The Hotel was pretty nice, you can't hear your next door neighbors and also love the water softener system, my hair wasn't so dry like the other places i have stayed before. I would come back again.

The room smelled like urine really bad and the toilet was not cleaned correctly. The AC did not work. The beds were not comfortable. The stay overall was fine. It said free breakfast but it's continental and not hot food

This hotel was very clean throughout the property into the spacious rooms. We were really impressed with how beautiful the lobby and common areas were. The rooms are large with plenty of space. It includes a continental breakfast and Community brand coffee which was a huge plus. You can walk across to eat at several places and watch the boats come in with their catch. We recommend this place to truly enjoy your stay.

I loved my stay here! The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful with the questions we had! The room itself was nice and clean, the only thing that I noticed it’s that it felt humid in there. one thing I didn’t like is that house keeping knocked our door at 9am while we were still sleeping, if check out time is at 11am why are they trying to clean the room 2 hours early. Overall, the hotel is nice, with good staff and good (healthy) breakfast too! I would recommend staying here!

Place scammed me. Someone used my identity I called while they were checked into a room under my name and card and Expedia as well as the hotel couldn’t do anything!! Trash!

This is my favorite place in the area to stay for a little get away! Cozy, clean and friendly staff. Great location to be able to take the ferry or take a nice walk down to the gift shops.

The location is perfect for deep sea fishermen. The property is in good condition and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is pretty good. It would be nice to have a pool.

Everything was good, except the room had a real bad smell I was told it was because the carpets had been shampooed. And then, when I checked out, they told me that it was the air conditioner, bringing in too much humidity.

Likes: Price vs other options Cleanliness Large room Breakfast - simple, but enough for most folks to start the day Friendly check-in and miscellaneous questions answered Fins restaurant across the street On the water park area for a morning walk across the street Dolphin and Pirate boat tours across the street Easy Ferry access if needed A/C in the room worked well, but the indoor humidity was a little noticeable and likely inevitable in mid-May, 90 temps. It is a beach town after all. Quiet customers with one exception due to late night adult beverage effects (school isn't out yet) They are building/adding 46 new rooms next door, but we were not inconvenienced at all by construction activity or noise (though we were not on that side), and they don't work past 5pm or so. Be aware there are two floors and no elevator. Not a problem for us, but if you have trouble with stairs, try to get a 1st floor room. No dislikes - We'll visit again after the summer crowd thins out
