Shower was horrible, ac barely worked and ac outlet was just a plug put on knob and tube wiring. If i had had children with me itwould have been a big safety issue.very old and dated. In description it says breakfast and there was nothing available. Could hear people in next room talking. Room was clean however. And tv worked good.

The owners were friendly but took forever to get them to check us in. Had not even paid attention to their Expedia booking. Tv didnt work, told issue just started but seems upon other reviews its been an on going issue. No coffee maker, ice bucket or cups. Wi-Fi didnt half work either. A/C didnt work either!! Has great potential but needs renovated ASAP!!

The room was not clean. The bathroom had no curtains on the window with a house right looking in. the toilet seat was broken off and the staff said just put it on the floor. No kleenx, no drinking cups. no coffee service. the room was dusty and not clean. The bathroom was not clean. Stay anywhere in Bedford but hear. great location for a motel, just not this one. tear it down and start over, the full time people in the next room were so loud screaming and threatening that is made the morning stressful and just get out. you should remove this motel from Hotels.com terrible.

It was horrible!!

reasonable value for the money.. However, when I booked on line the value was confirmed at @$65. When I got to the motel I was told no it was $71!! Never in my long previous expereinces has this ever occured. Had it been for a greater amount I would have been EXTREMELY upset both with Expedia and the motel.

It is a nice place that lacks most amenities. There is no curtain in the bathroom which opened up on another home. In the room the curtains did not cover the window well, there was none over the lovely porthole window. Finally, the sheets had pills... but it is a lower cost hotel. If you are willing to accept the lesser amenities, this is a nice motel with a good location.

The good: Rooms generously sized. Good safe location in heart of Bedford away from the motel strip and among quaint shopping, food. Micro & fridge in rooms. Bright white soft towels. Good hot water. Intact old bath tiles, coral pink and sea foam green! Manager easy to talk to about items below, but action needed... Could be better: Changed rooms because non-working A/C. Next room had A/C; took 3 hrs to cool down (July!), then good the rest of the time. Much-stained toilet seat needed replacement, no excuses. Ugh! Of my 2 double beds, one bottom sheet had a stain. I slept in the other bed comfortably. At or near lowest price in Bedford. Hopefully manager will reply when seat is replaced. If so, I'd stay again.

Owner is very rude. I arrived during a rain storm and did not know my tag #. I wrote the year, make, model and color of my car and advised i would get the tag # when the rain stopped. They demanded the tag # and gave me the registration form to write it on. When I came back in, they complained the form was wet and dab it with wadded up toilet paper. I only ever saw a max of 4 cars in the parking lot. No maid service. The trash was never emptied. No clean towels. Hotel looks like a charming older facility that is convenient to the quaint town of Bedford. On closer inspection, it looks like it was painted by a 4 year old. The bathroom could have been a great 1950s throw back but the counter was covered with peeling contact paper and the tile was painted badly. The owner takes no pride in the property. The room was a good size for 2 people but there was a lack of outlets for changing phones and other electronics. There were great benches for sitting outside of the room but when you used them the owner stared at you intently. Never asked if we needed anything or how we were enjoying our stay. The heater blew cold air and the higher you turned it up, the colder the air. Office is not accessible and you have to ring a bell for bad service. Could be a charming place with new owners. I love older hotels with character and charm but this one isn't. This was not the least expensive option in the area and I really expected more. Choose wisely.

Not very clean. There was dried piss on the toilet seat. Absolutely disgusting.

When we first entered the room it was so cold it took over a hour to warm up. The walls were dirty stuff smudged on the walls. Floor had food left on the carpet with can tabs. The bathroom was so disgusting! Toilet and shower was unacceptable I stayed at low budget places and never seen a bathroom that looked that bad I wish I would’ve got more photos

Very worn out. If you can stay any place else do it. No cups. No Kleenex. No coffee. Can’t even get a drink of water. Sad old motel. Needs total renovation. No curtains on the bathroom window. House right next door looking in. Terrible. Owners just shrugged. Wow. Stay away

Nice and sincere, hard working owners. They’re doing the best they can but really need to get some outside input. I’d suggest they contact the PA Small Business Development Center and get some free business consulting. They are obviously working hard but need to tend to some basic details.

Room was very dirty. No one was at the desk to check us in. Office was all locked up and dark. I rang the two doorbells several times and finally called the phone number to get someone to come check us in. There were no towels in the room I had to go chase the lady down to open the office again and get me some. The tv kept loosing signal so we couldn’t watch it. The air conditioner did not cool the room down at all so it was very hot in the room. This was definitely a one time stay for me. You would think with covid out there the room would be clean. Each bed had 2 pillows but only 1 pillow on each bed had a pillowcase. The pillows were filthy as you can see in the pictures I’m attaching.

The air conditioning was not adequate for an August night. Room remained warm till about 2:00 AM. Room came without a glass or cup. TV was difficult to operate. Check in an hour early would have cost $67. Have to ring the bell at the office for them to open the door. The bed however was comfortable.

Price was right. A bit dated but clean.

Great location. Mini frig and microwave in room. TV worthless with the channel subscription limited to endless ports and a few lousy old TV shows. The room had not bee aired before check in and the window AC unit didn't cool the room off for many hours making for a very hot first night. The bedding is a heavy comforter encased in a sheet you can't take off, so you either slept under still more heat, or nothing. Having a simple sheet under this bedding would make all the difference in the world.

The room took over 4 hours to cool down to a level of exceptable level of occupancy . Peeling paint over the toilet. Bathroom window had no covering and was not frosted . Pillows so soft you sunk to the bed level with 2 of them .

Staff was friendly and accommodating. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. The Dish TV was not operational.

Great price, clean rooms. I stayed at this hotel due to bad weather and living an hour away from work. Parking was free and right next to room entrance.

I suspect this is a pay by the hour establishment.

I liked the price and location was fantastic. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Beds were comfy. Didn't like moldy bathroom, worn arm chair, filthy hvac unit and overall smell to the unit.
