Very upset about the whole stay. Pool was cold and the hot tub heater wasn’t working. I have a video of the room where I stayed has a roach very disturbing I may say.

out of season, so, no wildlife amenities were operating outdoors... very spotty wi-fi (almost nothing over four days)... quaint treehouse, though... but so many bugs and Asian lady beetles (seemed like no one had bothered to vacuum them up for a while)... pool and hot-tub were great... no breakfast included options or coffee in the room

Room smelled bad. Too expensive for limited amenities and depressing.

The website didn’t show us the cabin that we ended up with and they had the lagoon locked. The only reason we wanted to stay there was to be in a tree house and be able to see the waterfall. Super disappointed that I wasn’t aware that we’d be camping essentially.

The only problem was there isnt a lot of parking close to the hotel. There is parking a way down & across the street.

The staff was great. There are some things lacking maintenance but I am sure it’s just because they are wrapping up a busy summer. We stayed in a tiny home with a deck on the roof, we loved it, adequate for a family of six. One complaint would be the lack of towels in pool facilities for guests of the resort. We loved the lagoons and the giant inflatable park/lagoon. The Timbavati wildlife park was amazing too. Highly recommend meeting Izzy the giraffe. There was some sort of road rally or cruise going on the weekend we were there, that consisted of morons in their noisy cars and trucks tearing up and down the roads all hours of the night. Would recommend not going on that weekend. Outside of morons with muffler challenged vehicles we loved our stay.

Our room was very noisy- could hear many doors slamming as guests entered at all times of the night

The front desk staff were pretty great. The overall bang for your buck was great as you got free access to all Natura brand properties and could do a bunch of free stuff along with your stay. We stayed in the actual Natura tree scape resort hotel and the hotel itself was low quality. The maids cleaned our room once and didn’t actually give us clean sheets or anything I think they just made the bed, because the same stain was on the bed sheet after they cleaned our room. The bathroom was extremely small. The “queen” beds were not queens they were fulls and it was sooooo tight and uncomfortable with 2 people. The waterslide in the play area was so shallow I landed so hard on my feet. There was only 1 handicap parking spot so it was difficult having quick access to the room. The room we had was right by the elevator, ice, pool, and entrance so it was so loud. The room was super musty humid and smalled like mold being directly next to the pool. The windows on the first floor were screwed shut so we couldn’t open them to air all out all the must in the room which was disappointing. Overall the room was way to small with no couch for 4 adults I would not suggest this room for a long stay.

I liked the idea but it was like camping in the middle of a city. ALL NATURAL...just their way of saying they dont do any yardwork or landscaping. They dont clean the "lagoon" the treewalk is 3 manmade trees with a net walkway running between them. Since we stayed in a "treehouse" we had to ise the shower and toilet building.. it was 90 degrees in there, no temperature control on the water, just push the button and u get what comes out. The shower and toilet building wasnt cleaned weds, or Thursday and we left friday morning. Our treehoise was dirty when we got there and was never cleaned while we were there, the garbage was never even taken out. We were never checked on, they didnt offer firewood for the firepit, even tho we were outside when they drove past us to a family across the way to ask them.
Overall dissatisfied with our stay. Wanted to stay at the Vue resort(also run by natura) but they couldnt figure out how to book a 4 day stay so the treescape was already my second choice. We wont be staying there again and wont recommend it to anyone.

Just that during the night some toilets got clogged up we had very limited bathrooms to use

4 pm check in means 4:01 check in and not a minute sooner. While the room was clean, the lobby, pool area, and natural waters outside were unkept and need work.

Everything was awesome. We have been to many resorts in Wisconsin Dells and by far this has been the best. The rooms and facilities were all so clean. All the staff were great. I higly recommend this place to anyone. We had a great time most definitely be coming back.

Included access to multiple attractions and convenient location

PROS: Large clean room, unique atmosphere, beach access/zoo included with room, VERY clean beach, room key/park access on wristband was super convenient, nice staff. NOT a chemical/germ infested overcrowded water park. Relaxing beaches.
CONS: Lodging is 9 min drive to parks included. Hotel check IN/OUT 4PM/10:30AM. Park hours-10AM-5:30PM. Park hours/check in times are inconvenient. Hotel access only 1 1/2 hours before beach close and check out at a half hour after they open is ludicrous.

My family had a blast! The rooms were old, but we were hardly in them. The people at the main office were extremely nice and helpful. Only thing that I would change is to have phones in the rooms. We paid $79.99 a night for 3 nights and four people two adult adults two children. The amenities were excellent as far as the water parks other than that the kids had a wonderful time!

The amenities included made staying at this property gave it an incredible value. My son and I had a great time and would stay here in the future.

It was a blast, just wish they had more than one bath houses area since we were all the way in the back and it took a long time to get to the bathroom having 2 little ones was challenging

Lagoon was closed so we did not get to experience this (it was one of the main reasons we choose it)

Over priced for what you get. All areas for kids to play in closed at noon because of light rain. Alot of upset guests. Will never return.

We had a good stay. We were staying with a few other families and requested we all be in rooms near each other. This request wasn’t accommodated (which is fine) but the front desk told me I didn’t request this, even though I had just done so a few hours prior when we first tried to get our rooms.
Check in was at 4pm and we arrived from out of town about 1pm and tried to get our rooms early. They weren’t ready (which again, is fine; this is when I requested we all be put near each other) and they let us use their on-site lagoon while we waited. Our room wasn’t ready until well after 4pm.
Once we got settled, we very much enjoyed our stay and all the amenities at all the Natura locations.

It was so fun

Hotel itself was kind of run down, but very clean. Showerhead was awful, we had a room that had a door to a balcony overlooking indoor pool so it was extremely loud until 10:30 at night. Not the best location for a room. The bunk beds were uncomfortable and our 8 year old ended up in our bed every night. We took it with a grain of salt, in hindsight I wish we would have booked at the sister property the Vue. All of the amenities offered were awesome. We truly enjoyed the Land of Natura . Aloha Beach can use some cleaning up. All in all was a great time

it was nice but what was advertised looking like one large resort was actually 5 of their locations you have access to scattered throughout the town. It would have been great for a longer trip but we thought everything was going to be within walking distance. Because check-in was between 4-11pm we went about our day and took a Dells tour that didn't get back until 5. we figured we'd get dinner and check in (well before 11pm) but instead we got a call about 6:30 asking where we were and if we planned on still checking in so we had to rush out of dinner to check in. It was a nice place and very quiet, we might stay there again but will plan better knowing everything is scattered.

Treehouses were like camping but the bathrooms need to be maintained more than once a day. Both nights we stayed toilets were overflowing & out of paper. Also would.gave been nice to know we had to ask for zoo passes, ended up purchasing the passes when they should have been free

Loved this resort! Our cabin was clean. The beds were very comfy. We only had to wait for a bathroom once. Bathrooms were cleaned regularly. People were friendly. It was not loud at night. The natural lagoons were so fun for my kids. The pictures represent it perfectly. So convenient to be able to purchase extra firewood right next door, basically on site. They even offered to start the fire for us if needed. We took advantage of Aloha Beach (great beach/kayaking) and Land of Natura. Don't skip the river at Land of Natura! It was a great locations to swim in the river and so pretty! The night we checked out, we realized we left my sons pillow there. I called late that night and it was in the lost and found. They offered to ship it to us, but since we were still in the area we picked it up the next day. My kids hope to return some day!

We stayed in the hotel. Had a double queen room. The building is older but the room was nice. Not a lot of parking is my only complaint. The pools and lagoon were nice. I like the wrist band for everyone. Didn’t have to worry about a room key. Beds were not bad. The best part was being able to go to other properties like Aloha beach and Land of Natura for free.

We stayed in a cabin. There were nights where people were extremely loud and had no care. The front desk people were extremely rude.

Stay was very average, but inclusions were good. Our family enjoyed the Aloha beach waterpark more and Timbavata was great. Beds were firm, which we like, but may be too firm for others.

The only thing I asked from house keeping was please just change our sheets and just give us some more towels please, we come back...nope...same sheets! Because I had accidentally got a smudge of makeup on the sheet and it was still there!!! So...no tip...i usually leave 30$ but oh well, and i didn't like the tiny bathrooms at all...and the people across the hall were fighting all night, and i told them but nothing was done about it. I will not stay there again, and it was very expensive!!!!

The front desk worked really hard to fulfill our request for adjoining rooms. They were always friendly, helpful and I appreciated their efforts.

You have to pay for everything additional and pond was pretty dirty. Not a lot of upkeep with water and overall was just ok.
