Everything was home like

It is a beautiful home and our room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There are pages and pages of rules posted throughout- that you are expected to read and follow. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place.
My husband was taken back by all of the old vehicles, etc. on the property.

This is a lovely hostel. If you hoped for a full service hotel, this isn't it. There are shared bunking rooms, private rooms with bath shared with others and a couple private rooms with their own bath. Yes, continental breakfast foods are provided but it's self-serve: make the Keurig cup of coffee yourself, get the english muffin or bagel and put it in the toaster yourself, and get the yogurt from the fridge yourself. With those expectations in place, the blue/green room with shared bath was very comfortable. We had a few great conversations with other guests. Beth, the owner and host was around in the evening and we enjoyed brief conversation with her. I'm not sure but thinking it would not be a great place for kids or for someone with ADA accessibility needs. There are a number of rules Beth keeps to preserve general sanity and enjoyment for all...for example, no late-night loads of laundry (yes, for a few bucks, you can do your laundry while there.) One guest requested to start a load in the 9 p.m. hour. She advised all laundry must be wrapped up by "quiet hours" and suggested the guest use the express wash setting to make the deadline. Our room was directly below the laundry room and we truly appreciated Beth's rule in this case as laundry/water noises were quiet loud in our room, but all was peaceful and quiet by quiet time. We slept very comfortably and would recommend this hostel to anyone not seeking full service hotel amenities.

This stay was amazing if you are solo or small group passing through. Beautiful house, very clean all around. Great porch to sit and eat or read and soak up the scenery. Had breakfast options available, and a kitchen to make your own food or store food. Town of Driggs was a short drive away, I went there for dinner. Will stay again next time I am out at Yellowstone or Grand Tetons.

Loved the experience here! Definitely a surprise to find it along the border, which makes for a great view of the Driggs Valley. The kitty on the property certainly acted as the cherry on top here, the amenities and living areas here were just perfect. I've never stayed in a hostel before but after this, I'd certainly like to more! This is not only a cheap alternative to the lodgings in Jackson, but a great place to stay overall!

Nice place in a remote area. Rules more than quiet hour apply because it’s their home as well. Host is nice and warm.

One of the most beautiful, well kept, inviting places I have ever stayed. The owner thought of everything to make u feel at home.

Beautiful setting and home. Made to feel very welcome. Expectations were spelled out clearly which made everything run smoothly. Maybe a few behind the scenes updates would make this an even more desirable place to market. But I would definitely return if I were ever in this area again.

Complete gem of a find, well off the beaten path. Would have never found if it wasn’t for online searches. Panoramic mountain views, clean comfortable bedroom, gorgeous private bathroom and common areas. Our host was very pleasant and helpful, and she was easy to get in touch with. She provided us with all the information we needed to have a wonderful stay. My daughter and I stayed in the “Amazing room”! This was one of our many stop on our trip from PA and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. If you like the hotel chain type of comforts, this may not be the place for you. It’s more of a personable type of experience. We helped ourselves to breakfast foods that were made available, made ourselves coffee and sat out on the balcony off our bedroom and soaked up the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. There were many helpful notes throughout to help with any questions that may arise. If we did not have to continue on our way we would have loved to stay and enjoy another day/night of peace and beauty this location had to offer. I look forward to returning if ever I find myself out this way again.

Property was located in a rustic area and great for kids to explore.

Great place; would definitely stay again! I felt like I was in my own house. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so I could get what I needed without searching and opening every drawer and cabinet. Very comfortable and beautiful. Great sunset from the back porch and had tea in the morning. Only one complaint: When I was having trouble finding the place, I called both numbers listed, including the one labeled "for an immediate response", and no answer on either line, so I was on my own. However, I would still stay again.

Cleanliness and facilities wise - just perfect!
Location is kind of disappointing . It is off the highway on a farming area , kind of unpleasant drive for at least 8 minutes. Staff is kind, responsive by email, and kitchen and lounge areas are neat

The blue and green room we were to stay was in the basement. It was dark and cold. So my husband and I left and found somewhere else to stay. The seller failed to describe the condition of the room. If I knew it was in the basement, I would not have booked it.

Nice property inside, but outside is not well kept and had a lot of junky vehicles parked around….also, did not realiz when I booked reservation that out of the South Gate of Yellowstone, you had to drive all the way to the south end of Teton National park, then head north again to get to the place. Way out of the way!
