delight in every way. A great find and Thankyou to them all

We had a great time in The Caravan. This boutique hotel is really one of its kind, we really loved it! Each piece of furniture is unique and the rooms, the cafe and all the spaces are decorated with great taste. We really loved the so many decorative details, all vivivful and cheerful. The decoration itself can lift your mood up. The location is great, very central, a stones throw from restaurants, bars, shops, everything you need. Everything was clean and there is a pillow menu you can chooser from. The breakfast has great variety, too. Last but not least, the friendly and enthusiastic staff, always there to provide helpful suggestions or just ask how your day is going. Definitely our favorite in Thessaloniki, will visit again!

We were a group of 6 people and we stayed in 3 different rooms. The rooms are huge and beautiful and the hotel style is breath taking. Breakfast was fantastic with large verity of ingredients. But the best thing about this hotel is the service of the owners and employees - always smiling and happy to assist with any request. The location is also perfect near bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

What a hidden gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! We arrived after a fairly late flight to be greeted by Kiki. She was so friendly & helpful & recommended some places we could go for a late drink. Great first impression! The place has a cool,eclectic, urban feel, which extended to the room. We stayed in a basic double room which was clean & very well appointed with plenty of storage & hanging hooks (a must when travelling!) Even had a pillow menu! There was plenty of choice for breakfast & I’d mentioned to Jorgos, the owner, my love of bougatsa & it appeared for me the next day! The service & friendliness we received from Kiki, Jorgos & the team were second to none & wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at The Caravan!
