I love that it’s in a quiet street and seemingly situated in an idyllic, treed area yet very close to the busy and noisy Session Rd. The hotel room was amply provided with clean linen, comfy beds and the service exemplary from help with our luggage, front desk clerk and the dining room staff. One advice to the hotel: the main floor washroom for guests needs a makeover- a major one. If ever I get back to Baguio again, I may just stay here again.

There's an ongoing renovation/ construction when we checked in. Bed needs to be vacuumed, I think I got bed bug bites on my arm and back. Employees are nice and helpful, avoid N22 room if you are not comfortable hearing people from open dining area.

Older hotel but clean …staff was helpful…only thing I wish I had was air con on the 3rd floor , it was hot being in attic …also no elevator so if your elderly or physically disabled it will be difficult…….breakfast was ok but nothing above the norm..

the hotel is a bit old, the room was quite small. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is the highlight of my stay here! it was delicious!

Cool clean mountain air.
Traffic pollution has greatly improved in Baguio and Manila since my last visit 15 years ago.
Restaurant was good although breakfast is a little strange by Western standards.
Don't really fancy garlic rice etc!

Our stay was amazing. Except for the shower heater you need to wait for 10-15 mins to feel the warm water flowing. But overall it was amazing. We Highly recommend this place.

Charming lodge / log cabin with decent rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has egg station, simple variety of hot dishes and fresh fruit. Good location near the botanical garden where you can catch a taxi to go to other places in the city. The only negative are the other guests who are loud, especially in family groups.

The Safari Lodge is a nice, secluded, and affordable place in Baguio that's a short distance away from the main business district (say ~30 min walk to the SM Mall) with very friendly staff, a restaurant on-site as well as a bar with live music every night.
The property condition and facilities are by and large fine, with the only real challenge being the relatively small coverage of the wifi and slow speeds.

Breakfast buffet was unexpected, and a huge bonus. Lots of choices! On the other hand, they could improve on their wifi connection. But other than that, everything’s excellent, and I will surely be back. :)

Outdated but clean. Nice clean bed and pillow. Free breakfast is very good.
There's no air-conditioner but have 2 electric fans and a vent/blower with is loud at night.

We changed from different hotel to this hotel as I, expected the hotel was really nice and clean. Tricia was nice to help us and make sure our stay was pleasant. The employees were very nice and professional. our breakfast was excellent. The only downfall was the internet in the bedroom were very slow sometimes we couldn’t connect, although if your are downstairs at the restaurant the internet connection was better. I would stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful place, a nice older Hotel with LOTS of charm. The breakfast was terrific which was included in the nights stay, they have a wonder little bar with acoustic music and great entertainment. Its close to the Botanical Gardens and just outside of the main city. Highly reccomend this place.

Outdoor space wasnie and relaxing. The room was ckean and spacious but could definantly use attention to items needing fixing, especially in the bathroom. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. Multii-loor hotel with no elevator so avoid if you have issues with stairs. I would happily visit again.

What didn't like is that travelocity screwed is. We got here after traveling 12 hours and there was no room. And travelocity does not answer text, calls or emails. Their "chat" is an insult. There is never anyone on the other end. So pissed off at travelocity. Going to cancel payment with visa and report travelocity. There is a big responsibility when an app makes a reservation and then takes payment.

Expedia displayed lovely flowery photos of the "deluxe" room i rented on their website. "Safari" has changed its name to "Log Cabin" probably because of its nasty reputation. The tiny cramped room i was actually rented was a ground floor dungen in a castle keep. One tiny window next to the door that looked out on a covered dining area. Had to shuffle sideways on my side of the bed room was so small. No manager or owner available to speak with when i realized i had been ripped off. Expedia staff were sympathetic when i contacted them the morining after check-in but was reminded i had agreed to a tiny room in the small print. Bottom line is Expedia aided in this injustice and its no wonder their reputation is in a free fall seling rooms in holes like this. Expedia is not reliable and i will NEVER visit their website again. P.S. "Restaurant" was beyond the worse. Waited 1.5 hours for a cold plate of inedible guck. No food manager on site either.

Stayed here a couple of times prior. Suite size was perfect for the 5 of us. Breakfast was great with lots of options. They should, however, consider having more than one burner for the gentlemen preparing made-to-order egg dishes. He seemed pretty overwhelmed and got the orders backed up. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again

We ended up staying an additional 3 nights. The hotel rooms were great and the restaurant is really good. Standard super-friendly and efficient Filipino staff.
We took taxi's once or twice, but mostly walked around to Camp John Hay, the Botanical Gardens, SM Mall, Burnham Park (ok a bit of a hike...), Wright Park, and others.
While you're there, go visit the Igorot Stone Kingdom, it was excellent!

The location was set up in a less busy area. The view was calming. The staffs were okay. Some would greet you, some would not. breakfast buffet was okay. No variety but I hope it could be improved. The room was clean. At the dining area, there were small cockroaches on the table, coffee thermos and some near the food.

What an amazing charming lodge! Loved the wood furnishings and little bar connected. The location was adorable and walked or took Jeep everywhere we went! The staff was so friendly and so open about communication for we had arrived outside check in time and left way early.
