Location, the bed was comfy, the shower was great. The hot spring hot tub was unique
The hotel was under repair. The lighting in the hallway was dim. The stairs to the second floor were a bit daunting. The cost of the room seemed a bit much considering the section of the building was being repaired/updated

Check in was smooth and the staff was super friendly and his excitement refreshing
I could park right outside my room
The hardwood floor in the room could have been a little cleaner and sidewalks had not been shoveled but hot springs tub and shower were all very worth it

Average continental okay
Times didn’t really work for us.

Close to hot springs
Lola is very nice , easy to talk to , love her personality and her attitude. She makes your stay there nice and leaves you feeling like you want to come back

Spacious and clean room, adult only hot springs time, super comfy bed
Can you dim or redirect the outdoor lights so we can see the stars from the hot tub? That was literally the only thing i had to complain about.

Such a perfect location! And we loved the safari relics inside the hotel, with all the animals and photographs. We had breakfast there, which was fine, but the coffee left a lot to be desired. We also ate dinner there one night, which was pretty good, too.
I'd love a better breakfast, including great coffee.

I had hair in my sink and on the back side of toilet

I loved that the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing as always. The staff (I dealt with Lola and Sally) they’re both really wonderful people and very helpful. They let my family and I check in early with no extra cost which was a big help with my babies.
Nothing. I love the whole place!

Room smelled like it's been smoked in regularly. Could not get service in the onsite restaurant, was actively ignored by the staff.

Basic breakfast with good coffee.
Location was highlight.
Carpets were very dirty in room & hallways.
Toilet unusually low to ground.

The beds were super comfortable. Pillows were nice. Enjoyed the hot tub. Easy access to outdoor area. Close to dining and activities. Staff was friendly, informative and professional. Nice room coffee. Nice toiletries.
Dated rooms. Need refreshing. No breakfast. Price was a little high. Hot tub felt slimy..Hard to see steps to enter.

Petit déjeuner très « simple «

Location
Old worn-out building. Unhelpful front desk staff.
But worst of all... The lobby and hallway is filled with images of the owner killing exotic African animals, including elephants, lions, on his safari trip. In your face, no way to bypass that display. My child was traumatized by this display, and I must say that I was, too.

Close to the stuff I was doing, and very friendly staff
I can’t think of anything I don’t like.

Nice clean easy to get too right by the state park

Great location, good restaurant within the facility, all in all a one-stop place to stay and relax. The masseur that they have available is top notch.

I like the fact that they were close to the pools. It had a restaurant in a bar.
they close the pool at 9 o’clock after they said when we checked in it was open until 10 the guestbook even said it was open till 10. My grandkids will let down pretty bad.

Great location, and loved the pictures on the wall and animals in the safari club.
My only complaint was the floor in my room was dirty when we checked in. I picked up some trash and coins. There was also rocks or sand on the floor next the bed near the window. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed our stay.
3.8
The location and the staff were great
The fact that there wasn't an elevator to go up to second floor
3.8
the location was great. bed was comfortable. amenities sounded great, although the spa was always being used by groups so we didn’t use it. the Dinner and the bartender were amAzing. we had the best dinner of our whole trip at a fantastic price! and a fine martini.
the breakfast was left unattended for long periods so everything ran out. we shared a hard boiled egg as there was only one left when we went down at 8:15. we felt bad for the throngs of people that showed up as we were leaving who didn’t get a half of a hard boiled egg.

Room was clean but hallways were in bad shape

Room we reserved smelled bad so we requested a new one. Asked for first floor and when we got the new room, it was on the second floor because she had that on ready. The lights did not work and our phones and devices did not charge.
The safari club was nice. Location was very nice.p
We have stayed here before and liked which is why we came back. This time was just s disappointment. It was the rooms.
