I enjoy staying at Comfort Suites. They have larger rooms for us... 4 grandkids. They are very friendly and the rooms are so clean.

The pros: huge room, very clean, good value for money. Nice pool and decent breakfast. Cons: key card kept failing, had to get it reprogrammed 4 times in 2 days. Happened to many other guests too. TV glitched out every 30 seconds or so, microwave also on last legs. Fox News blasting in lobby 24/7 (blech!)

We had two rooms, which were both very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the staff assigned one of our rooms to another guest when they arrived and provided them with programmed cards. Not cool when you’re relaxing and someone else comes through your door.

We booked this hotel via hotel.com specifically because it says it has free airport transport. When I checked in and asked for a shuttle for 4.30 am for our first flight of 3 back to Amsterdam the owner dais they didn’t provide this and it’s not stated on their site although it’s stated on all major booking sites. I said I could have booked any other hotel that did provide it, seeing that we were quite upset about this he eventually promised that his son would take us to the airport at 4.15am at a small fee. Grateful it was sorted, we went to bed early to get some sleep. We were woken up at 11pm by front desk saying that they could not find any taxis and the best option was to book an uber. I told him that my mobile sim doesn’t work in USA so I couldn’t book an uber and that’s why the owners son was going to take us. I found out that I was talking to the son. He then said someone called “David” would be there at 4.15 and for $30 would take us. He most likely will turn up, but he may not??? I told him this wasn’t good enough and he said he couldn’t cope with this and put the phone down. I went downstairs and Colin, the son had left. The night manager was no further helpful and guaranteed this David would show up. I went back to the room and we had an old phone with a sim that worked so I managed to get us an uber. We went downstairs for 4 am, guess what David never showed up, luckily our Uber picked us up, Do not trust anything these people tell you. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

We stayed there for 4 days and they clean our room ones all the garbage Was full wet towels have to stay and smile. Our cards wasnt open the doors so we have to comedown back all the time. Breakfast was pure not a big choice we ate ones and was crazy to many people small room waffle line was about 30 minutes so pretty much we drink our coffee and left

This hotel has bed bugs, we asked the hotel for a refund since we found out early in the morning at 1am. They declined the refund, the stuff is horrible. Overall, horrible experienced, avoid this place and their surroundings as well since the front desk admitted that other hotels had bed bugs as well.

The listing for this hotel on Expedia stated that there was a free hotel shuttle. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be true, and we ended up scheduling a Lyft for our early morning flight. Our bed sheets had some stains on them, and the blackout curtains were not designed to cover the entire window. The woman at the counter was clearly doing the best she could with few resources, and we really appreciated her help. We were not the only customers with issues that evening. She deserves a huge raise.

I do not recommend staying here. The room was a nice size but there was not any soap for the shower. Some of the bathroom fixtures were about to fall off the wall. For the money I would stay somewhere else. I won’t stay at another one.

Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. The sheets were stained, and the towels provided were dirty. To make matters worse, there was garbage on the floor. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was long black hair all over my room including on my pillows, in the bed, on the walls of the shower, and a handful in the shower drain. I do not have black hair. I had to move my flight a day earlier due to an emergency back home. Management was downright rude and refused to give me any sort of refund.

When I booked the Comfort Suites in Billings, MT on line the ad indicated it had a hotel shuttle. then when I went to check in the hotel clerk told me no there was no shuttle. The clerk told me the hotel staff would help me get an UBER or taxi in the morning. Neither ere trur. Fortunately,, one of the people staying at the Comfort Suites said he would take me to the Billings airport. Please remove hotel shuttle from their ad. It was very upsetting since I couldn’t get a refund and had to rely on a complete stranger to drive me to the Aiirpot on time for my early morning flight.

Arrived at six and spent anther 20 minuets at counter waiting to see if room was ready. Juice stains on the carpet, safe was locked and inaccessible, staff had no idea how to open. No TV remote, No soap for the sink or shower, when asked at front desk was given one soap bar, had to ask for another. Spa was cold first night, second near scalding. Woman at counter didn't even pretend to be friendly. The beds were comfy and other than the carpet, the room clean.

We were in unit 224 and the people above us had some kind of small children or pets that stomped across the floor until quiet hours and then again first thing in the morning. Very tiring. At least have the common sense to place noisy rodents on the first floor or on a separate wing far away from civilized man. The “lukewarm” tub was far from hot. Does no one check these things. Really bad if you rely on guests to tell you when things break. They take a while to heat up. At least check it so it can be corrected so it can be used. Very poor ratings on the pool and hot tub.

I was there for 5 days and no room service. I asked the front desk if I needed to special request room service as I had several bags of trash. I was told to just leave it in the hall. Bathroom floor was sticky and glass for shower door was filthy. I missed my flight and did not arrive the day I was supposed to. I was told they cancelled my reservation because of this and all but one day rental would be refunded per their policy. So I re-booked the room. I now see I was charged for the full six days of my original booking and also charged for the five days I re-booked. Overall not a good experience.
