I have been to Mexico City various times and I had no idea of this location. It was amazing. Truly a gem. Would highly recommend.

I stayed for a few days 7 in total. Everything about the stay was good. It was cute and clean. It was a very seamless experience to travel into communication was too tired. Only gripe was about 20 to 30 minutes without water on a random Saturday but that was the building complex issue. The hosts were right on it. Will recommend and may book again if I'm ever back in Mexico City.

It was just perfect, I was right there where downtown heart is, very secure area, I just loved the building, it has swimming pool, Gym, its clean and safe, and the best was the Host services, they are very professional Miss Odra and all her team, were just great I asked for coffe and water and they were very kind and helpful, I felt like home & very welcomed. I am happy, I did my job, did some shopping, and I had a tour to Cholula, by the way all meeting points were walking distance, from building. Thank you very much

The staff is good. The builder has several hundreds of apts individually owned. All kinds of people were in and out. So there is no sense of security.
The apt itself is also in poor condition.
Worn floors throughout. Bathrooms are also in poor condition and smells terribly.
Everywhere you look is outdated and needs repairs. One of the “window panels” almost detached from the frame and can fall any time.
Not worth half what we paid for.
The pictures on the website are deceiving.

The bathroom smelled like a public bathroom. The shower drainage was clogged. Had a bad smell. No extra lock at the door.

The condo was very nice, roomy, clean, had all the amenities of home Plus the management (Bruce and his staff)was attentive and very personable . The door people do not speak English (you are in Mexico) and we’re not the friendliest people. Would recommend this place if you are staying a few days or weeks.

It is the second time we have stayed at Puerta Alameda and we have had very good experiences, the staff is very friendly, the place is safe and Ms. Patty Ramirez took the best care of us. We will be back for sure.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. It is centrally located, to el Zocalo. We felt very safe. The person who showed us the place was very nice. They have a washer and dryer so we were ae to wash our clothes before we went to our next destination. One thing that we didn’t like was that we could hear the cerverzeria that was downstairs and the curtains were aweful. We were facing the street so the street light peeped through and illuminated the room way more than I liked.

Stayed in a two bedroom unit with a terrace. The apartment is small but comfortable and has everything you need. It is showing wear and tear with maintenance issues and the beds are small but I enjoyed the terrace and the location. The complex has a gym that you sign up for and pool that you need swim caps and gogles. Overall I would return.

This two-BR apartment is a little small by US standards but pretty good by Mexican standards. The two bathrooms are small but serviceable. The furniture is a little worn, but quite serviceable. Management picks up trash every couple of days and changes bedding and linens once a week. Electrical outlets are in rather short supply for things like phone/laptop chargers and the lamps in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, flat wear and utensils. Our apartment faced into a courtyard not the street - usually a little quieter. The building is very secure; you need the key fob to enter and leave. The location is excellent, adjacent to the Alameda and walking distance to many attractions.

We had the opportunity to stay for a week in Puerta Alameda and we were delighted. The apartment complex is very clean, modern, had a great location with many restaurants near by and places to visit within walking distance. The apartment complex is very safe, it has security guards at every entry point 24/7 and no one without a key has access to the complex. Security guards are very strict and will not allow you to go in or out without your key (great way to keep the building safe). Their staff is very friendly, our hosts Angela, Patty and Alfredo were always very helpful and just a text away. Thank you guys for being so dedicated. We would definitely return and recommend Puerta Alameda to family and friends. Definitely loved our stay!

I have stayed at a couple places in Mex City. This by far is the best. Great location. Fairly quiet. Sofa had a cigarette burn in it. Bathroom could use a towel holder. No Air conditioner. But over all a pretty nice place to stay.

Its close to many tourist attractions. Did not like the check in process, need to have a personal contact phone number and name couple of days before arrival, if not you will be scrambling to find one and wasting your time.
